    Hi Bill, I really hope you are ok and feeling better as I type this ... I can't offer any diagnosis only to say that living in Canada and unvaccinated, my first experience out into the wider world after the unvaxxed passport nightmare, and on a trip to Ottawa, I had weird dizziness/vertigo experience one morning at the hotel (and it wasn't the psychedelic patterns of the hallway carpet!) It lasted on-and-off for a couple of days and was unlike anything I'd experienced before. I too am truly grateful to have a clean bill of health and not on any meds etc. I was a bit concerned that it could have been 5G or weird shedding in hotel rooms and busy elevators etc. I had to lay on my back in bed in the hotel room, listening to U.S daytime T.V shows to help me focus! I've not experienced anything like it before and it passed after a couple of days once we'd left Ottawa! I'm probably being silly, but the experience was enough to put me off going to Ottawa for the time being. We were there the weekend when it was a Biker protest (a couple of months after the Trucker protest) We were staying downtown and I wondered if there was some kind of weird frequency being emitted to deter people from congregating.

    I know you live in Ecuador which I'm assuming is a lot nicer than being in Canada - especially Ottawa, but could it be some kind of shedding experience? I wasn't too sure what to make of shedding until my husband (vaxxed) and I (unvaxxed) both have exactly the same nerve pain issue (for several months) in the same place in our upper shoulder and chest etc. Very weird. I'm coming around to the idea that shedding is a real possibility. Thankfully you don't live with a vaxxed person so you could probably detox from anything quickly. You know more about this stuff than me but I reckon your water fast is the best idea. Perhaps even get in touch with Don Tolman - do you use Telegram? I'm trying to find his link for you but its not showing up on regular searches. But here's his website https://dontolman.com/ though I reckon direct contact via Telegram of Facebook (if you go near it). I wish you a speedy recovery xxxx

    If there is no vomiting then labyrinthitis is unlikely, vomiting ALWAYS occurs with Menuires type inner ear infections, I had an attack of this a few years back and it has left me with residual unsteadiness - A Virus they told me.
    Your idea of diet related causes is very plausible I reckon.

    To me it sounds like a middle ear infection. The sharp pain you felt in one ear seems significant. I'd personally have been taking oil of oregano for the last 3 days. (It's not a panacea, but it's my first thought for internal infections, bacterial and viral, and even fungal.

    Hope you kick it soon!

    Hi Bill,

    Just a question, how has your eyesight been recently? Any eye pain? I ask because with MS, comes sometimes, optical nerve damage, and that alone can really make you dizzy... Although it may be so slight, that you would never know it was an eye issue... Inflammation of the optic nerve may cause it as well...

    I am not suggesting optical nerve damage, but possibly tied eyes, or some inflammation issues elsewhere?

    Hi Bill, how do you feel today? I hope you are strong and feeling well.

    I did read most of the posts, it is impressive the reaction we have here, congratulations for the entire community, it is really amazing we have this support here.

    I myself had a few times in the past the very same thing, and in my case after investigate the situation I came to learn that the cause of it was my training, I have a very strict training here, I swim, do MTB, run, and a few other sports.. nowadays I am really pushing as hard as I can, and I am on my mid 40's, and I got unexplained dizziness quite a lot of times.. in my case, it happened a day after I pushed very hard in my trains, there is no other explanations. My diet is not perfect, but it is really good, then it is not the one to blame, also I do not drink very often, perhaps a beer or two once a month..

    One time it happened to me, I realized that I was dehydrated, I promptly did a home made solution with sodium + sugar, drunk electrolites and vit D3, Zinc, B, etc.. it was quite good, but took a good 6 hours to start feeling better.

    The question is, are you overdoing your train, I know you are very often hiking up hills, it is a tough exercise, I do run sometimes up hill, it is a killer exercise and I usually feel very dizzy at the time of doing it, but it pass after a 10 to 15 minutes.. the next day is the problem when I push too hard, I wake up like I had a very heavy night of drinking (I know how it feels like, because I used to drink a lot in the past).

    I believe (not knowing ) it could be the lack of something that the body is consuming at higher rate than it can't fabricated or be ingested at the same rate.

    Anyway I wish you full recovery asap and let us all know how you are doing.

    This months medical astrology forecast with Judith Hill was predicting head and dizziness issues with Pluto stationing before turning direct this weekend, at the same time as the full moon. A build up of fluid in the ear canals plus a flare up of any mild infection (inflammation) as Pluto reaches its most potent influence. She did recommend extra garlic this weekend to help cleanse the blood and reduce inflammation. The podcast is behind the paywall of a paid membership unfortunately but she recommends boosting kidney health and blood detoxes throughout the majority of this month.
    Quote October is the month of stations: we start out with a stationing Mercury retrograde, setting the tone for other planetary stations and retrogrades, including Saturn, Neptune, Pluto, and Mars. Mars “bookends” October stationing and creating an intense energy with the moon toward the month’s end. We also have the Sun’s ingress into Libra, highlighting kidney related themes. With Libra in the spotlight, you’ll also get to see how Venus comes into play and what happens when she“dances” with Mercury, Saturn, and Mars throughout the month.

