Disasters are ongoing thanks to hind feet in high places, weather wars, bio weapons, woke agendas and the totalitarian tiptoe. Mother Earth needs a thorough cleansing as does humanity, I continue to hold the intention that evil will be exposed and deposed as do so many ‘light workers’, it is happening too. But…

Whether we will transcend into an egalitarian, sane civilisation led by humans with integrity and a genuine desire to improve the lot of all sentient beings and the planet itself, is open to question as undoubtedly this world of duality is a school for us all and maybe the utopia is only available to those advanced souls who earn a place in it.

Meanwhile, this recent tweet from Uri Geller could be seen as encouraging, though he has been in bed with the agencies for decades so in typical dual fashion, could be part of the blue beam agenda or a sign that good ETs will not allow a nuclear Armageddon.

Whatever, don’t sweat it friends, watch the circuses with peaceful detachment because when all is said and done, we will find ourselves back where we started, maybe a little wiser.

I don't begrudge anyone trying to be heard. But this is a globbed paragraph pasted at high speed in multiple places at once. It reeks of panic. Panic might not be inappropriate but as you point out Sérénité it doesn't help, it's famous for making things worse.

Don't we need sunshine to be physically and mentally and otherwise healthy?
I have read many times over nthe years that humans have survived underground
for long periods of time.

They must have found a way to get Vitamin D and other necessary nutrition
from other sources. Maybe some artificial means. I'd be interested to know
what, where, how, why if anyone can enlighten me.

Thanks for the Skeleton waiting for Armageddon and the Dolphins full of fun. I got a good giggle at them both. For those with seriously troubling fears, I can add a few of my own not above mentioned. This is the way I view the war in Ukraine: A war between the world Bankers, allied with the Nazis, the British (who are in bed with the Rothchilds), who are in Bed with the Black Hats of the US Military under the top-down world government nazi space program, also playing they are in bed with China and their organ harvesting evil, all corning money in global human trafficing. Compared with that lot, even Russia with its inside political killings comes out looking good. I think we should pray for Mr. Putin and the people of this world very very seriously. I believe that it is the New World Order Gang, which also includes the bankers that feel the need to start a nuclear war with Russia in order to cover their banking thefts and losses at our expense; and they don't give a hoot if the Earth perishes as a result. The more of us they kill the more bank accounts they get to KEEP. Also, the less Social Security they have to pay out.

AND in the advent Mr. PUTIN gets to read this, the shaking of the hands comes from poisons placed in wine during its manufacture which sometimes gets more dumped in the vat than intended. When you take a sip of the wine, it immediately travels through the blood/Brain barrier, affecting the nervous system. I know, because it happened to me once. I immediately emptied the bottle in the sink and have not bought or sipped wine since. To have your hand immediately start shaking and it not being under your control is a signal to STOP DRINKING IT.

MONEY as it is used in the world today permits and encourages poverty and crime. However, to be able to remove access to a depositors account as a control mechanism is the kind of evil constitutions have always attempted to avoid. Thieves will always find a way to get what they want, while the suffering and restrictions placed on the minds, inventiveness and generally joy is a cause of the world's misery. The total control of what patents are allowed to exist and thereby used is pure evil. It results in a cramped world where a few have all and the rest have little or none when invention can supply all our needs. Being poor does not mean you have no brains; it means you are stopped at square one by the lack of money. In short, billions of people are forced to exist in a straitjacket.

Back to the subject of periodic disasters on Earth. The planet between Jupiter and Mars which was exploded in a war with the reptilians left massive debre orbiting the sun which I believe intersects our orbit from time to time. If the Hadron Collider has moved our planet, it may circumvent or hasten our being in the path of this orbiting planetary matter. The water from its oceans crashed into Earth causing the Biblical Flood. Another collision in time may have resulted in death of the prehistoric creatures and the freezing of Mamoths with food in their mouths. A tropical world was immediately transformed into an Ice Age. It may have happened many times.

There is one observation of the SUN I would like to share. Perhaps someone may be able to add it to other observations and come to a useful conclusion. As I have mentioned on Avilon before, I was born in the tropics and got used to looking into the sun. These days, the sun has become inordinately brighter. Recently, I observed it through a tiny opening which I made with my fist and have concluded that the disk appears not to have changed its diameter. While there may be several reasons for its terrible brightness, it occurred to me that the medium of space which is filled with an electrical field may have become more constricted, acting as a large magnifying glass. If space really is a donut shape, we may either be going into or coming out of a section of the donut forcing the electrical lines closer together than formerly. We can only really PRAY and PREPARE for what may happen. However, those with severely limited incomes cannot possibly prepare when, as the book of Revelations tells, the cost of food becomes astronomical. All thoughts on these subjects are welcomed.

I heard that places like bomb shelter and underground galleries are a common thing in China, some of these places were abandoned long ago and people somehow took over and are living in these underground places, for what I know not even authorities are crazy enough to go down in places like that, they would need the entire cavalry! I know one of these places in Sao Paulo, homeless people actually temporarily live down there in what they call "galerias", the places get flooded from time to time, it is not a full time living place, also authorities storm the place every now and then..

I think the same goes for a lot of major cities around the world, there is people living underground, no doubt.

I don't know how someone can have a health life in dark places like that, but as an emergency shelter it may work.

But let's look into the bright side, there is these controlled environments like underground bases, bunkers, laboratories, etc.. where people work and live for extended period of time, they may have some yellow light in order to survive there, blue light is bad, not even plant would grow with that.

for vit D

- fatty fish/seafood may be a good source (tuna, sardines??)
- mushrooms is well know to contain vit D not sure which one (would have to do a little research) but hey, shrooms needs sunlight to produce vit D just like us.. maybe in dry form would do the trick.
- egg yolk (maybe in dry form to stock long period of time, it may preserve the vit d) - it is relative when talking about vit d in eggs, because it highly depends on the feed, bad feed means bad eggs.
- supplement (pills - that would be my last option, but still an option)
- UV lamp ? (the ones used to grow weed lol)

I know one thing, I would never be a happy living as a marmot, I would prefer live as a bear instead haha
