Default Things we should be sharing with young people

I borrow the idea for this Thread from :

    https://projectavalon.net/forum4/sho...=1#post1543031

I have a "colored" live Through Different country's/cultures...Testing different foods, customs, Languages, etcetera...through all this people "Perceive" "tolerance"...

Therefore they trust to ask me about whatever have in mind they don't trust anybody.
Must mature/old people want to know about my country/why I went "outside",etc.

I'm a mature man, and the questions ask from young people are not about the past, but
concerning their "troubles" in the "now".

I "found" myself responding in ways that later surprised me...
It felt like some "wisdom" came to my mouth...I needed a while to realize that was the "wisdom" trough "experience"...
Answers were swift deliver must in short modus possible, like a bolt, therefore an instant
    a-ha effect!

    example 1:

I was preparing a Bar for a garden party...Filling the ice machine, and from Behind a never seen before young guy, "shoot" me his question!

" How I can know if somebody "words" are for "good" or "bad" ?

I answer only one word: Intention

I turn around and I saw his "illuminated" face...
Only then I elaborate more: are the "words"/intention pro life or not ?

Later on full swing party, he meet me again and I don't recognize him and he say 1 word:
Intention, with a bright smile...I interpret his smile as gratitude.

I have more examples, stay tuned

PS: don't be shy...post your "wisdom" too for the sake young people seeking advice!

That's a very interesting encounter Vicus. It's almost as if you both and we as readers also benefited from that question being asked, because you gave him an answer which I think is quite profound.

It is something that we often don't recognize until our later years for sure.
Then, it is like - "Doh! Why didn't I realize this earlier?"

Another simple realization along the same lines is "Watch what they do, not what they say."
"We're all bozos on this bus"

In this world, young people are in difficulty, in France many students can no longer feed themselves and are forced to appeal to humanitarian aid for the most disadvantaged. This was before the crisis in Ukraine, since a law that offered a meal at 1 euro was not passed due to a missing voice. It's controversial on social networks, shame on this parliament and in your country the students are also suffering???
In France, it's been years, until changing the laws for foreign students.
A young Brazilian tried the experiment to continue his studies in France, he was forced to give up because he failed to save 8,000 euros to pay his entrance fee to a school.
This 25-year-old young man is also an artist and returned to his country because his visa had expired.
He came to testify in my facebook group, he has a lot of potential this young Brazilian

In Argentina Universities are free, included from Buenos Aires, considered the best university/college from iberoamerica
(from all countries speaking spanish), recognize world wide. There are private college too, there you must pay...

high school is free too and you learn professions too simultaneously ( commerce, technic, electronic engineer, bla, bla)
Private high school ( where you must pay) are almost from specific country's (US, France, Italy, Germany, etc.) where you learn each country language too.
In all high school always is english as foreigner language.

When i was bout 19 yrs old i worked as a tyre specialist, selling fitting and repairing car tyres.

behind our tyre shop was a truck tyre shop, "Bob Craddock Truck Tyres" i was helping out the bloke who had the truck tyre shop, i asked him "when i say to a customer that the tyre brand he was looking at is a very good trye and one of the best sellers, how do i then tell the customer how good the next tyre is that the customer asked about".

Bob looked at me and said, "Dont bull****", i remember that like it was yesterday...............................RRR
The more people i met, the more i liked my dog.

I believe the first few things I would teach the younger generation is that the life they are living belongs to them, and no one else... And in that context I would tell them:

    * Your body is yours alone... You determine what you put into it..

    * If you are honest, trustworthy, and try in earnest to be a good person, you should never feel the need to apologize to anyone for your actions just because that other person may have some shortcomings.

    * Exercise tolerance in adversity, as you may learn something new... It is not your place to judge others, only your own actions...

    * Never let fear be the motivating force behind your actions... Instead, use wisdom and love... Fear is a tactic to take control over others.

    * If something doesn't feel right, it probably isn't

    * Do not fall victim to materialism... That is not where the true riches in life come from.

    * Listen to those older than you, when they are trying to educate you.. You need not agree, but you may find life a bit easier to navigate if you use their failures as your stepping stone, rather than having to repeat them.

    Triggers

Sometimes was needed longer elaborations and caused unexpected triggers which I tried to resolve with
    "fine tuning"...

In the next case came from trigger to emotional respond to relief...in form of sobbing...

For sake of sparing writing space (I'm still ruminating how to present it...) I will first describe the environment...
    In next post the conversation.

    Example 2 (first part)

A friend of mine worked as barman in a new Bar/Club, I decided to pay a visit...
after talking with him I went to the second bar( Basement)near the dance floor and take a stool behind the bar(the crew knew me).

People were in their first twenty's maximum and the music don't tell me anything ( soft electro hip-hop) I needed
something harder, and its came in format a well stand up young man, he "locked" his eyes on me and I Thought:
    here comes... troubles...
He asked me if he could take my stool !