    Hi Bill, I hope you are feeling better soon. I learned a lot from everybody’s input above. A few thoughts:

    A similar dizziness happened to me after inadvertently eating a small poisonous mushroom (yes, they do grow in northern Canada). I couldn’t walk in a straight line for several hours afterwards. Perhaps there was something in the salad?

    Did you inquire with your friends who were at the restaurant if they had any similar symptoms? Or with the restaurant’s owners?

    Bouts of dizziness can also occur under strong microwave radiation. Might help to get the device to detect such radiation. (Thinking of the ‘Havana Syndrome’, which isn’t necessarily targeted but just a result of microwave resonance from multiple sources, in my opinion.)

    Also, with some super-sensitive people, changes in the earth magnetic field can cause dizziness or disorientation. These changes could be precursors to a local earthquake.

    Water fasts may not necessarily cleanse the digestive system. Here’s a cleansing diet that always worked wonders for me: for 3 days eat only non-starchy vegetables, either raw or cooked (salads or soups), with lemon juice, and herbal teas. Eat as much of those as you like for 3 days. No sugars or starchy vegetables or legumes (i.e. no sweet fruits, potatoes, beans, peas, etc.) During that cleanse, one might experience nausea, because of the toxins being dislodged from the walls of the small intestine. A good remedy is freshly squeezed lemon juice in a glass of water with a pinch of salt and cayenne pepper. (No sugar)

    Best wishes, and take care.

    I found this site with accupressure points for dizziness and virtigo with good illustrations and instructions that might be good for anyone to have on hand or bookmarked for future use.

    It is a good idea for anyone to have copies of these kind of things on your compurter or a book so you can find it quickly when needed, and it doesn't cost anything to treat your self or your family.

    Hoping your better today Bill

    Dear Friends, my grateful thanks to everyone again. (Wow!)

    I really didn't think this very local personal topic would generate so much interest. But in a way, with wild and uncomfortable things happening everywhere in the world, this is like an interesting little domestic mystery to try to solve together (very probably a non-serious one!), and it may well help many others too over the course of time. (I'd never realized that dizziness and vertigo were actually so common.)

    This is the start of Day 2 of my water fast now, I slept well, and there's no change at all. Here are a few more responses to all the many comments and suggestions:
    • Yes, I'll start on the oregano oil today. I know that's highly effective against viruses, and I'm assuming that oregano in my system might reach my inner ears somehow if that's where it's needed.
    • I did several cycles of the Spectrum Sweep with my Spooky2 yesterday, and just now I set it to a combo of Vestibular Neuritis + Labyrinthitis, which are very similar. It would seem to do no harm! But there's no nausea or vomiting at all.
    • Casey asked yesterday if anything made it better. Standing still with eyes open, I don't feel dizzy. But if I continue to stand still and close my eyes, I begin to sway a little. My eyes seem to help me keep my balance well when I'm moving around.
    • I do feel a kind of 'pressure' in my head, a little like a slightly inflated balloon. It's very mild, but that may suggest something going on in there.
    • My eyesight is pretty good (I don't wear glasses and never have), but my right eye is just a little weaker these days than my left.
    • I'd be sure I don't have a magnesium deficiency... I'm well supplemented in that (and everything else too).
    • Acupressure — yes, I'll try that, thanks. (And also the BPPV Dizziness maneuvers again, really easy to do.)
    And I may go to the hot pools tomorrow (naturally volcanic, a wonderful place), where there's also a steam room. (Not today, as it's a holiday and it'll be sure to be packed.) That too would seem to do no harm at all.

    A week ago I had dizziness for three days. It is something that comes on and turns into a "flu-like" thing.

    At first there was just the tiniest hint of it the night before, that came and went. Then a day where I had mild dizziness at work, then a day where I was so dizzy that I had to stay in bed. I took whatever homeopathics I could think of, including one for motion sickness and one for EMF. The next day I went back to work again. I was afraid I was still sick, but was OK by the end of the day.

    It is not the first time it has happened to me. It happens every so often, like months apart. I just think of it as "the flu thing where one of the symptoms is dizziness". It has happened to other people I know. But it is not very contageous. No one else had it when I did.

    I don't think it was my diet. I don't have any ear issues. I did think it could be something like frequencies from the environment, but I have no way to prove it.

