Best info on Small orbs

Was looking for the best resources on small orbs interacting with humans?

Sizes, shapes and colors differ. Orange and multi-colored primarily, and some where only a faint outline can be seen.

Sightings mainly after meditation, I believe, but can also occur randomly. Approx. 4 every 3 months ...

Not sure if you're seeing these outdoors or in, but this guy, Christo Roppolo, believes he is interacting on some level with the orbs he sees and films on a regular basis.
