Is anyone losing their grip?

I am doing my best everyday, but I just don't feel right.

After 2-3 years of trying to absorb such radical changes in logic, common sense, rule of law, social awareness and cooperation among friends and strangers alike, I along with others I speak to are starting to lose it to varying degrees.

I woudn't know where to begin in an effort to be specific for you all. Throw a dart at a board full of topics and anyone you hit will be of huge significance requiring a good deal of study and insight.

OK, just one I just read , DOJ raids 35-50 Trump supporters homes. IS THIS TRUE ?

If so, when did it become illegal to choose and support a legitimate presidential candidate?
How can this be happening? Do we not have a constitution and bill of rights? Is there no recourse?
Even the Nazi party has been free to assemble and exist in America for years.

The truth is, things are coming so fast, norms are being shattered constantly that the effect is mind numbing. Puberty blockers? Kids being destroyed? Military being disseminated , And it's all ok?

On request from a friend, I recently tried to aid a stranger suffering from depression.

I called her and asked her what is going on for her ? , she replied that she was ok and then all of a sudden while on the phone with a friend, she changed in an instant.
She said she is not the same person. She is somewhat vacant. As if bit by a vampire.

Her creativity, her buoyancy and her feeling for life was altered at that moment. She no longer cares to make art or participate in things. Like invasion of the body snatchers, she is the same, but very different .

I too am struggling with purpose in all my creative offerings.

Anyone else know of or hearing this?

We are all under attack in so many ways and at so many different levels. This is a coordinated attack and who knows where it is coming from. All the people you see on the stage of world power are highly manipulated, and it isn't easy to get to the bottom of whom they are through the media. I try not to attach too much energy into loving or hating politicians and thinking they are going to seal my fate.

I haven't heard this but if you have more info, many of us would like to look into this story. Just know that one way these attacks comes to us is through fake news. I might be something that really happened, or didn't happened, and this news is made up just to pollute our search for truth and to divide us. All these stories are there to prey on your hopes and fears.

From my circle of acquaintances, some of the people I know who are usually pillars of stability are sometimes fragile and depressed, but at the same time, some of those I know who are frequently anxious, depressed, disorganized, delusional, mildly schizophrenic, are at their best right now. Somethings strange is going on, but I think there is a silver lining in that dark cloud.

The only advice I can offer is to just live your life for the moment, enjoying nature and family. Keep your inner circle close and find peace within. I keep up with what is going on in the outside world, but try not to dwell on it, as there is nothing I can do to alter it. I stay in my space and send up prayers for our country as well as to others.

I've been struggling with this for quite some time. My drive and creativity seem to have just been sapped out of me. I attribute some of to some sort of PTSD from enduring an abusive relationship for many, many years ... maybe the current trauma of current events is having a similar effect.

I am now trying my best to regain some of my creative drive back, bby not taking life too seriously, keeping my mind and thoughts on my immediately local surroundings, and trying my best to stay grounded in the present moment.

Walking around outside in my barefeet, going through walks in the forest, and gardening all help.

We are all aware of the globalists, the genocide agenda and outright evil

Invasion of the Body Snatchers is an apt metaphor. I recently watched the 1970s version with Donald Sutherland. I could not help get the feeling that we are living an eerily similar experience. “The same, but different.” To quote the Three Stooges.

According to Steve Bannon and as reported on Tucker Carlson’s show recently, the DOJ/FBI have served subpoenas and/or summonses on 35, or so, Republican “influencers or officials. This has occurred recently. They seek information concerning the 2020 election steal and who knows what else.

It would not be accurate to call these intimidation tactics a “raid.” I say that as I have not heard that any search or arrests warrants were issued. That would be a raid and a search and seizure of property and/ or person.

But to have FBI or other LEO come to your home or elsewhere to serve documents on you for merely exercising your Constitutionally protected rights is indeed intimidating. It could prove costly too for legal expenses and perhaps loss of employment.

To be sure, these people are being targeted to send the message to all “deplorables” that you better toe the line or you will be next.

Yep fear and anxiety can do this to a person and not only affect creativity but also overall health and cognition. It is necessary to dose the negative - which today requires a lot of effort and is almost impossible in the world we live in. Ibn Sina's experiment talks about this:

The famous scholar of the Islamic Golden Age, Ibn Sina once conducted a medical experiment. He put two identical lambs in two separate cages, and he placed a wolf in one of the side cages. The wolf could only be seen by ONE of the lambs and the other was placed out of sight.

Months after, the lamb who could see the wolf died out of sheer stress and fear, even though the wolf did not physically go near or even threaten the lamb. The other lamb that had not seen the wolf lived on healthily and in good spirits.

This experiment showed the power and effects of mental influence on our health and body. Fear, anxiety, stress and negativity does nothing but harm — even if we don’t realise the damage it is doing to us internally.

Filter out negativity in the media. It's killing you from within.

Has she been vaccinated? I've noticed many, many people who got the jab who all have the same symptoms and are totally different people... just throwing it out there.

