    Default Letting Go

This theme has been coming up more often lately, as many have reached a peak point of frustration. It has also been something that I've had to do in the past, myself, when tensions reached an almost unbearable point. It is really nothing new, but thought a discussion on "letting go" and what it entails might serve to soothe some anguish.

Here is a video I just watched. A friend emailed the link to me this morning, about the subject.

And here is Lisa Harrison with a similar theme. Hers also speaks of "the split" going on that many are perceiving.

A very wise man from a very long time ago, made it abundantly clear that we are not to judge. There was no ambiguity in his words. Flat out, point blank, "Thou shalt not judge"!!! Yes, .... he was a wise man indeed.

So when it comes to 'letting go', our judgement of a situation, person, or whatever is what we need to let go of. Don't judge things as being right or wrong, good or bad. Let go. Let go of judgement.
I am enlightened, ............ Oh wait. That's just the police shining their spotlights on me.

Thank you, Sue. I resonate with a lot of what Lisa M. Harrison shares. I appreciate it when I come across those that put words to experiences or confirm personal knowings. I posted elsewhere a loosely transcribed part of her video. My plan is to rent the 90 minute version.
We’ve moved into the next frequency band and more energetically like home or the closer to the original. The consequences of that is there's a lot of things that are affecting us. One would be parasites, the virus go hand-in-hand. It can’t be in the space. Another is not everyone moves into it the same time. People filtering into the space will continue to do so for sometime. But when you hit it what comes up is being quite sensitive to anything that is virus or is parasitic in nature. Whether that is a relationship, a person, any dynamic that is not of integrity, honorable and equal. It's why I haven't been able to do a YouTube video format.

Social media platforms are very, very parasitic. There's lot of energy sucking. And energetically, when you do something like that you’ve got a couple hundred people, it can be quite draining. It can be fun and you can give it a lot. But I’ve just become more and more sensitive to them. I want to thank you for being respectful and honorable.

So there’s that. And also there’s how we’ve become more sensitive to the virus and the parasites in our life. Becoming more aware of whatever programs we've got. Whatever we're carrying in our body. Memory that it's not supported in this space is coming up again. Every time we do this we are refining ourselves.

I have always believed that we are living the life that we are supposed to be living. Ninety-nine percent of the time they know what the problem is and they know that they should fix it. I believe it is good to reach out and offer love and support but not criticism or judgment. Letting go is much easier said than done especially with people that you love but on occasion it is necessary.

To allow letting go, IMO you must have already found something Bigger to hold onto. Otherwise this seems unnatural, actually InAuthentic in 3D. In 3D one actually experiences the sense that things are taken from us. The urge to hold on is about the feeling of loss that feels unbearable.

Fear is to me about the blindness of feeling CUT OFF from spiritual renewal. A sluggish stagnation of the soul happens which substitutes an identity validated by extrenals for our being. I see it as being closed to the realm of spirit. One walks around bereft without the direct replenishing life force. One is empty seeking to be to be filled. It is only when we feel bereft that we can fall into dark places.

IMO, the best use for being alive is to FILL ourselves with Life force. I think that is what we are learning. How to be filled from God so we are no longer hungry and grasping.

We block life force with our "stuff". Closed off we feel "alone" and cling to externals. More stuff, less energy, more stuff, less energy. We become starved by our own story. But it is like a repeating pattern we cannot shake. Our story is the only life line we have until we allow one thing .... to be connected to "God".

Sometimes you have to be faced with such horrific pain you are forced to surrender. You can connect to the Spiritual realm and connect direct to God. I am no longer ever alone. Managing my world gets a lot of help. It gets better and easier to surrender more. It becomes better and better with every time I connect with what is all around us all the time.... available and there.

Truly all you need to do is ask.
The sense of assurance has to be FELT. I exist and God exists and I am never separated. The is no limit to my connect to LIFE itself. There is no pain when FULL. It is like an overflowing stream that moves to the Good.

The sense of Presence allows us to let go because we are not bereft any longer. It is all a natural process to let go as one receives more and greater FORCE of good. I heard a quote I like

The force moves to the Good as the riever flows to the sea.

I did not go for Lisa Harrison's presentation style but her point about being sensitive to or aware of anything parasitic in our environment was excellent food for thought. There are many types of parasites and the exercise of discrimination (without judgement) about these is something to strive for I think. Perhaps this is what the X virus is teaching us.

I listened to this one while I was being "kitchen witch" again yesterday and today (ie, cooking, etc). Been putting it off, since it is rather long. But I was glad I finally did listen to it. It went up a month ago.
It's another one which resonated with my own experiences.

There’s a host of symptoms listed in the first 5 minutes of this vid that people are experiencing since Wednesday, August 9th.

This past week was hard on my digestive system. There has been excess energy in my lower back for about a week and a half. I also can relate to sleep patterns being messed up. Lisa describes it as, “Sleep feels like a distant memory.”

I experienced a really bad headache, trouble sleeping and some digestive problems which I thought at the time might be because of my headache. Thanks for posting, it can help explain what kind of energies are coming in

Yeah me too, a couple of nights ago. I don't remember this happening to me before: I woke up in the early hours, so early it wasn't really even the next day yet, although it was slightly the next day. And I didn't feel like I could get back to sleep. So I watched a couple of films. This is not what I've done before, but I couldn't sleep, but was tired and very bored. I wasn't awake enough to do anything that involved thinking, movies were perfect.

I can relate to many of the physical symptoms Lisa lists and how time is all wonky in this 8-10 minute clip.

Lisa M. Harrison: “I want to go through all the physical stuff that we're going through first because people do like to know they're not alone.
