Default The anger release and management thread

There's not much here, but i thought that maybe if you feel angry or frustrated or in any way have to yell to release some of that stuff you can come here and do it freely

I think this is not about having a rant of any kind but more like just reply with a single word or a very short sentence about what the core issue is

    Me for example:

Pain illness and lack of freedom

Also you can use this picture as many times as your frustration allows or needs lol

    Or this one too

    Or not

    Anyways.. Slava Frustrationini
    Tired

    Are you for real?

I mean really? Because I'm really efing pissed off.

I had a conversation two days ago with three beautiful intelligent people. A young college girl who is smart and lovely and beautiful. A young mother of 22 who is kind and thoughtful who really listens when you talk. And a good looking young man of 20 who smokes pot works as a waiter while paying his way through college.
They all have so much to offer this world.

But they probably won't, because all three of them are vaccinated with multiple covid jabs.

They don't have a efn clue.

The only red pilled person I've met in this new city I live in is a paranoid schizophrenic who thinks everybody is out to get her and is impossible to talk with.
But at least she was smart enough not to get the jab.
It turns out being a paranoid schizophrenic can actually be good for your health. Go figure

I will submit that there is a litmus test for how brainwashed you are.
People who can sit through an entire Alex Jones pod cast are probably alright.
Those that say they just can't handle his voice or his emotional contact during tirades.
That is code for I'm getting triggered by this guy who won't sugar coat the truth in comedy and or baby steps.
It is code for this sh!t is going against my television created brain washing and he is triggering my defense to protect the fake world view I have.

I would love to talk about what we are going to do when fifty percent of the population or more dies in the next five years. The socio ramifications are apocalyptic.
Will any kind of society as we know it survive if no new attacks are made on the population?
Or was the covid vaccine enough to destroy society all in it's own?
What countries are the most jabbed?
Which countries are the least jabbed?
Should we sell our house given that supply will out source demand in the next few years?
    Are precious metals gonna matter?
    What about nuclear power plants?

I would love to ask these questions but it is apparently not polite to do so in front of mother f#ckers who are already jabbed and don't want to hear this sh!t.

I'm sick of people telling me there is plenty of room for folks on this planet when I say there is a depopulation agenda going on.
The Texas sized trash heap called from the Pacific ocean saying it only plans to get bigger thank you for your contribution.

I want to cry when I ask a simple question like " what do you think of Elon Musk taking over Twitter" and a seemingly intelligent well mannered individual losses their sh!t while rabidly spewing CNN talking points.

I'm a white guy who felt totally comfortable in hip hop clubs in the nineties.
Now I instantly feel uncomfortable when coming face to face with a black person I don't know.
The division driven between races is real in the US.
    It shouldn't be like this.

Let me know if this is too much and I'll erase it or someone else can with no complaint from me.

Yes, she's for real. I know that Mashika, though she rarely lets it show, is under more personal stress and in the middle of greater and more complex ongoing personal pain and difficulty than almost anyone else reading this anywhere. As always, she diffuses it with humor. But even humor reaches a limit sometimes.

This is a good one, but it made me laugh 😂 😂😂
It made me laugh, too. But we all have to find ways to separate ourselves from the reality of videos or gifs that seem amusing but almost certainly show people getting badly injured or worse. (I nearly posted a bunch of gifs showing people cutting down trees that then fell on their house, and then thought better of it because after a few seconds of smiling they just stopped being funny.)

But I'm on a roll, too. Here's more.
    • Western greed.
    • Western complacency.
    • Western entitlement.
    • Social media.
    • The destruction of Earth's natural habitats.

    This guy!

We must prepare for an angrier world. Annoyingly delivered in a cold unemotional manner.

...recently I have felt like I did in my first few years of public school.

I sit quietly and watch people express extreme emotions.

One teacher that recognized my intelligence and kindness brought me to the front of the classroom.

I didn't have all of the other distracting kids in front of me and I could concentrate on the lessons being taught.

I excelled and was then moved ahead skipping an early grade.

There, the other kids were more of a distraction.

    I sat quietly and watched.

I was moved towards the back of the classroom. This way the teacher could keep an eye on the troublemakers.