As a 30+ student on the all time best seller I feel the same way but we are to expect this just prior to the return of messiah. I'm not going to dig up the chapter and verse but we are told that men's hearts will fail them in the latter days for what is transpiring on earth. Which tells me we aint seen nuthin yet. Hang in there we know who wins in the end.

That may be because I am not in the same mode of thinking as most

What I can share with everybody on the Forum without breaking intimacy and confidence with the people who matter to that extent in my life, is this:
• all topics of debate that matter in a mature, intelligent and empathic society have also for me changed into war zones with razor-sharp fracture lines; I name, not exhaustively: the essence and structure of sexuality; the human psychological framework (unconscious, subconscious, conscious, superconscious); good vs bad; beautiful vs ugly; true vs false; the nature of boundaries (if any) between plants/animals/humans; prelife/life/afterlife; language vs non-language; communication vs non-communication; animal/human/angel; demoniac/divine; void/abundance; oneness/duality; becoming/being; childhood/adolescence/adulthood; private/public; person/state; individual/nation/people/race; justice/law; property/sharing; money/value; family/"family"; the nature of love...
these razor-sharp divisions divide anybody now to such an extent that a person who shares with me all stands that I take on them is non-existent: we all belong in a unique way to all such sets (as in set theory) that matter to us, and that singularity (in Giorgio Agamben’s sense) is no more a reason for joy but rather for despair;
• creativity: in the artistic sense (literature-related), almost coextensive with my life: the people who I used to call my friends in literature are all located on the other side of quite a number of “divided topic fences” to the point that open discussion is no longer possible and that I have practically lost them as friends (and they me): as a result my surviving artistic friendships are with an abstract painter and a piano virtuoso (however, I notice that the horrors we are moving into do not stop me from writing – because it is essential to my survival);
• yet – new friendships have arisen: with people in my new neighbourhood far from the crowded Low Lands by the Sea, who are not artistically but socially creative, preparing (for) new forms of community and society, which gives me hope and makes me join some of their initiatives and take a few myself;
• as I am (slowly, I hope) approaching the moment of my last voyage, the fact that on the other side of the dying/birthing tunnel lives a family member who died a hero in the Resistance during WWII whom I revere, make me look forward intensely to the moment we will meet;
• completely unexpected there has come a new love in my life, and since two years I have (also, side by side with the above-mentioned other "motivators") lived for him and because of him.

What is happening is dreadful in one thousand dimensions at the same time, yet life can break us open at any moment for creation, friendship and love.

I feel tears welling up at the heaviness in this thread. It is truth for each of us though. So many deceptions, confusions and mostly a disconnect from the beauty that is our Soul pushed on our psyches. I trust we shall heal and create again on a level that is beyond our dreams. That spark never seems to disappear. It may be an ember but still there waiting. In wonderment. For now- seems best to reside in the "eye of the storm". We've done our best to help others understand this energy and not be devoured in the process. The awesomeness is knowing this is temporary albeit difficult for sensitive beings who care greatly. Am I losing my grip?

YES. As I interpret the "losing my grip", I take it to mean my hold on "reality out there" that would have made sense.

I am losing it but then I have been losing it for a long time. What I am losing now seems to be the last percentages. All my interpretations are falling apart. I see the collective landscape MORE AND MORE (because it started for me a long time ago) turned upside down and inside out and backwards from everything I learned to value. BUT apparently someone somewhere is believing THEY value what I see as INVERSION of value.

I COULD be really upset (and have been along the way). What do I have aside form these last shreds of "the world as it SHOULD BE" according to my interpretation?

I have stopped thinking I will find any answers from anyone else in this shattered landscape. IMO what anyone believes becomes personally real enough to see it all around for that person. THAT seems the TRUTH....we are all artists creating the whole shebang and witnessing something at the same time that "we" would OR would not have chosen.

What I experience beyond all the stories is numinous, UNKNOWN and "FROM SOME aspect BIGGER than me". I feel connected to what I call "qualities" which then translate to beliefs and "things". I am bored by all things personal like drama. AND I DON"T have drama in my daily life. I think of strange and mysterious possibilities. I release needing to argue my POV.

Stanislav Grof, has defined transpersonal states of awareness as such: "The common denominator of this otherwise rich and ramified group of phenomena is the feeling of the individual that his consciousness expanded beyond the usual ego boundaries and the limitations of time and space."

I want to be beyond believing any stories, narratives, theories and beliefs. It is pleasing when I hear stories that "jive" with what I am thinking. However, it is all "made up" and that is IMPORTANT. It is a waking lucid amazing dream now where things are NOT anymore what they seemed. They are crazy, clownish, absurd and dramatic. But I am able to see it is a dream.....AND I am safe and secure.

I have a skill that I use as a massage therapist which is REAL and true and has no downsides. It looks mundane enough but it is PROOF to me that I can experience offering something impersonal which invites the TRANSPERSONAL. The touch is my hand but IMO the FORCE there and purpose is beyond personal.

My LIFE which is actually FULL of the transpersonal is all I have. It is a great gift.

I could go into so many details... like a memoir... of how this lined up. BUT I don't want to rehash. Here I am, however I arrived here. I have been losing my grip, sure enough and I am swimming in the deep waters.
