    Default Recent Sleep Quality?

Both my husband and I could hardly sleep last night, with no explanation as to why we felt so wired. My guides said it was a collective consciousness event, so today I thought I would create a poll to see what others experienced with their sleep in the past 24 hours. This poll is beginning on January 12th, 2023.

I woke up for a bathroom break, and when I went back to bed I was wide awake, which is unusual. After an hour or so I did go back to sleep (it might have been longer).

I didn't sleep much but that was normal after a long drive and a night away. Bin men woke me up which is lucky because I forgot to set my alarm. I was still late for work, working from home. My sleep was 'normal' but it was my worst start to a day for as long as I can remember.

I slept very well, I am a very good sleeper, very good at going within and staying there for loooong periods of time - but my body was in a lot of pain/discomfort, more than usual, it happens periodically. There has been a lot of intense dreamtime activity lately. There are a variety of reasons this happens, I suspect all the solar flaring as of late is at least partially the cause.

Insomnia has been an off and on problem for me for years. But last night was something else, i.e. the early morning hours of January 12. I needed the sleep but it was like a high energy current flowing through me, which kept me wide awake. Unusual. My feeling was that there was some extremely intense event happening somewhere on the planet.

Sorry but this sounds like Wilcock levels of delusion. Your guides should've told you you may've just had too much sugar or caffeine in your system. People like to beleive their health issues, such as insomnia or anxiety, are the result of them being a special unique snowflake, too pure for this world, when in reality it's something more mundane, such as poor diet, lack of exercise or too much screen time. But I'm 99% sure your sleeping issues have nothing to do with some collective spiritual woo woo.

Better to be honest than live in a world of hugs and rainbows. If Arcturian is having problems sleeping, practical lifestyle changes will be of more use to her than meaningless platitudes.

Yes, I'm a very good sleeper, I don't remember having a sleepless night but the night before last, I did. Wired, the whole night, perhaps something I ate. Collective consciousness, we all know about the 100th monkey, so who know?

I haven't slept well in weeks. It is a collective consciousness event. For those who don't believe in such, just watch the sun and start researching electromagnetic energy in the form of cosmic and solar radiation and how it affects us collectively.

This morning I woke at 2:30 am and decided to get up an hour later. I showered and went through my morning routines, then went back to bed at 6:30 and slept for a couple of hours. My sleep patterns have been like that for several months.

It’s my understanding, there’s a collective consciousness upgrade happening since late November, December culminating with the largest surge/boost over the last several days. Some experience it as cosmic energy coming in, while others view it as more of yourself, i.e. the greater self ’fitting’ into the physical vessel; our essence is expanding. Along with erratic sleep patterns, some report headaches, leg pain, lower leg pain, or pain right down to the bones, others report hip and leg pain. Grounding helps assist this process of the greater consciousness merging with self.

It's also my understanding that the timelines are collapsing back into the original state/template. The distorted (manipulated) timelines are being dissolved. It may explain the disappearance of items, forgetfulness, and the emotional and physical turmoil with self, loved ones or with the greater whole.

The process continues for the next year or two but it’s comparatively less than this initial surge. It’s helpful to understand that whenever a boost of energy is infused, it pushes the old stories up to the surface to release them. It’s time to let them go because those old wounds are no longer needed to serve our growth and development. They’re from an epoch that we’re leaving behind or for some have left behind.
