Blast from the past;
The “Eisenhower Protocols” were established during the Cold War, 2 years after the famous “saucer attack” on Washington DC (July 1952), when Eisenhower, newly sworn in (1953), met secretly with the aliens (February 1954).
Eisenhower successfully argued the world was in too perilous a condition (Korean War, Mao in China, Stalin in Europe, etc) for the US to unilaterally disarm, so the aliens gave the world 70 years to do the following:
End all warfare between states, war & weapons production & sales
End all basis for interstate warfare: economic, social, cultural, and especially religious reasons
End all pollution of the ground, air, water, and especially the oceans
End all human predation upon animal and critical plant species (i.e. the Amazon Basin, Congo Basins, etc)
Reduce the size of the human population on Earth to a manageable level of 2-3 billion, tops
Achieve a level of working trust and respect between human governmental organizations that fulfill these metrics
If at the end of the 70 year period (~2024), these goals were not met, did not look like there was any serious attempt to meet the goals, or were in flagrant violation….the aliens would take “drastic measures” to #1. Make sure all humanity knew about the secret protocols, and #2. Eliminate the flagrant abusers as an example to the rest.

... because (secret or advanced) man made technology posing and/or perceived as a "assumed UFO(s)" do exist ... The problem is: that ANYTHING that is a legit "UFO" can only have that label AFTER ruling out all earthly known anomalies being debunked or explained, thus you have to EARN the label: "U.F.O." after the thorough honest unbiased investigations.

• A "UFO Report" (Reporting UFO) is not the same as being a Real UFO after the "reporting" of it is investigated and checked on multiple levels.

Reporting a (possible) crime by ANYONE is not the same as a real crime ... similar logic ... and I can give you much more examples how language is used or rather misused to frame things in a certain way jumping to conclusions without having real merit.

• This issue is as old as mainstream media exists.
