Default Scientists discover enzyme that can turn air into energy, unlocking potential new energy source

Scientists studying a cousin of the bacteria responsible for tuberculosis and leprosy have discovered an enzyme that converts hydrogen into electricity, and they think it could be used to create a new, clean source of energy literally from thin air.

    However:

"Huc can extract energy from hydrogen in the air, which is effectively limitless," Grinter said. "The amount of electricity that can be generated from the low concentrations of hydrogen in the air will be modest. This will limit the application of Huc in this context to devices that require a small but sustained amount of power. A complementary use of Huc would be in fuel cells where a higher concentration of hydrogen is provided."

Maybe the Ultra Elite KNOWS real abundance is coming for humanity ... and know that eventually they lose control over the masses ... thus they are in a big hurry to speed up the Depopulation Agenda and implement all kinds of unconstitutional "(fake) crisis" laws cementing their Future Dystopia aka Agenda2030 & "NetZero2050".

Disregarding the techno babble, "free energy" (as in free and unlimited) is a horrible idea if implemented.
Imagine the consequences of 8 billion people able to expend gazillion gigawatt hours of power for their amusements, etc.
You'll see some REAL global warming from all that waste heat (friction, remember?).
    . . .
Look at the current state of computer technology. Graphics processor chips that dwarf the huge supercomputers of the 1970s, being used to PLAY VIDEO GAMES.
HUGE databases filled with images of cats.
    "Smart" phones and "Fit" watches.

Oz, Sir, we all have dreams, and arguments about those dreams. I have no real affinity for a super high tech and unlimited energy ‘future’. Until some natural booboo, like an earth burp or a sun burp, thins our gene pool enough, human ‘factors’ will always mess things up.

But your concern with “global warming” is a dream that ought to be made fun of lol, like if someone said they dreamt they were a chicken trying to find reasons to cross a road. All in good fun tho. ~8D

“Predicting is hard, especially about the future.” - Yogi Berra, iirc.
