The fact these women went to the media and not to the police tells you something ain't right ... Legal system states : “innocent until proven guilty”. Honestly, this seems to be a witch hunt, if you were a victim of assault, the approach would be to report the alleged crime to the police and take legal action in the courts... not the media. These allegations are going to damage this man’s life even if proven innocent. Sadly, if these allegations are proven slanderous, the accuser will walk away free with no repercussion.

Interesting legal opinion by the "Blackbelt barrister" on Rumbles taking the opposite of Youtube, and stands up for Free speech.

Should everyone be free to share their voice, thoughts and truth?

Does the UK govt have a statutory obligation to investigate content that causes potential harm and demand it is removed?

Is the UK Govt allowed to write to private companies and stop their payments/contractual obligations to people to sharing their "truth"?

What is the real reason behind these allegations to warrant the over-reach of Govt? Is it just a knee-jerk reaction?

It appears the blackbelt barrister draws similarities (like me) to the johnny Depp trial by media and the big question is had defamation occurred against Russell and has it caused harm to him?

It all happens incrementally. A little at a time. Same as our forgetting. The Afghanistan pullout . The Nordstream pipeline, the selloff of our oil reserves, the turnstile of our completely open border and well, the rest, just kick the can down the road, people far to busy trying to survive to make a stink and having little actionable options to do so anyhow.

They own the MSM mouthpiece. The main thing that influences the mainstay of the public. Time is on there side I suppose they figure.
And the only person that I believe will step and do anything about this, they are attempting to arrest and do away with. Thats how you know hes the one to go with

Thanks for saving that. The Rumble CEO response was the response to this opening salvo. This might really back-fire on Dinenage whose husband, lest we forget, serves/ed on the 77th Brigade of the British Army. Regular viewers here know what the 77th Brigade is all about....

Interesting overview from the Blackbelt Barrister - which boils down to..... if there isn't more than unsubstantiated accusations and nothing goes to court then the Government could be prosecuted for defamation -

He said that he feels there must be more or the Government wouldn't have taken this step - but I don't think this is an automatic assumption because Governments in the West are drunk on their own power and they could easily make a big error...


Let's imagine for a minute how the women involved in this are feeling right now... there they were minding their own business getting on with their lives - their associations with Russell Brand well in the past - when Channel 4 seeks them out.... (hunts them down...?)......

Are they sleeping at night? - How did the Channel 4 team persuade them to get involved...? Have the women realized yet how they are being shamelessly USED for political reasons and nothing to do with them or because Channel 4 etc actually care one little bit about them - but the pressure is all on them to make formal complaints + the whole thing rests on their shoulders - who would want to be in their position right now.... will they have to face Russell in court - is the pressure getting worse now the government has got involved - perhaps the government got involved to increase the pressure on the women -

They may have been promised things if they got involved or emotionally blackmailed to be part of taking Russell Brand down...

If the women feel that they are being used - they may turn the tables.... who knows

But I know that I wouldn't want to be in their shoes now + the Govt and MSM haven't done them any favours - they have just USED them... for political ends...

It is irrelavant to me as to Russel Brand, what he did or didnt do etc. Its this trial by media and cancel culture that is the issue

I think nowadays it’s common (for sure it’s possible) for you to upload your signature onto your pdf or whatever document program and insert
it into your documents.

I think nowadays it’s common (for sure it’s possible) for you to upload your signature onto your pdf or whatever document program and insert
it into your documents.

Yes. My employer's signature is loaded onto templates, to save him needing to hand-sign each time multiple documents are provided for exporting purposes.