    I can't help but wonder if this is an element in the many unusual things we are experiencing on a personal level and on a planetary level. I never feel quite the way I used to. I adapt but I feel off, less grounded. I notice different behavior in the insects in my area as well. The cycles of weather seem different as well. These may not be related at all but it makes me wonder.

    Now we have things such as the very creepy behavior of people looking into the sky like they see something and then spinning and hitting to avoid that thing before dropping to the ground, convulsing and dying...All just pieces of the puzzle. May or may not be related.

    Interesting that this is mentioned here. I had a craving for raw beets last week that I just had to satisfy. Made a raw salad of grated carrots and beets, mixed with sesame seeds and avocado and olive oil. Ate that for 4 days at lunch. I knew I'd had enough when my stomach began hurting - as I imagined the toxins began sloughing of my intestinal walls.
    Thanks for the tie-in...

    I was feeling very out of sorts a couple of days ago; a little dizziness and it was uncomfortable in every position, even sitting in my recliner

    Next morn the pee was very yellow so I began rehydrating; had been shoveling and sweating for a couple of days.
    After rehydrating I felt fine...

    but I will add, if I start getting vertigo,
    usually there's an incoming geomagnetic storm.

    Today was supposed to be a doctor visit. Felt a bit weird, due to drive to surgery. Felt palpitations, unnecessarily, but did pulse oximeter reading. 93 oxi, but 150 pulse. Got up to sorted sun blinds and almost fell over, total shaking. Had to lie down. Totally unsafe to drive, had to postpone appointment.. Pathetic.
    Had a shower, put stuff in laundry. This is ridiculous. What’s occurring!?

    Hopefully it is just mild sinus pressure that is not really exhibiting outward signs... And the other things that you are doing as a precaution help it work itself out... I couldn't drive for 6 months at one point as a result of severe vertigo... Hence my user name Dizi.. hahaha

    But it certainly isn't fun... So please exercise caution when moving quickly until it gets better

    Personally mold has caused me a lot of problems including dizziness. It can be very insidious so I always try to raise awareness of it as a possible danger.

    Friends, I'm sharing this anonymously as the very thoughtful person who sent it to me preferred not to be named or spotlighted on this thread. The reason for my doing so is because it might indeed be very useful information for others reading this at any time (now or later!) who are grappling with a similar problem and searching for help.

    ~~~
    I've read in one of your posts you feel a kind of 'pressure' in your head.
    I already thought the dizziness might come from problems with the blood flow (due to the shedding or allergic reaction to something or so)
    If you feel some kind of pressure in the head chances are bigger that the dizziness is due to problems with the blood.
    If you have a good working stomach I would advice you to:
    - take cayenne pepper in water. (This un-clots the blood, makes it thinner where needed and thicker where needed. Is very spicy thus not for people with sensitive stomach) ***
    - Around the same time I would start taking the herbs and supplements which block and reverse the possible shedding effects. (Taking vitamin D and Zinc etc. alone is not enough. That spike thing is very viral and resilient.)
    - If you think it's an allergic reaction ... Maybe look for Perilla Frutescens (plant used against allergy) ... or something homeopathic against severe allergic reaction ...
    *** If you have a sensitive stomach and for less urgent problems there are other garlic like and other herb extracts etc. one can use to dilute the blood so there's better circulation etc.
    If you don't have any cayenne pepper at home;
    - try ginger for the blood thinning effect (like ginger tea).
    Downside of ginger is that if you use it too much it can thin the blood too much.
    Cayenne pepper is much better for dissolving blood clots and in urgent cases, I think.
    But if you don't have any, try ginger tea ...
    Good luck with whatever you choose to do. Wishing you get well soon.
    ~~~

    My warm thanks to that very kind person! Yes, I take Cayenne Pepper as a regular supplement, and my blood pressure is all normal. But making some ginger tea, simple to do, is a good idea which I'd not thought of, and I'm doing that right now.

    I asked my friends who I'd met the evening before the dizziness kicked in if they'd had any kind of issue, as they never mentioned anything at all and both looked in good shape. They confessed they'd had several different ongoing health problems between them, and one of them had been feeling weak and dizzy a couple days later as well. So that strengthens my suspicion that it's a mild inner ear virus of some kind.

    Here and now, I'm no better but definitely no worse. I took some oregano oil earlier today (15 drops in a tbsp of olive oil), and this has been Day 2 of my water fast. I went on a fairly strenuous hour-long hike this morning, and was all 100% fine. The trail was steep, rocky and uneven in a bunch of places, but I use trekking poles and so that always works fine as a kind of stabilizer.

    As light relief here, this is a very brief 25-sceond video I took of the same hike a few days ago:
