Over 300 Canadian Soldiers Launch $500 Million Lawsuit Against Military For COVID Vaccine Mandates

Around 330 active or former members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) who say they were harmed by COVID-19 vaccine mandates have filed a class-action lawsuit against high-ranking members of the Canadian military, asking for some $500 million in damages.

“The CAF shirked its own purpose and rushed an untested product onto its members, mislabeled this experimental gene therapy a ‘vaccine,’ knowingly made false statements of safety and efficacy, and facilitated its mandate with no option to refuse except for mandatory permanent removal from service,” reads the statement of claim filed with the Federal Court on June 21.


“The actions of the CAF and CDS [Chief of the Defence Staff] has resulted in injury to the Plaintiffs, who have consistently worked to prevent this abuse of power from occurring and to protect the members and their families who are experiencing coercion, discrimination, and threat of loss of career and benefits in all instances.”

The lawsuit was filed against Chief of the Defence Staff General Wayne Eyre, Vice Chief of the Defence Staff Lieutenant-General Frances Allen, Minister of National Defence Anita Anand, former deputy minister of national defence Jody Thomas, and others.

In the fall of 2021, the CAF imposed a COVID-19 vaccine mandate, with non-compliance subsequently leading to the loss of hundreds of members. They left through either voluntary release or expulsion under code 5(f), “unsuitable for further service,” a dishonourable discharge reserved for soldiers with “personal weaknesses” or other issues deemed to impose an excessive burden on the CAF.

The CAF lightened the vaccine mandate in October 2022 by removing COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of service, but it kept in place a mandatory primary series of injections for numerous operational roles.

The lawsuit claims that the CAF abused its power by ignoring express legislative limits on its actions, allowing the physical and/or psychological torture of unvaccinated members under the command of CAF-commissioned officers, ignoring established law on the right to privacy and the right to choose medical treatment, and ignoring established law on informed consent and regarding religious and spiritual belief.

Other alleged abuses listed include deliberately failing to ensure officers were fully and correctly briefed on all legal and policy issues related to vaccine mandates and deliberately misusing the grievance system to indefinitely delay or stop relief sought by the members.

The lawsuit states that the CAF focused on “political agendas and taking direction from political leaders that is detrimental to operational readiness and effectiveness” when it implemented the COVID-19 vaccine mandates. It said the CAF gave the plaintiffs no way to meet the mandate by writing the directives in a way that blocked any possible means of complying with them.

The statement of the claim adds the allegation that the CDS used administrative measures to punish those who refused or could not comply, instead of following the legal process under the National Defence Act that would allow members to have their cases heard in independent hearings.

In addition, it said the CDS had full control over the grievance process, which meant members were denied fundamental justice.

Further, the lawsuit said Eyre stated he received orders from the government of Canada (GC) to enforce the vaccine mandate, which the statement of claim argues is unlawful.

The lawsuit says members faced severe consequences, including loss of career and loss of employment opportunities outside the CAF, along with loss of income, retirement pension, benefits, travel, and even basic participation in work or public life as a result of non-compliance with the vaccine mandates.

Moreover, the lawsuit says coercive actions were allegedly taken by commanding officers to force compliance. Examples given in the lawsuit include “forcing members to spend unnecessary extended periods of time outside in extreme winter conditions with no shelter or protection as well as forcibly confining members to small, cramped spaces with no respite for meals or personal hygiene needs.”

Daniel Le Bouthillier, head of media relations for the Department of National Defence, said that as a matter of process, “we do not comment on potential legal actions of this nature.”

Rare link between coronavirus vaccines and Long Covid–like illness starts to gain acceptance
Studies probe unusual cases of neurologic complications, blood pressure swings, and other side effects

COVID-19 vaccines have saved millions of lives, and the world is gearing up for a new round of boosters. But like all vaccines, those targeting the coronavirus can cause side effects in some people, including rare cases of abnormal blood clotting and heart inflammation. Another apparent complication, a debilitating suite of symptoms that resembles Long Covid, has been more elusive, its link to vaccination unclear and its diagnostic features ill-defined. But in recent months, what some call Long Vax has gained wider acceptance among doctors and scientists, and some are now working to better understand and treat its symptoms.

“You see one or two patients and you wonder if it’s a coincidence,” says Anne Louise Oaklander, a neurologist and researcher at Harvard Medical School. “But by the time you’ve seen 10, 20,” she continues, trailing off. “Where there’s smoke, there’s fire.”

Cases seem very rare—far less common than Long Covid after infection. Symptoms can include persistent headaches, severe fatigue, and abnormal heart rate and blood pressure. They appear hours, days, or weeks after vaccination and are difficult to study. But researchers and clinicians are increasingly finding some alignment with known medical conditions. One is small fiber neuropathy, a condition Oaklander studies, in which nerve damage can cause tingling or electric shock–like sensations, burning pain, and blood circulation problems. The second is a more nebulous syndrome, with symptoms sometimes triggered by small fiber neuropathy, called postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). It can involve muscle weakness, swings in heart rate and blood pressure, fatigue, and brain fog.

