    Hi, Folks: I have an interesting small problem that I have absolutely no explanation for.

    This is now Sunday morning here. On Wednesday evening I met some friends in town, and had a late dinner in a restaurant where I don't usually eat. I just had a salad and a juice. That night I was short on sleep (because of the late night, and I always wake up early), and the next morning I was unaccountably dizzy. It was almost like I was a little drunk, but I'd had no alcohol.

    (And I never drink — but that also means I'm super-sensitive to alcohol, which is truly like a poison for me. Once or twice in the past I've even had a hangover from some wine that the chef put in the sauce in a restaurant meal... a very tiny amount, but it still knocked me out.)

    I've rarely felt that dizziness before. I was really unsteady on my feet. It was like I'd just got off a fairground ride. But now, 72 hours later, it's not gone away.

    I have no loss of hearing, earache, or tinnitus of any kind, so if it's an ear infection that would seem surprising. My blood pressure is normal, I'm totally healthy in every other way, I'm unvaxxed (of course! ), I've not been sick for years, there are no other symptoms, and a couple days ago I even went (carefully!) on an hour long hike up a steep trail into the local mountains here, which was all perfectly fine though the dizziness was there all the time.

    The only other thing I can think of is that I eat a lot of fresh fruit (often pineapple) with yogurt, right up to yesterday. And a few days ago I changed the yogurt I bought, which was unusually sharp and strong. So I'm wondering if I may just possibly have an intestinal alcohol fermentation problem. This does exist, but it's very rare: it's called Auto Brewery Syndrome, which sounds like a bad joke, but that really is its medical name.

    So today I'm taking my gloves off with this thing and starting a strict water fast. If this is somehow connected with diet, that should fix it quickly. And also (see the very interesting and useful Water Fasting thread), autophagy kicks in after a few days, which is the body's natural auto-healing mechanism. (This is why all sick animals instinctively stop eating until they recover.)

    So — I'd love to hear any ideas (or personal experiences) that might help me understand and fix this. All advice is welcome!

    In many countries, such as where I live, we have to wash the lettuce in chlorine and rinse a few times - pesticides and small bugs will come with it otherwise, Could be related - and also sometimes they put
    a bit of wine instead of wine vinegar in the salads. Good luck and God speed - we need you healthy.

    I was also sent this interesting remedy:

    ~~~
    I have heard from Dr Berg (following in millions online) - for ear infection if that is what it may be related to. I am no doc, but Dr Berg says to try garlic oil in the ear.
    I hope you get well soon Bill
    Maybe a cholestoma of the ear, which is what I have had. I felt great physically, yet I felt dizzy. to the point of spinning like a top the extreme. check on the ear nose and througtt specialist in your area in your region. Most of the doctors I saw, did not have the equitment to diagnosic it properly. it takes a microscope device to even see it. most doctors do not have one of those.
    Wish the best to you.
    Thanks... I had to look that up! It's this (a 'cholesteatoma').
    Bill, it has been a couple days now, how are things over there with you? Is there any improvement? Have you learned anything about what's been happening?
    Well, thanks!
    1. Exactly the same, and
    2. Nothing at all.
    I went to the local hot pools yesterday (including the steam room), all wonderful, but no change. And this morning I went on another hour-long hike (same trail as in my little video earlier), and I took that slightly more slowly as this is now Day 4 of my water fast. (The fast is feeling easy.)
    This afternoon I'm aiming to see a chiropractor, and also a naturopath where I'll get a 50g Vitamin C blood infusion, slowly over an hour and a half. (A new one for me, so that'll be very interesting.) A Spanish-speaking friend is setting those appointments up for me, so I believe that will be happening today.
    And some more light relief. The video above recommended garlic oil, so I went hunting for that in town but found none at all. So I bought some fresh garlic and created the oil myself with a centrifugal juicer. I made the mistake of dropping that in my ear without even thinking about how VERY strong it was.
    OMG! It was like the kind of burning acid that melts through steel. I instantly flushed my ears with warm water, and no harm was done. Kids, don't try that at home.
    Bill, goodness, it isn't good that there has been no change at all. Would you say the dizziness is moderate to mild?
    I can't imagine dizziness that does not also throw off the stomach, or being able to hike for an hour. Is the dizziness constant? does it let up at times or is it going at a fairly even keel? Does it still taper down when you are standing still? what about sitting still? laying still? What is your best guess right now of what this is? I had a strange something come on me last night around 9pm ( PST ), dizziness/vertigo. I have experienced it before but wow, the strength of it is sometimes really scary. Another friend also began experiencing episodes yesterday. I wonder if there is anyone else here on this board who experiencing anything like this. If you are, and you are reading this, report in!
    Edited to say: I forgot to add, I will be going in after this with fresh juices, ginger and herbal concoctions to see if the gut microbiome got thrown off *which is always what I first suspect.
    Please let us know how the vitamin C infusion goes.
    My entire family has had days here where we all felt like the gravity had been turned UP. We all felt a heaviness - we were not sic, it was weird.
    There has been moments of dizziness by a few family members here, but nothing that has lasted more than approx., 30 minutes or so.
    I keep thinking that it could be a combination of the changing magnetic fields and maybe mixed in with 5g. (?)
    Is there any correlation to different parts of the world and people feeling this way?
    I have had very mild versions of it since the beginning of the inoculation roll-out. Being somewhat sensitive, I guess, I correlated it with being in crowds where the average "injected substance" density is stronger. But this beginning was when I was two and a half years younger. Recently such slight dizziness has become more frequent, yet does not last. I have come to suspect that the transmission rate of "whatever is in the injected substance" is increasing – also in less densely populated areas like the one where Bill lives, or I myself – and maybe you Casey. People who live in towns all the time may not have noticed it, neither two and a half years ago nor now. Maybe my body needs to fight more, tires sooner.
    It's mild, but absolutely constant and unchanging. I can drive fine (basically sitting still and looking straight ahead), being careful not to turn my head too quickly. Hiking doesn't seem to be a problem!
    I went to the chiropractor, a new one I'd never been to before, and he adjusted everything. (Everything, including fingers, toes, ankles, elbows, knees, and even my ears. )
    But my neck was very seized up on my left side, which I was quite unaware of. He was able to adjust it a little, but asked me to get an X-Ray to better see inside the problem. He recommended against the Vit C infusion today, as I'm still on my water fast, suggesting that I do that after the fast was finished.
    I'm just going to say it.
    Towards the end of John Lear's life he was of the opinion that he was being targeted via energetic means.
    My advice I always wanted to give him was.
    1. Buy an RV and live unpredictably for a while.
    2. Get rid of your cell phone and or while not using it turn it off and cover with emf proof cloth.
    3. If this sounds too extreme then have one of your rooms EMF proofed with EMF defense paint that is grounded to an outlet. Preferably a bedroom.
