Looking for a thread

I think there was a thread titled something like "people looking up, turning and falling down." But I've been unable to find it by the search function. It was about all these people, behaving in the same manner: looking up, spinning to the right and then falling down dead. I've found yet another example of this in this video at 10.42. Does anybody know, what is going on? It is highly unnerving.