Patients with postvaccination symptoms may have features of one or both conditions, even if they don’t meet the criteria for a diagnosis. Both are also common in patients with Long Covid, where they’re often attributed to an immune overreaction.

Although more researchers are now taking Long Vax seriously, regulators in the United States and Europe say they have looked for, but have not found, a connection between COVID-19 vaccines and small fiber neuropathy or POTS. “We can’t rule out rare cases,” says Peter Marks, director of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, which oversees vaccines. “If a provider has somebody in front of them, they may want to take seriously the concept [of] a vaccine side effect,” he says. But Marks also worries about “the sensational headline” that could mislead the public, and he emphasizes that vaccine benefits far outweigh any risks.

Despite the uncertainties, German Minister of Health Karl Lauterbach acknowledged in March that though rare, Long Covid–like symptoms after vaccination are a real phenomenon. He said his ministry was working to organize funding for studies, although none has been announced so far.

Researchers studying these complications also worry about undermining trust in COVID-19 vaccines. Harlan Krumholz, a cardiologist at Yale University, says concern that the antivaccine movement would seize on any research findings made him hesitant at first to dive in. But about a year ago he and Yale immunologist Akiko Iwasaki began to welcome postvaccination patients into a new study called LISTEN that also includes Long Covid patients. Among other things, it aims to correlate symptoms with immune cell patterns in blood samples.

“I’m persuaded that there’s something going on” with these side effects, Krumholz says. “It’s my obligation, if I truly am a scientist, to have an open mind and learn if there’s something that can be done.”

SCIENCE FIRST wrote about these health concerns in January 2022, describing efforts by scientists at the National Institutes of Health to study and treat affected individuals. A study including 23 people was posted as a preprint in May 2022 but never published. Following Science’s story, almost 200 people contacted the journal sharing their postvaccination symptoms.

Research has since proceeded slowly. This is “a challenging outcome to monitor,” Tom Shimabukuro of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention told a government advisory committee in January. Still, more than two dozen case studies have accumulated describing POTS or small fiber neuropathy following a COVID-19 shot, regardless of the vaccine manufacturer.

Dr Bryan Ardis has reported that thousands of long covid people have had their symptoms completely stop after a period of anything from 45 minutes to 3 days of treating themselves with nicotine.

An interesting point raised was that people with short telomeres were the ones who died of covid. They talk about CIA research into targeted cancer and SV40 in the vaxx and a lot more.

The infrastructure exists in developed countries to have a very complex ongoing multipurpose injectable product trial. So far, we've seen a handful of bad outcomes from the injections but there are likely to be many more, across a wide spectrum of physical medical conditions. Dr David Martin has highlighted the mission statement to get a universal vaccination platform accepted by the public.

What would they really want such a universal platform accepted for ?

Two good reasons come to mind. 1) injections bypass all the body's natural defense systems. 2) Injectables make perfect individually tracked and uncontaminated data feedback loops for advanced experimental trials. ( adding poisons etc to the environment may be quite effective but it's very hard to do definitive and individual trail studies by that rout )

Unlike the US FRED numbers, the UK numbers are directly measured because these are numbers of disability insurance claims.

Overall, the claims rate now has a Z-score >5 which means it is highly unlikely to be caused by normal statistical fluctuations.

As you can see, the claims tracked the rollout of the COVID vaccine.

The Road Ahead: Building a Worldwide Movement Against “Corona Tyranny”

The Storming of the Bastille occurred in Paris on the afternoon of July 14, 1789. The Bastille was a medieval armory, fortress, and political prison. It was the symbol of Royal Authority under the reign of King Louis XVI.

The French monarchy was obliged to accept the authority of the newly proclaimed National Assembly as well as endorse the fundamental rights contained in the “Declaration des Droits de l’Homme et du Citoyen” (Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen), formulated in early August 1789.[1]

More than 230 years later, these fundamental rights (Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité) are now being contravened by corrupt governments around the world on behalf of a totalitarian and illusive financial establishment.

Bastille 2022

Bastille 2022 pertains not only to the restoration of these fundamental rights. It seeks to reverse and disable the criminal COVID-19 agenda which in the course of more than two and a half years has triggered economic, social and political chaos worldwide in 193 member states of the United Nations, coupled with bankruptcies, unemployment, mass poverty and despair. Famines have been reported in more than 25 countries.

Starting in November 2020, an experimental mRNA vaccine launched by our governments (allegedly with a view to combating the spread of the virus) has resulted in an ascending worldwide trend of vaccine-related deaths and injuries. It’s a killer vaccine. It’s a crime against humanity. Bastille 2022 is not a “protest” movement, narrowly defined.

We do not seek to negotiate with corrupt government officials. We question their legitimacy. They are liars.

Our intent is to confront the powerful actors behind this criminal endeavor which is literally destroying people’s lives worldwide, while creating divisions within society. The impacts on mental health on population groups worldwide are devastating.