    I know this sounds crazy but these are the times we live in.
    Whew!....... I will be honest and tell you I was really holding my breath on that one. High dose C can be really hard on the system, another thing I could not have imagined ( on an empty stomach ), lol. It sounds like you are in good hands. What is your view on the x-ray? I'd bet you feel just lovely after the everything-adjustment. How long do you think you will continue the fast? Dizziness is not normal, even if mild, but I am happy to hear it is only mild. If I might ask, what is it that is making it unpleasant? What, if anything, is being inhibited?
    I'm just going to say it.
    Towards the end of John Lear's life he was of the opinion that he was being targeted via energetic means.
    My advice I always wanted to give him was.
    1. Buy an RV and live unpredictably for a while.
    2. Get rid of your cell phone and or while not using it turn it off and cover with emf proof cloth.
    3. If this sounds too extreme then have one of your rooms EMF proofed with EMF defense paint that is grounded to an outlet. Preferably a bedroom.
    I know this sounds crazy but these are the times we live in.
    It doesn't sound crazy at all.
    I have always lived on the move, my phone is naturally always off/in airplane mode, and reducing EMF exposure in any way we can is quite appropriate.
    This said - I find it best not to let my central point of focus be on "what the others guys are doing." It truly matters so much less than what we ourselves are doing. Perhaps most specially what we are doing that makes us more vulnerable to the other. As Q'uo has been quoted ( on my own boards today, this is a perfect opportunity to share! ) :
    "As the seeking intensifies, so may the times of trial. That is what your illusion is for, the testing, the choosing, the testing, and the choosing again. It is a tapestry of light and dark, and there are no wrong choices, only the discovery of the self through the experiences of choice."
    So what I work on is myself.
    Strengthening where I am weak, clarifying my choice to continue.
    We all have have our strengths and weaknesses, but these are no-ones doing save our own.
    Internal terrain is of primary importance. External terrain I find secondary.
    Each are worthy of our focused and ever growing attention.
    I have been more or less constantly fighting dizziness for a long time now because I am EMF sensitive and have been sensitive to CMEs as well, though I didn't know about the latter until recently.
    I had a NDE experience in 1972 when, as a pedestrian, I was hit by a hit-and-run-driver.
    I had felt really off-kilter all that day, and knew instinctively I shouldn't have gone out at all, but I did anyway, and I think it was because I was so energetically vulnerable that I was hit.
    What I found out recently was that there was a massive CME that day.
    Since then, I keep track of when those are coming because I know it can affect me a lot.
    Same with cell phone, cell phone towers, etc.
    Such sensitivities can be acquired with age, but in my case, I think the trauma from the physical injuries affected my natural protective energy field (aura).
    And with all the weird and toxic crap they are dropping on us from the skies, I'm sure everyone is being affected to one degree or another.
    The magnetic layer around the earth is diminishing rapidly as part of the 12,000 year solar cycles, letting in much more radiation, cosmic rays, etc., which are not beneficial, and the depleting ozone layer is yet another factor.
    See the Geomagnetic Pole Reversal and the Geoengineering threads for more about that.
    My entire family has had days here where we all felt like the gravity had been turned UP. We all felt a heaviness - we were not sic, it was weird.
    There has been moments of dizziness by a few family members here, but nothing that has lasted more than approx., 30 minutes or so.
    I keep thinking that it could be a combination of the changing magnetic fields and maybe mixed in with 5g. (?)
    Is there any correlation to different parts of the world and people feeling this way?
    I'll get the X-Ray done probably next week (very cheap here, and zero hassle).
    My body always tells me when to stop a fast. I listen to my body rather than count the days! I'm close to my minimum healthy weight (never a good idea to fall below that, and I'll be there quite soon), and every time I've done a fast before my body has told me very clearly "Okay, that's enough." My guess is that I'll not go on for more than another couple days.
    I have a "slightly inflated balloon" feeling of pressure in my head. That's like a general "everywhere in my head" thing. And there's also a more focused pressure, like someone pressing their finger to my skin, specifically in the very low center of my forehead, between my eyebrows and just above my nose.
    I know little about sinus problems, but that does seem to fit — except that I have zero other symptoms. No runny nose, no congestion, no nothing. I feel fine in every other way, I've never had a sinus problem before, and I've not been sick for a very long time. I literally can't remember the last time I had a cold.
    And it's unpleasant because I have to be careful if I suddenly bend down, or turn my head quickly. That makes me feel that I've just got off a spinning fairground ride, and I have to be careful not to fall over. If I'm sitting quietly here at my desk, or even driving a car or hiking where I'm looking straight ahead, there's no or very little dizziness.
