    Quote Posted by Ratszinger (here)
Mike Davis- "The President of the United States has both the constitutional (and statutory) power to declassify anything he wants.

If President Trump left the White House with classified records, they are declassified by his actions.

    Period. "

I'll add. This is exactly why Obama left with 33 million files, many of which were classified but by his very action of taking them declassified them and nothing was ever said or done about it. The truth is that it should be the same for Trump! Obama made it this way in his 8 year term. No presidents before Obama could take records like this but he changed it. It was not Trump and I guarantee you Trump declassified all of it if not formally before it was shipped by third parties he delegated it to, which is fully within his authority to do, but by his action of removing it which is also completely legal! The FBI has no case here! It is not possible for a president to leave the presidency while still president and have anything classified. Anything on his person would by that fact alone be declassfied.
This whole discussion is very frustrating. Those who advance this argument (we've seen it out there, not just from Mike Davis, but from others) are attempting to use the principal of law in a land of lawlessness...

Does it really matter if the FBI has no case? Or if Donald Trump did nothing wrong? I pose this not rhetorically, but as a serious question.

What matters is whether we the people will continue to stand for this brand of lawlessness, corrupted justice, and selective persecution. We seemed okay granting Deep State law enforcement the benefit of the doubt during a six year warrantless persecution of its political enemy; we seemed to condone the theater of their non-election and to go along with a coup d'etat that ousted the legitimate government. We seemed complacent during the subsequent anointment of their proxy government whose objective was (and continues to be) to distract while they resumed dismantling the Constitutional Republic. We are even content with their ensuing 24/7 gaslighting in the wake of these crimes. Why should they think we won't just stand by while they accuse, condemn, and convict (without warrant or precedent) the one person with enough political capital to challenge their agenda?

We as a people have emboldened this brand of lawlessness. I've heard enough. I don't need Mike Davis to tell me Donald Trump is no party to the charges. What matters now, it seems to me, is whether we continue to stand for this nonsense.

Joseph Farrel and Dark Journalist speculate on what the deep state might be looking for that Trump has, maybe JFK or UFO data given Trump by Putin:

Farrel has picked up Austin-Fitts' habit of laughing nervously after every statement, which is kind of irritating.

Stephen Miller (born August 23, 1985)[1] is an American political advisor who served as a senior advisor for policy and White House director of speechwriting to President Donald Trump.

Stephen Miller 'Donald Trump Is The Umpire Of What Is Classified'

"Donald J. Trump is the classification authority. He is the decider of what is and what isn't classified. So national archivist and FBI agents saying 'we know what is classified, not Donald Trump' would be like a heckler at a Yankees game actually getting to make the calls when he disagrees with the umpire. Donald Trump is the umpire of what is classified. This is all pretextual for get Trump."

The President of the United States has both the constitutional (and statutory) power to declassify anything he wants.

If President Trump left the White House with classified records, they are declassified by his actions.

Period. This is exactly why Obama wasn't touched when he left with some 33 million files. Obama made it so a prez could do this. Other presidents didn't have that power but he and Trump did. So by the very fact the president had the items they were declassified by his possession of them according to Mike Davis and Dershowitz.“As a matter of law, no President can be charged under the Espionage Act for “mishandling” classified records. When President Trump had the records sent to Mar-a-Lago, they were declassified. Former presidents don’t have this power. But Trump did this as the President.” Further, the President of the United States has both the constitutional (and statutory) power to declassify anything he wants.

Only the left would try to say Trump is dealing with China after the world can now see that the CCP has Joe and family by the short and curly hairs manipulating them about like the puppets they are! Even Apple is now yielding to China's demands to stamp all the Taiwan made product as made in China and Apple said okay! The fact is the left is just projecting again using their bought media talking heads. It is they that are leveraged and working with China because China has the goods to extort all of them thanks to Joe's stupid and disgusting son.

The leftists have done this before but it takes a process to get these things worked out in our legal system. It isn't possible in our system to jump right to the end! You have to hear the case and so far all we get is the one side and the other side is very cloudy and very hard to hear because it is made that way on purpose! In the end tho, the system will prevail, and I believe Trump and the people will also, and because of patience and letting the process run to fruition. Q said over and over to trust the plan and whether we like it not that is really all we have. I want to shout to the world to tell someone to please make Orwell fantasy again too believe me but even if all of us shouted it no one is going to hear it. We don't a powerful network of media talking head celebs out there pushing our agenda!

Alexander Mercouris' take, also referencing Charles I of England and the Ancient Greeks in Athens (who are well worth referencing, since they invented democracy ). Well worth listening to, as always. His speculation about the FBI raid is that Trump had forewarning and was well prepared in every way.

It seems to me that the principal reason we are seeing such hubris and callous indifference to the the public outcry denouncing the DOJ, FBI and the others responsible for the blatant unconstitutional and flagrantly unlawful conduct, and I’m not just referring to the raid on Trump’s home and his wife’s underwear, is that they don’t give a sh!t what we think.

This is not new. This is not limited to the usurping, illegitimate Biden regime and his handlers. This has been the case since circa 1963, which got a boost and the stage was set many decades earlier in 1913.

It is as if they have convinced themselves that they are bullet proof and that there is not a damn thing people will do about it, and more importantly, can do about it, even if we the people could muster the will to take action in the first place.