The numerous lockdowns documented in previous chapters (stay at home of the workforce), fear campaigns, COVID-19 policy mandates imposed on approximately 193 member states of the United Nations have also contributed to undermining and destabilizing:

the very fabric of civil society and its institutions including education, culture and the arts, social gatherings, sports, entertainment, etc.
all public sector activities including physical and social infrastructure, social services, law enforcement, etc.
all major private sector activities which characterize national, regional and local economies including small, medium and large corporate enterprises, family farms, industry, wholesale and retail trade, the urban services economy, transport companies, airlines, hotel chains, etc.
the structures of the global economy including international commodity trade, investment, import and export relations between countries, etc. The entire landscape of the global economy has been shattered.

In turn, a process of enrichment by the elite billionaires together with widening social inequalities is unfolding (see Chapter V).

The massive debts incurred by the nation-states resulting from corruption as well fiscal collapse have skyrocketed. Increasingly national governments are in a straitjacket, under the brunt of powerful creditor institutions. Mounting debts at all levels of society are the driving force (see Chapter IV).
The Creation of a Mass Movement

What is at stake is the creation of a mass movement (nationally and worldwide) which questions the legitimacy and authority of the architects of this insidious project which broadly speaking emanates from Big Money, Big Pharma, the Information Technology Conglomerates, the Security Apparatus, Intelligence, the Military Industrial Complex, Big Energy, and the Corporate Media.

Ironically, the architects of the COVID-19 “pandemic” are now actively involved in formulating the “solution”. The World Economic Forum’s Great Reset consists in installing a worldwide totalitarian regime. What is contemplated is a system of “Global Governance” predicated on depopulation (see Chapters XII and XIII).

Approximately 193 UN member states are slated to be weakened and undermined. They are under the grip of the most serious debt crisis in world history. Under the Great Reset, the institutions of parliamentary democracy and the welfare state are to be replaced by an unelected “publicprivate partnership” dominated by the upper echelons of the financial establishment.
Restoring Real Democracy

We will seek all avenues through peaceful means to disable and undermine this totalitarian project including dialogue with and within public and private institutions (students, teachers, law enforcement officials, members of the military and the judiciary, etc.)

What is required is to break down the structures of corruption, hierarchy and abusive authority, namely to pursue what might be described as:

“the democratization of decision-making within our institutions”.
The Art of Deception

We must nonetheless understand the limitations of conducting effective judicial procedures against national governments. The judges are often pressured, threatened and corrupt, aligned with both dominant financial interests and politicians.

Moreover, inasmuch as this insidious project is enforced by national governments worldwide, the International Criminal Court (ICC) which is officially “independent” in regards to the UN Security Council, has a longstanding record of side-stepping US-NATO war crimes. The ICC is controlled by the same financial elites which control the governments.

We must also understand the complexities of this carefully designed and coordinated totalitarian project, namely the role of various fraudulent financial institutions, corporate advisory and lobby groups, consultants, “scientific advisors”, etc. acting as intermediaries on behalf of Big Pharma and the financial elites.

There is a hierarchy in the structures of authority. This complex and intricate decision-making process is used to co-opt, bribe and manipulate government officials. Almost identical policy mandates (emanating from higher authority) are implemented simultaneously in numerous countries, requiring active coordination. The same powerful lobby firms are acting at one and the same time in different countries (e.g. in North America and the European Union).

Large scale street protests will not prevail unless they are focused on effectively disabling this corrupt decision-making process.

What Are Our Priorities? Counter-Propaganda

More than 7 billion people worldwide are directly or indirectly affected by the corona crisis. Several billion people have already been vaccinated by an “unapproved” experimental mRNA “vaccine”, which has resulted in a worldwide wave of mortality and morbidity.

While this tendency is confirmed by official figures pertaining to vaccine-related deaths and adverse events, the mainstream media and the governments are in a state of denial.

The devastating health impacts of the COVID-19 vaccine are rarely acknowledged. It’s the same catchphrase (which is an outright lie) repeated ad nauseam: “the virus is far more dangerous than the vaccine”:

“We actually have more safety data on the vaccine than the virus, and already see that the virus is far more dangerous than the vaccine. (Intercare)[2]

Dr. Alan Schroeder thinks it’s very natural for parents to worry, but said for teens, the virus is more dangerous than the vaccine. (NBC)[3]

Doctors are on the lookout for it in children, but the bottom line remains that the virus is far more dangerous than the vaccine.

“The mutations in the omicron variant make it [the virus] more prolific, dangerous, and elusive“.

This propaganda consensus must be broken. With regard to the vaccine, informing people across the land regarding the data on deaths and adverse events is the first step.

The COVID crisis initiated in January 2020 is unprecedented in world history. Propaganda under Nuremberg is a crime (see Chapter XI).

Dismantling the propaganda apparatus is crucial. Counter-propaganda plays a key role in revealing the lies used to justify the policy mandates. Without persistent media disinformation, the official COVID narrative falls flat.