    So yes, it's mild, and this is kind of making a big deal about all of this! Many many people, including quite a few folks who may be reading this, have far more serious issues. I really know that. But I so rarely have any health problems (and I'm truly truly blessed in that, for sure), it got my interest, it baffled me why it was persisting and what had triggered it, and that's why I started the thread.
    I know it'll be fixed... I'm just REALLY curious what the fix will be.
    Please do not think this is just a "minor inconvenience". While this may seem insignificant, it can be far worse than hay fever!!! and this is for anyone experiencing dizziness or "Vertigo".
    I was not going to mention a cholesteotoma, but I have had one as well... I was told that they are caused by water getting into the ear canal, and .. (enter whatever reason they want to suggest causes them here......)
    I was told it was probably from swimming in the ocean...
    My point being, that the 'non cancerous growth', grew to the point where it began to engulf the facial nerves, (In left left cheek area) and it broke through my ear drum.. It had been there so long, that it had eroded my ear bones to the point where I am nearly deaf in my left ear now... and the bone between my ear cavity, and my brain barrier is nearly non existent. this was a grave concern, could you imagine what it could do to soft tissue of the brain?
    It required surgery.. and a MASSIVE one at that! I had what they call a 'mastoidectomy".... Essentially it meant that they cut my left ear (Literally off) from behind, and folded it forward..
    And they then cut a hole into my skull, revealing the mastoid cavity They removed the growth, and it required alot of high tech to make sure it didn't paralyze the left side of my face . (The tumor, or growth fills up the air cavity). Once they had it all removed, they sewed my ear back on, and literally sent me home that same night.
    My head swelled up to the point where it resembled a football .. a year later, I had to endure the same surgery, where they went back in to see if they had removed it all, with no regrowth... this is important.
    As a few Drs. have the equipment to test the facial nerves, They wanted to do the surgery and suggested they would 'Just remove the hearing bones', and of course I would be deaf in that ear for the rest of my life ...
    I opted for a second and third opinion, until I found someone willing to scrape the bones, and preserve them as much as possible rather than just "excavate"!!!
    I was also told my face would possibly be paralyzed ... But I went to the best specialist I could find, and they had sensors that told them when they got too close to the facial nerves.... i do not hear well in that ear now, and went through 2 massive surgeries, but it was well worth it!
    I also was sent to an allergist... Who knew that your body acquires new allergies all the time? After injections for allergies, 7 to 10 years later, one needs to be retested for NEW ones, as the body changes and adapts!
    Of course I have MS (i also have a miracle Dr in this field, so I am well, with a lot of self help along the way).... Sometimes there is a place for "Modern medicine"...
    But NONE of these things are silly.... I hope, if my post doesn't help you, it does help someone else.... Between my ms, and my Mastoidectomy, my life was on hold... so if one post, can help another to know what to ask a Dr? Well, it was "worth it"
    Hi Bill
    Is this info any use to you?
    Treatment and resetting:
    • Mayo Clinic Q and A: Dizziness Caused by Inner Ear Crystals
    August 6, 2016
    DEAR MAYO CLINIC: What causes BPPV, and is there a treatment for it?
    ANSWER: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, or BPPV, is one of the most common causes of vertigo (dizziness). BPPV is characterized by sudden bursts of vertigo that are caused by head movements, such as sitting up or tilting your head. What leads to the development of BPPV isn’t known, but it’s more common in older adults.
    Once you develop BPPV, the bursts of dizziness typically occur after you change the position of your head, such as when you roll over in bed. BPPV also may cause nausea and possibly vomiting, with a feeling of lingering fatigue, queasiness or a feeling of imbalance. Without treatment, these symptoms may last for as little as one day to as long as weeks or months. Fortunately, with proper diagnosis, a simple procedure may be all it takes to treat BPPV.
    Your sense of balance relies on a finely tuned system that coordinates sensory information (from nerves throughout your body) and visual information to help you determine the position of your body relative to your surroundings.
    BPPV is a result of tiny crystals in your inner ear being out of place. The crystals make you sensitive to gravity and help you to keep your balance. Normally, a jelly-like membrane in your ear keeps the crystals where they belong. If the ear is damaged — often by a blow to the head — the crystals can shift to another part of the ear. When they are out of place, the crystals make you sensitive to movement and position changes that normally don’t affect you, sparking vertigo.