From then on I remained quietly in the back, not having my questions answered.

Until I had seen enough and dropped out of school. I graduated by going to night school where people actually came to learn something.

Life has come full circle. Practically.

The more you figure out "ego" you are more lonely.

Perhaps that is the real reason why "life is not fair."

More. (I have quite a long list )
    • Western education
    • Western heathcare
    • Western censorship
    • And, a friend of mine is every day fighting against pain, illness and lack of freedom. That’s another thing that I'm aware of 24/7 and which makes me sometimes feel rather like this.

I am actually sometimes ANGRY at me being ANGRY. Does that make sense?

I find [especially in my late 4os] that anger is a waste of energy that could be applied in a better way.

There was an incident when I was 24 and had an argument with my wife [We were together for 1o years and had about 3 solid arguments the entire time]. I tossed a cordless phone from the kitchen through the small flight of stairs into the living room. It bounced off the couch and broke a window. The phone also broke. This incident cost me about $1oo american in the year 2ooo. I reflected on this incident and sort of promised myself I would not let emotions get to the point of breaking my own stuff as 1 large is still a lot of money [either now or] then. The two other times I was furious with her but did not break anything [but God knows I could have].

Ever since then I find that I have a reasonable degree of patience; I get irritated or frustrated but I don't really get angry anymore. I was thinking that age and experience helps. I have had a lot of problems and a lot of failures which means I have; indeed, also discovered a lot of solutions. The level of energy required, and the consequences of not controlling that energy, could present a high risk scenario to a person or others. I tend to be lower in risk as I age, having taken higher risks in my youth.

So I would mention to think real hard after an incident that sets you off. Self-reflection is a really good tool for many reasons, not only anger. What is in my control? and what is out of my control? - is one of the best starting points for self-reflection. You will be surprised at how you direct your energy after such a personal and honest conversation with yourself. When you discover what is in your control, you will get answers for a better action to take in the future, and those items out of your control are easy to dismiss and a relief to the mind.

The experience of practising these skills lead to skilful use of them in the future. This is one of the reasons I hold experience in much higher esteem than knowledge.

Nothing or no one is really perfect, but practise sure comes close.

I am and have been angry since 1998! Not consistently angry, but more of a waxing/waning bubbling beneath the surface angst and existentialism that gradually invaded my psyche 24 years ago. Why? Everything about this construct is a LIE. And the more we resist, enlighten others, protest? The more “they” double down. Their depopulation agenda was just a plan waiting in the wings until they realized that we realized that we were onto them and that we outnumbered them. Then the gloves came off confirming our suspicions. And what’s being done in any meaningful way? Let’s see, we have a Tech Mogul who wants to usher in transhumanism in charge of the biggest communications on Earth who is likely feigning interest in free speech (for now), government agencies running all media, a major city Center orchestrating climate lockdowns, a former President whose cult followers fail to recognize that Trump ordered the warp speed vaccine death jab, Fauci (Faust) - ordering the creation of bio weapons (and Boston U currently gain of functioning Covid to be a brutal weapon of mass destruction, websites and forums being run by surveillance agencies, public and private, in a very effective pressure release valve campaign, proxy wars designed to enrich the elite, 87,000 Armed IRS agents, open borders and designed fentanyl distribution, a bought and paid for criminal President, woke Mills and Zeds so entitled and pampered that their influence is leading us to hell, drag queens being normalized encouraging children to self mutilate, aging boomers that hold on to positions of power by gaming the system, and a fing Unelected Bond villain telling us exactly how we will be eliminated and NOTHING significant is being done in response to this collective nightmare. It’s all talk everywhere (myself included) No action. “This is the way the world ends (repeat line 2 more times) not with a bang but a whimper “ T.S. Eliot, ‘The Hollow Men’

    I find anger lends strength.

But like a sugar high (or many, even any, other types of high), the inevitable crash is debilitating and demoralizing.

Luckily, it often fuels another round of anger...

    - strange way to cope/summon energy -

    Yet here we are.
Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless — like water...Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend. Bruce Lee

Free will can only be as free as the mind that conceives it.