First and foremost, we must forcefully challenge the mainstream media, without specifically targeting mainstream journalists who have been instructed to abide by the official narrative. We should in this regard favor dialogue with individual (independent) journalists.

We must ensure that people worldwide achieve an understanding of the history and devastating impacts of the COVID crisis supported by scientific concepts, analysis, testimonies and data. This endeavor will require a parallel process at the grassroots level, of sensitizing fellow citizens and establishing dialogue on the nature of the alleged pandemic, the mRNA vaccine, the RT-PCR test, as well as the devastating economic and social impacts of the lockdowns.

While we must put an end to the fear campaign, we must nonetheless inform our fellow citizens regarding the dangers of the mRNA vaccine as well as the engineered chaos of this totalitarian agenda of “Global Governance” on the very structures of civil society.

The “fear campaign” is to be replaced by “information, concepts, analysis and data” as well as “strategies” to confront Big Pharma, corrupt officials in high office as well as their Big Money sponsors.

We must also ensure the conduct of dialogue and debate at the grassroots of society.
Putting an End to the “Killer Vaccine”

Our first task is to immediately halt and cancel the so-called COVID-19 “vaccine” which has triggered a wave of mortality and morbidity worldwide.

According to Dr. Thomas Binder:

“The gene injections are unsafe. They can cause anaphylactic reactions, thromboembolism, thrombocytopenia, disseminated intravascular coagulation, and myocarditis in the short term.[4]

There is possible immunosuppression and antibody-dependent enhancement, ADE, in the medium-term.

And in the long term there are possible autoimmune diseases, cancer and infertility, risks that have not been ruled out yet.”

According to Doctors for COVID Ethics, in the EU, UK and US, the data respectively tabulated by EudraVigilance, MHRA (UK) and VAERS (US):

“have now recorded many more deaths and injuries from the COVID-19 “vaccine” roll-out than from all previous vaccines combined since records began.”

With regard to the mRNA “vaccine”, the catastrophic number of injection related deaths has NOT been reported by the mainstream media, despite the official figures being publicly available.

“The signal of harm is now indisputably overwhelming, and, in line with universally accepted ethical standards for clinical trials, we demand that the COVID-19 “vaccination” programme be halted immediately worldwide.

Continuation of the programme, in the full knowledge of ongoing serious harm and death to both adults and children, constitutes Crimes Against Humanity/Genocide, for which those found to be responsible or complicit will ultimately be held personally liable.”[5]

As outlined in Chapter VIII, Pfizer has a criminal record (2009) with the US Department of Justice on charges of “fraudulent marketing”.[6]

As part of the 2009 DoJ settlement, Pfizer was put on parole:

“Pfizer also has agreed to enter into an expansive corporate integrity agreement … [which] provides for procedures and reviews to be put in place to avoid and promptly detect conduct similar to that which gave rise to this matter.”[7]

But we are no longer dealing with “fraudulent marketing”:

“Killing is good for business”: The vaccine is a multi-billion dollar operation worldwide. It’s manslaughter.

Once the “vaccine” has been halted, the criminality of Big Pharma will be fully revealed and understood. In turn, the legitimacy of the official COVID narrative based on lies and fake science will inevitably be impaired. This is the first step towards breaking the “official” COVID narrative.

The truth is an important peaceful weapon. Without propaganda and media disinformation, the architects of this project do not have a leg to stand on.

Let us break the “official” COVID-19 consensus and the propaganda apparatus which provides “legitimacy” to a criminal agenda.

Once it collapses, it will open up the road towards reversing the broader process of economic, social and political chaos generated in the course of the last two and a half years.
The Geopolitical Dimension

What is unfolding is a new and destructive phase of US imperialism. It’s a totalitarian project of economic and social engineering.

The Biden administration has endorsed the COVID agenda, which has been used to destabilize and weaken national economies (ironically, including the United States as well as its allies and its “enemies”).

We cannot divorce our understanding of the COVID crisis from that of US foreign policy and America’s hegemonic agenda, e.g. the war in Ukraine, US-Russia relations, the enlargement and extension of NATO, the militarization of the South China Sea directed against China, Iran and the geopolitics of the Middle East, the ongoing sanctions regimes against Venezuela and Cuba, etc.
Integrating All Sectors of Society

It should be noted that organized opposition in many Western countries is weak. Why? Because “progressive forces” including left intellectuals, NGO leaders, trade union and labor leaders both in Western Europe and North America have from the outset endorsed the official COVID narrative. Many of these progressive movements are supported by corporate foundations.

The same billionaire foundations which are the unspoken architects of the “Great Reset” and “Global Governance” are also involved in (generously) financing various social movements. “They control the opposition”.

What this means is that grassroots activists are often misled and betrayed by their leaders who are routinely co-opted by their billionaire sponsors.

It is essential that these grassroots activists be integrated into the mainstay of the movement against the COVID-19 consensus.
The Road Ahead

What is required is the development of a broad-based grassroots network which confronts both the architects of this crisis as well as all levels of government (i.e. national, states, provinces, municipalities, etc.) involved in imposing the vaccine as well carrying out the lockdown and closure of economic activity.