    Since there are numerous causes of imbalance and dizziness — and more than one cause may occur at the same time — proper diagnosis is critical to effective treatment. With BPPV, the primary diagnostic test is called the Dix-Hallpike test. During the test, you are placed in the position that usually causes your vertigo. Then, your doctor checks for involuntary, jerking eye movements (nystagmus) that are associated with BPPV. The test may be done in different ways to determine which side is causing the problem.
    Treatment for BPPV can be done in your doctor’s office, or with an audiologist or certain physical therapists. The treatment includes a series of body movements that reposition the crystals in your inner ear, where they no longer cause symptoms. Two procedures used are the canalith repositioning procedure and the Lempert roll. With canalith repositioning, just one time through the procedure is often enough to correct BPPV. However, it may be necessary to perform the procedure up to several times with brief breaks between before BPPV is eliminated. Your doctor will be able to detect treatment completion when there’s no sign of nystagmus in your eyes. After the treatment, you’ll likely be advised to keep your head upright for the rest of the day.
    Although the canalith repositioning procedure is highly effective, BPPV can linger or return. This is more likely to happen in older adults. If this happens, you may be taught how to do the canalith repositioning procedure on your own at home.
    If dizziness persistently lingers or continues to return, a visit to a specialist, such as an audiologist or vestibular therapist, may be warranted. A specialized evaluation can determine if BPPV is being treated properly or if other factors affecting balance may be in play.
    Some people continue to have symptoms of impaired imbalance and dizziness after BPPV has been resolved. In these cases, working with a physical therapist specializing in vestibular and balance rehabilitation can help you decrease dizziness symptoms and regain balance. (adapted from Mayo Clinic Health Letter) — Dr. Neil Shepard, Audiology, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota
    How do you reset ear crystals for vertigo?
    Follow these steps if the problem is with your right ear:
    1. Start by sitting on a bed.
    2. Turn your head 45 degrees to the right.
    3. Quickly lie back, keeping your head turned. ...
    4. Turn your head 90 degrees to the left, without raising it. ...
    5. Turn your head and body another 90 degrees to the left, into the bed.
    A human being is a part of the whole, called by us "Universe," a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest—a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness.
    Bill, goodness, it is isn't good that there has been no change at all. Would you say the dizziness is moderate to mild?
    I can't imagine dizziness that does not also throw off the stomach, or being able to hike for an hour. Is the dizziness constant? does it let up at times or is it going at a fairly even keel? Does it still taper down when you are standing still? what about sitting still? laying still? What is your best guess right now of what this is? I had a strange something come on me last night around 9pm ( PST ), dizziness/vertigo. I have experienced it before but wow, the strength of it is sometimes really scary. Another friend also began experiencing episodes yesterday. I wonder if there is anyone else here on this board who experiencing anything like this. If you are, and you are reading this, report in!
    Edited to say: I forgot to add, I will be going in after this with fresh juices, ginger and herbal concoctions to see if the gut microbiome got thrown off *which is always what I first suspect.
    Please let us know how the vitamin C infusion goes.
    Thanks again!
    It's mild, but absolutely constant and unchanging. I can drive fine (basically sitting still and looking straight ahead), being careful not to turn my head too quickly. Hiking doesn't seem to be a problem!
    I went to the chiropractor, a new one I'd never been to before, and he adjusted everything. (Everything, including fingers, toes, ankles, elbows, knees, and even my ears. )
    But my neck was very seized up on my left side, which I was quite unaware of. He was able to adjust it a little, but asked me to get an X-Ray to better see inside the problem. He recommended against the Vit C infusion today, as I'm still on my water fast, suggesting that I do that after the fast was finished.
    The only other thing I can think of that could help, is Quinine. I make a tonic out of ruby grapefruit peels. I am very badly affected by the spike protein, and within 30 seconds of taking two tablespoons, I stop feeling unwell. I also have to take Niacin in high doses each day because there are lasers hitting us through the house (we can see them), and when that happens I get super weak/tired like lead. Niacin seems to charge/regenerate my cells. I do find fasting useful as well, much like what you're doing.
    All you need to make the quinine is the peel of 3 grapefruits, 1.5-7L of water to bring to boil once the peels are added, once boiling/bubbling you simmer for 1.5 hrs only. A lid with no holes needs to be on the pan during boiling, simmering AND the cooling process. Some steam will come out from the sides of the lid and that's ok, just don't lift the lid until completely cool, as the mass amounts of steam will carry the quinine out with it.
    You can also make it with Cinchona bark instead of grapefruit.
