Default Out of bounds Mars v direct motion Saturn, october onwards

    MARS day
and mars is in a less inflammatory zone for awhile
..however looking ahead, from late oct-early may mars will have an unusually long out of bounds period due to retrograde timing
..this will encourage rule breaking, notably by young men/youths, and even more blatant ignoring of rules by the military faction..ignoring of agreed borders or whatever.
...coinciding with this, SATURN will turn direct(23rd oct), when i am expecting more draconian dictates forthcoming, with more lines to cross for the rule breakers...a recipe for extreme conflict