This network would be established (nationally and internationally) at all levels of society, in towns and villages, workplaces, parishes, trade unions, farmers organizations, professional associations, business associations, student unions, and veterans associations. Church groups would be called upon to integrate this movement.

“Spreading the word” through social media and independent online media outlets will be undertaken bearing in mind that Google as well as Facebook are instruments of censorship.

Legal procedures and protests are unfolding in all major regions of the world. As part of a worldwide network of initiatives, it is important to establish mechanisms of communication, dialogue and exchange within and between countries.

The creation of such a movement, which forcefully challenges the legitimacy of the financial elites, Big Pharma, et al., as well as the structures of political authority at the national level, is no easy task. It will require a degree of solidarity, unity and commitment unparalleled in world history.

What is required is the breaking down of political and ideological barriers within society (i.e. between political parties) while acting with a single voice towards building a worldwide consensus against tyranny.

Worldwide solidarity and human dignity is the driving force.

Oh. Eh...I suppose they were forced to admit there may be some rare side effects, due to some evidence.

How does one produce evidence that a vaccine saved something? My life has been spared, I suppose I could credit the vaccine, which I never took.

Because I don't have kids, it took a while for me to find out that they are now getting something like eighty-four doses of snake oil. In the process, I learned that the three I thought I had, were probably discharged and gone sometime in the previous century.

I will gear up for the new boosters in the same way: come at me with a hypodermic, I break your arm.

So much for trusting the science. They have no idea!!

God forbid anyone mention the word transmission to Pfizer Australia because they refuse to acknowledge it.

They were unable to provide Senator Matt Canavan with any evidence to support Albert Bourla’s claims that the vaccine would prevent transmission.

The fundamental basis upon which all mandates were issued has no evidence to support it.

This week, we celebrate our 14th anniversary of Vaccine Awareness Week. In this video, Barbara Loe Fisher, cofounder and president of the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) — which celebrated its 41st anniversary as an organization in April 2023 — shares research on the censorship of vaccine information that she’s compiled for the U.S. House Judiciary Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.

It’s been 15 years since I first made the commitment to support this extraordinary organization that fights for medical freedom like no other, and during the COVID pandemic we came to see just how crucial this work really is. Consumer freedom of choice and bodily autonomy when it comes to decision-making regarding vaccines can truly be a matter of life and death.

The Why Behind 15 Years of Persecution
While the NVIC has worked against headwind since the beginning, the public attacks, persecution, demonization, discrimination and censorship really took on new dimensions during the COVID pandemic.

"I decided that I wanted to know exactly by whom, and why NVIC and my voice have been silenced online," she says. "We knew, particularly in 2015, with the Disneyland measles outbreak, that the heat was on. Clearly, the goal by the pharmaceutical lobbyists that had joined with government was to have everyone take every federally recommended vaccine.

And they knew that our opposition — the work we ... had been doing since 2010, to educate legislators about the fact that they need to have informed consent protections of vaccine laws — was a big obstacle. In my research, I realized that it was around 2009, when you lent your support to NVIC, that the persecution actually began.

Honestly, that's what I realize now. In this report, I've gone in chronological order and I bring the reader along so they can see how, every step of the way, this was done.

Last night I said, ‘This reads like a crime novel.’ It's unbelievable what has been done because a group of parents in 1982, whose children had been injured by DPT vaccine, decided to take on the pharmaceutical industry and big public health.

The 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act was a major piece of legislation that basically said vaccine safety should be a national priority; that vaccines do injure and kill, and that was the first time that had been acknowledged.

From that point on, the pharmaceutical industry knew that they had to do something to stop this. But it took them a long time. What I've done is, I've gone into the documents. What's amazing to me is it's all online. All you have to do is put it together.

This report is anchored by over 300 references, live linked. So as a reader, you are able to go in and read the documents yourself, and decide for yourself if what I have found here is one of the most incredible stories in the history of medicine."

COVID Unmasked the Police State
Fisher goes on to review some of the most recent documents, such as a 2019 Department of Homeland Security (DHS) report on "Combating Targeted Disinformation Campaigns, a Whole of Society Issue."1 Part 2 of that DHS report came out in August 2021.2

Mind you, the first part of this report came out before COVID-19 was declared a pandemic, clearly demonstrating that censoring the internet didn’t begin with the notion that people had to be protected from "misinformation" about COVID. They’ve been moving in the direction of controlling information online for a long time. The pandemic was just an excuse that allowed them to stop pretending that information control wasn’t a key goal.

"Who do we have meeting [here]? The FBI, Fannie Mae, the MITRE Corporation, National Oilwell Varco, Booz Hamilton, University of Florida, Levin College of Law, Northern California Regional Intelligence Center.

This is a meeting that is basically trying to say that the internet needs to be policed, that social media platforms need to be sure that information that is not officially blessed, if you will, is not on the internet."