They hold us all in utter contempt and see us as easy targets, ripe for the fleecing and deserving of being fleeced.

What have we done, and what will we do, to finally, and once and for all, disabuse them of their contempt for us and hold them accountable?

When is enough too much? And, when will it be too late?

SPERRY: FBI Agents Involved in Trump Raid are Under Criminal Investigation by Durham For Abusing Their Power in Trump-Russia Probe

Recall, investigative reporter Paul Sperry was suspended from Twitter earlier this week after he revealed the FBI may have had a personal stake and searched for classified documents related to Spygate.

“DEVELOPING: Investigators reportedly met back in June w Trump & his lawyers in Mar-a-Lago storage rm to survey docs & things seemed copasetic but then FBI raids weeks later. Speculation on Hill FBI had PERSONAL stake & searching for classified docs related to its #Spygate scandal.” – investigative journalist Paul Sperry said in a tweet Tuesday before getting suspended from Twitter.

Sperry dropped another bomb on Saturday.

According to Paul Sperry, the federal agents involved in the Mar-a-Lago raid are under investigation by Special Counsel John Durham.

“Developing: Sources say the FBI agents and officials who were involved in the raid on former President Trump’s home work in the same Counterintelligence Division of the FBI that investigated Trump in the Russiagate hoax and are actively under criminal investigation by Special Counsel John Durham for potentially abusing their power investigating Trump in the Russian fraud and therefore have a potential conflict of interest and should have been RECUSED from participating in this supposed “espionage” investigation at Mar-a-Lago” Sperry said in a social media post on Saturday.

Quote Technically President Trump can declassify anything. However, it is also true that technically POTUS doesn’t actually declassify anything. The Office of the President asks for a document to enter into a declassification review process.

Officials within that process (ODNI, DoD, DoS, FBI, DOJ-NSD, CIA, NSA, etc), based on their unique relationship to the interests within the document(s), can approve or refuse to sign-off based on their specific intelligence interests. This is where compartmented intelligence comes into play.

Any officer who refuses the request for declassification must justify to the intelligence hub; the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI, Dan Coats). The executive branch intelligence official tells the ODNI (Dan Coats) why they, their unique interests, cannot approve of the declassification request.
DNI Dan Coats then informs POTUS why the document is not cleared for declassification.
If he disagrees with the decision of the intelligence official, POTUS then would have to fire, replace and hope the next person in the chain-of-command would sign-off. Given the nuance in the current example, and considering the President is under a counterintelligence cloud it is unlikely any officer would break ranks.

President Trump would have to fire people, and keep firing people, until he gets to a person, inside that specific agency, who will comply. Now stop and be reasonable.
Think about the general political ramifications to that decision. And then think about the ramifications against the reality that President Trump is a target, under the cloud of a counterintelligence probe.

So President Trump requests his FBI Director and Attorney General to declassify those documents as requested by congress. However, if the FBI Director and/or Attorney General refuse to declassify those documents, then what happens?
Remember, all current behavior reflects the current DOJ and FBI leadership are just as complicit in the current corruption -via the cover-up- as the former DOJ and FBI leadership. The current DOJ/FBI leadership (both members of the executive branch) have been refusing to turn over these and other documents.
Yes, President Trump is the Chief Executive, but unfortunately he has executive cabinet members who are actively acting against his requests. [See the numerous Trump tweets for examples of the President’s frustration].
Now the ordinary process becomes anything but ordinary.
Now the problem moves from process to politics.

it goes whole deal of President Declassification and Trump fighting to get it declassification...this is one of reason why Trump big mistake during his Presidency is doesn't have his own guy when whole Intel against him like FBI colluded with Clinton.

this is why Obama and the rest of previous president can get away with anything...

efforts inside the White House to rush the transfer of highly sensitive U.S. nuclear technology to
Saudi Arabia in potential violation of the Atomic Energy Act and without review by Congress as
required by law—efforts that may be ongoing to this day.
The Trump Administration’s interactions with Saudi Arabia have been shrouded in

It will be too late when foreign forces unload off their ships at NATO's Norfolk Virginia naval base to take over the grunt end of finalising what has been the Biden debacle. Biden's purpose was never to look and act like a competent president who could steer the country away from constitutional crisis. Really, he's meant to be the opening overture of an outside intervention.

I'm getting a feeling the game plan is to not have the November elections at all, but to create maximum crisis, constitutional and otherwise.

What they want and need most of all now, is a red carpet for intervention. The only electioneering going on, on their side, is to set up candidates for selection into an occupying 'emergency' government.

Is there a patriot military command that can or will prevent a cake walk invasion of those forces of previously allied entities? Entities who don't want the indignity of having to let the 'East' come and take it because they have long promised to hand over the United States of America to the New World Order themselves. There's a fight and a pecking order to fight for, within the NWO. Their sights and concerns, passions and desired rewards are centred there not with us.

i saw this post from other forums....

18 U.S. Code §§ 793, §§ 1519, and §§ 2071 aren't appropriate because they conflict with 44 U.S. Code, Chapter 22, which governs Presidential Records. It's the same as with 5 U.S. Code § 552. The Freedom of Information Act, which doesn't apply to the records of the President and Vice President for the same reason. See Armstrong v. Bush, 924 F.2d 282, 286 n. 2 (D.C. Cir. 1991).

thinking about it..the only make sense is they into trump through that whole Nuke thing not declassify/classify stuff.