Then came a 2020 report by the Sabin-Aspen Vaccine Science & Policy Group, "Meeting the Challenge of Vaccination Hesitancy."3 This report was funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which is massively invested in vaccines and vaccine development.

A Hate Group Doing What Hate Groups Do
In the summer of 2020, the Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) also published "The Anti-Vaxx Industry,"4 after which the demonization of those questioning the COVID jabs really took off.

That report was followed by "The Anti-Vaxx Playbook: Exposing Anti-Vaxxers’ Deadly Plan to Disrupt COVID Vaccines, and How We Can Stop Them,"5 published by the CCDH in December 2020, three months after the NVIC held its fifth international public conference on vaccination.

"That was really the all-out frontal assault on anybody that is branded an anti-vaxxer," Fisher says. "And in that report, again, NVIC, myself, you [Dr. Mercola] and others who spoke at the NVIC conference are targeted and demonized in vicious language.

Imran Ahmed, who founded the Center for Countering Digital Hate, is a political operative out of England who now has come to the United States in the Washington, D.C., area to do his work, trying to discredit, demonize and stop anybody who does not conform with what the World Health Organization and U.S. government decides is the correct vaccine information."

In a December 22, 2020, Twitter post,6 the CCDH stated that "Anti-vaxxers have been meeting secretly to plan how to stop the COVID vaccine. We were there. Today we’re exposing their playbook." The report also claims to quote "leaked audio" from the conference.

The reality of the situation was that there was no audio to be "leaked" because it was a PUBLIC conference, open to absolutely anyone and everyone. It was about as far from a "secret meeting" as you could possibly get. Since the CCDH admitted "being there," they must have paid the nominal attendance fee, as did thousands of others. So, the entire premise and context of that report was a lie.

CCDH Is the True Misinformation Superspreader
The CCDH also fabricated data to support a false narrative in it’s March 21, 2021, "Disinformation Dozen" report,7,8,9 in which Ahmed falsely claimed 12 people and/or organizations were responsible for 65% of all anti-vaccine content on social media and 73% of vaccine misinformation on Facebook.

In mid-August 2021, after conducting an internal investigation, Monika Bickert, vice president of Facebook content policy, publicly called out the falsehoods in "The Disinformation Dozen" report, stating:10

"There isn’t any evidence to support this claim … In fact, these 12 people are responsible for about just 0.05% of all views of vaccine-related content on Facebook. This includes all vaccine-related posts they’ve shared, whether true or false, as well as URLs associated with these people."

Bickert highlighted the fact that Ahmed had preselected the 12 individuals listed in the report, and that his "faulty narrative" was based on nothing more than "a narrow set of 483 pieces of content over six weeks from only 30 groups, some of which are as small as 2,500 users."

Despite that, a long list of officials continued to cite the CCDH’s fabricated claims. What’s more, even though Facebook admitted the CCDH’s claims were bogus, they still took action against accounts by applying penalties and/or bans.

The Rise of the Censorship Industrial Complex
In February 2021, the WHO issued the "WHO Public Health Research Agenda for Managing Infodemics."11

"How they define ‘infodemic’ is basically ‘too much information.’ We have too much information. They've got to be the arbiters of what is truth; they've got to be the ones to tell everybody what to think," Fisher says.

The following month, the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security at the Bloomberg School of Public Health published "National Priorities to Combat Misinformation and Disinformation for COVID-19 and Future Public Health Threats: A Call for National Strategy,"12 and in June, the National Security Council issued "National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism."13

The next month, July 2021, the U.S. surgeon general issued an advisory, "Confronting Health Misinformation,"14 which, like so many others, referenced the CCDH’s fabricated "Disinformation Dozen" report that targeted me, the NVIC and the Organic Consumers Association (OCA) — two of my Health Liberty partners — for destruction.

"Next you have ‘Memes, Magnets, and Microchips: Narrative Dynamics Around COVID-19 Vaccines,’15 by the Virality Project, put out by the Stanford International Observatory, the NYU Center for Social Media Politics, the University of Washington Center for an Informed Public and Graphika. It goes on and on ...

And what is so unbelievable is that what it shows is that the federal government, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of State, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Defense and more, joined with businesses and institutions in society, particularly universities, to create what is known now, or is described by some, as ‘the censorship industrial complex,’ or ‘the disinformation industrial complex.’

It is an unbelievable story about how ordinary citizens in this country, particularly myself and NVIC, who have been working for 41 years with the federal government, with state governments, doing work in a civil and responsible way — the way we're supposed to do it in this representative constitutional republic when we want to change something — we were targeted for elimination from the digital public square simply for trying to be good citizens."

Government Has Been Weaponized Against Its People
As mentioned, Fisher’s report will be presented to the U.S. House Judiciary Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, chaired by Rep. Jim Jordan.

"He's a very courageous man," Fisher says, "because he is digging down in the testimony that's being submitted. One of my references is ‘The Weaponization of CISA: How a ‘Cybersecurity’ Agency Colluded With Big Tech and ‘Disinformation’ Partners to Censor Americans’16 [an interim staff report of the subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government].

[CISA] is the cybersecurity agency within the Department of Health and Human Services. The testimony that's already been submitted to that committee is phenomenal, and that testimony is in these more than 300 references that I have in the report.

I'm very glad I did it, but it was a sobering experience. I’m still trying to deal with what I learned, and I feel like everyone needs to understand that this is a moment in history when we have a choice to make. We are either going to stand up ... and fight for our right to freedom of thought, speech and conscience, or we will live as slaves for the rest of this century.

It reads like a crime novel, and I feel like I've lived through it. And, look ... we're still standing. We're still here, we're still able, at least right now ... to communicate online with our followers, through your newsletter, through the NVIC websites.

How long that's going to last, I don't know ... because our websites have dropped by half in terms of visitors. We're off of Facebook, we're off of Instagram, we're off of YouTube. All my commentaries for more than a decade, completely gone. When Elon Musk purchased Twitter ... NVIC was restored to that platform, but other than that major platform, we're blocked [everywhere].

And on December 21, 2021, 18 members of the U.S. House of Representatives from one political party wrote a letter to PayPal and told them to take me and NVIC off that platform, so that nobody could donate to NVIC through PayPal. I mean, this is an all-out assault, trying to obliterate a small nonprofit charity.

We're a small charity, but we were able to strike a chord within many Americans and many legislators who understood the importance of protecting informed consent rights when it comes to taking a medical risk, in this case, a vaccine risk."

A Great Awakening Is Underway
Following Fisher’s report, Dawn Richardson’s report on the NVIC’s legislative efforts in 2023 will be released. The good news there is that NVIC has tracked more than 1,000 legislative bills and posted more than 700 of them on the NVIC advocacy portal, and not a single state ended up passing a COVID vaccine mandate.

Also, no state passed a minor consent bill that would allow doctors to persuade children without their parents' knowledge or consent to get vaccinated.

"There has been an awakening in the state legislatures," Fisher says. "So, there are two times as many positive vaccine bills, which we supported, than negative vaccine bills. It's an incredible story ... It’s a miracle, with everything they've thrown against us ...

So, I urge everybody to please tune in on November 1, when we release this report. Read it, share it with your friends and family, and please, we've been ghosted and we do need donations. We need your support to continue to do this work that we've been doing for 41 years."

Who Benefits From the ‘Greater Good’ Narrative?
At the end of the day, the censorship of negative vaccine information comes down to protecting profits — pharmaceutical profits — even though lives will be lost in the process. In this sense, the vaccine agenda is very similar to the war industry, which sacrifices the lives of young men and women to protect private central bank interests. Fisher notes:

"For many years, I said it's about ideology, and my dear husband would say, ‘No, Barbara, it's about business, it's about the money.’ Well, you know what? It is about money.

At the end of the day, this is about a pharmaceutical industry and their partners, including academia, including a lot of other institutions in society, who have decided that there will be no opposition to the mass use of vaccines — every vaccine that the pharmaceutical industry creates.

But vaccination has been used as a political tool, no question. And that's where ideology comes in, this idea that you do not have the right to protect your bodily integrity, or that of your minor child; that you must take the risk for the good of society. That's the utilitarian rationale, ‘for the greater good.’

A minority of people can be sacrificed in service to the rest ... Well, that's a very convenient ideology to adopt when you want power, and when you want to profit from the exploitation of people.

And that's, to me, what it all comes down to: power and profit, and the people are the victims of this hierarchy that has been established globally, this infrastructure that those who have the wealth of the world are operating in ...

I have been very focused on that pseudo-ethic and defending informed consent. But when I did this report, I went, ‘Wait a minute, this is about the money. Pure and simple, it's business.’ And that's disturbing.

I'm disturbed by the fact that so many institutions in society, particularly academic institutions, have been co-opted by the money. It is very dangerous. And really, we've got a melding of government with big business, which is fascism. It’s frightening, really, and needs to stop.

Government money should not be used to try to demonize people and drive them out of the public square. The whole issue of freedom of thought, speech and conscience is such a fundamental freedom issue, and I really hope that the report I've written will help open some people's eyes to how the issue of vaccination has been used to try to discriminate against and silence people in the public square ...

The other thing that just blows my mind is, they have all these behavioral psychologists trying to figure out how to change everybody. All of these papers published in the academic journals are about ‘How can we figure out ways to change the values and beliefs of people who are resisting vaccination?’

Is that the role of government, really? Is the role of government to come in and try to screw around with your mind and your personal beliefs so that you'll do what they want you to do? That's truly Orwellian."

Of course, the reason government is trying to brainwash people into using certain products is because their interests are the same as the corporations’ interests, which, again, is the very definition of fascism.

Push for Vaccine Mandates Has Backfired Big-Time
A silver lining to the devastating fiasco of the mRNA COVID shots is that Americans have finally realized that not only do they not work, but they’re also incredibly dangerous. As of October 12, 2023, only 7 million Americans had rolled up their sleeves to receive the latest reformulated mRNA shot.

Assuming the U.S. population is 340.47 million people,17 7 million is only about 2.06%, and an October 2023 study18 tells us the reason for this drop-off — 54.9% of previously jabbed people are skipping further boosters due to fears about their safety.

Another 39.5% are skipping it because they’ve already had COVID, 28.6% doubt the booster will provide additional protection over the shots already received, and 23.1% don’t believe it’ll protect them from infection.

But people are not only waking up to the potential risks of mRNA shots. They’re also starting to question the safety and effectiveness of conventional vaccines as well, which is the exact opposite of what all this censorship was intended to achieve.

"The polls are showing a lessening of confidence in vaccination because of what they did with the COVID vaccine," Fisher says. "So, a lot of people are just going to skip that flu shot this year.

There's an uneasiness about vaccination right now, and I think it's their own fault. It's the fault of the federal agencies and the pharmaceutical companies that tried to oversell this product, tried to make everybody afraid that they were going to die if they didn't get it.

There was like an 80% uptake in this country of one COVID shot. That's a huge, huge uptake. However, now, on the fifth booster people are just saying, ‘I don't think so.’ So, Pfizer announced this week that they're having to cut $3 billion in expenses and in staff, et cetera, because they are not able to meet the projections for their stockholders of the uptake of the COVID booster."

Consumer Advocacy Is Essential
In closing, it’s important to realize just how impactful the NVIC has been over the past 41 years, and why it’s so essential to support its continued work.

"If NVIC had not formed in 1982, if we had not gone into the states in 2010 and educated legislators on this issue and worked with families in the states, this country would've had a COVID vaccine mandate for children. I don't have any question in my mind about that," Fisher says.

"The combination of education and advocacy has absolutely changed the landscape of the mandatory vaccination infrastructure in this country. And it was done because parents of vaccine injured children decided that their children were not an acceptable sacrifice.

This is an important point, because all of the groups that have formed since 1982, particularly in the last 10 years, are riding on the back of the ground that we plowed. And I couldn't be happier or more satisfied about that because our influence has allowed other groups to form and be bigger megaphones to warn people that this is a problem.

The mandatory vaccination system is not humane, it's not something that should be allowed. You cannot throw people under the bus. You have to care and value every life. And despite all of this persecution and all of this ghosting and removal from online platforms, we are still standing. I feel very much that you, and all the people who have donated to us over the years, played a huge role in helping us survive."

Like I say, we're at a cross-roads in this country. These culture wars are tearing us apart. But hopefully, we can all agree on the Bill of Rights ...

At the same time, you can't do something about something you don't understand, and that's why I did this report. I wanted to understand, what exactly had happened and why. It's clear to me now, and I hope it'll be clear to other people, how the issue of mandatory vaccination was used as a tool to accumulate power and money."

A silver lining to the devastating fiasco of the mRNA COVID shots is that Americans have finally realized that not only do they not work, but they’re also incredibly dangerous. As of October 12, 2023, only 7 million Americans had rolled up their sleeves to receive the latest reformulated mRNA shot.

Assuming the U.S. population is 340.47 million people,17 7 million is only about 2.06%, and an October 2023 study18 tells us the reason for this drop-off — 54.9% of previously jabbed people are skipping further boosters due to fears about their safety.

Another 39.5% are skipping it because they’ve already had COVID, 28.6% doubt the booster will provide additional protection over the shots already received, and 23.1% don’t believe it’ll protect them from infection.

But people are not only waking up to the potential risks of mRNA shots. They’re also starting to question the safety and effectiveness of conventional vaccines as well, which is the exact opposite of what all this censorship was intended to achieve.

"The polls are showing a lessening of confidence in vaccination because of what they did with the COVID vaccine," Fisher says. "So, a lot of people are just going to skip that flu shot this year.

There's an uneasiness about vaccination right now, and I think it's their own fault. It's the fault of the federal agencies and the pharmaceutical companies that tried to oversell this product, tried to make everybody afraid that they were going to die if they didn't get it.

There was like an 80% uptake in this country of one COVID shot. That's a huge, huge uptake. However, now, on the fifth booster people are just saying, ‘I don't think so.’ So, Pfizer announced this week that they're having to cut $3 billion in expenses and in staff, et cetera, because they are not able to meet the projections for their stockholders of the uptake of the COVID booster."

While that 2% number of people who have taken the lastest vax is amazingly low given the fervor so many had from a few years back, I would submit that the horse is already out of the barn.

Both the vaxed and unvaxed show all sorts of things in their systems now. The excess death numbers are still high and I suspect will stay high. The theme of "detoxing" from the virus or the vax is still something only a very small minority are considering at this point. And the entities that put this together continue to cover their tracks over time with retirements, etc.

The virus and the vax were components of a much larger plan. Those entities are now off to the next parts of that plan. We have seen it with immigration, Ukraine, now the Middle East, etc. It is fast moving and admittedly is a plan which is hard to keep up with. We need to somehow "flip the field" here.
