I see there are quite a few videos on the internet about the Voyager's message found when one of our quantum computers went through the incoming data. I haven't lisened to all of the video I have linked below, as it is late here where I am, so not sure how deep it goes. The short description above doesn't give Clif's audio message above a full idea of the content. The main thing that Clif was describing was that the information that was reconstructed was an image when decoded. That image changed the people who viewed it in a profoud way. Somehow their whole perception was changed, like a download of new information. Clif thinks it is more likely to be from an intelligent alien society rather than a rogue AI from space.

Clif High is Moving House, and Before Life Experience (video)
    https://clifhigh.substack.com/p/i-blame-heidi

    SYNOPSIS

In this monologue, Clif discusses his experiences with death and pre-birth memories, offering a metaphysical perspective on consciousness, reincarnation, and the nature of existence. He recounts dying three times in his current life (at ages 9.5, 16.5, and 65) and describes the peaceful, comforting state he experienced during these deaths, emphasizing the absence of pain or anxiety. He also shares memories from before entering his current body, describing a non-physical state of rest and awareness on "the other side" of the life-death barrier, where time and space do not exist as we understand them. In this state, he chose his parents and life, a process he believes is guided by karma and involves selecting from countless "sparkles" representing potential lives.
Clif explores the concept of the human being as a tripartite entity: the "doer" (the consciousness in the body), the "knower" (intuition), and the "thinker" (cognition). Only a fraction of the doer (one of twelve parts) inhabits the body, with the others in a "long sleep," processing past lives. He suggests that pre-birth memories and awareness of this selection process may indicate a soul's progression through multiple lives, with more advanced individuals having greater awareness during the process. Clif also references his negotiations with his greater self during his third death, where he was persuaded to return to life with promises of meaningful work, love, and participation in a future "great battle."
He ties these experiences to esoteric concepts from sources like Thinking and Destiny by Harold Percival, which he considers highly accurate, and discusses the soul as an energy container that stores experiences as intuition across lives. Clif attributes his insights to decades of contemplation, martial arts (Aikido), and Zen meditation, and he encourages a deeper understanding of consciousness and karma, viewing life as a series of choices that feed into the "karmic engine."

    Clif High: !The Under Pressure!
    https://clifhigh.substack.com/p/the-under-pressure

    SYNOPSIS by Grok:
Clif's monologue explores the concept of "consciousness pressure," a metaphysical idea derived from the works of Indian thinkers Rabindranath Tagore, Sri Aurobindo, and Swami Vivekananda. He describes consciousness as a dynamic force that flows into the material world, creating pressure that drives growth, complexity, and the expansion of life and the universe. This pressure manifests at various levels, from individual biological systems to global ecosystems.
Clif proposes a hypothesis that chemtrails—chemicals allegedly sprayed into the atmosphere—are disrupting this consciousness pressure by killing off lower life forms like bacteria and insects, which are foundational to the "chain of life." This chain, as per Aurobindo and Vivekananda, begins with simple organisms and progresses through reincarnations to higher forms, eventually reaching humans. By targeting these lower life forms, chemtrails reduce the influx of new life, leading to declining birth rates across species, including humans, and contributing to a broader depopulation agenda.
He further suggests that this disruption creates a karmic backlash, shifting pressure onto those responsible for chemtrails, leading to a "secrets revealed" period where their actions are exposed. Clif connects this to societal pressures and escalating narratives (e.g., conspiracy theories) that lose impact over time, requiring more extreme claims to maintain attention. He predicts significant revelations in June and July 2025, driven by this interplay of consciousness pressure and karma.

Is there an alternative site where I can upload the transcript? (I don't want to overload projectavalon with so few people interested in Clif's ideas.)
A Clif High transcript (the plain *.txt file) might be ten's of KBytes. The Forum currently uses hundreds of GBytes, which is tens of million times larger. Some tens of GBytes of this storage, or about 10% of the total, some 70+ thousand uploaded files, is member attachments uploaded over the last 15 years.

If you find uploading to Avalon such transcripts, or files tens times bigger, to be a convenient way to share with us few Clif High nerds, as the Chief Bit Master of Avalon, you have my full permission to do so. Not one penny of storage costs will ever appear on Bill's account ... it's beneath being a rounding error.

    Holler if that's not suitable.

Clif High: The End Of The World As We Know It 2027
    https://clifhigh.substack.com/p/teotwawki-2027

    SYNOPSIS (by Grok)

Clif's monologue explores the concept of a transformative shift in reality, described as the "emergence of sci-fi world," which necessitates the dissolution of the old world order. This transition is marked by significant chaos, driven by the breakdown of outdated systems—economic, social, and technological—and the emotional attachments people have to them. He frames this shift as a natural process, akin to material passing through a screen, where the old world is subsumed, and a new reality solidifies.

    Key points include:
Chaos and Transition: The current chaos is a necessary part of dismantling old systems, such as fiat currency-based economies tied to oil, which are collapsing under the weight of their obsolescence. This is coupled with societal shifts, including changes in family structures and exposure to transformative technologies.

Astrological and Cosmic Context: Clif ties this transformation to astrological cycles, both within our solar system and relative to the galactic center, suggesting that humanity is entering a new ontological paradigm influenced by cosmic alignments and increased energy from the galaxy.

Quantum Technology and Consciousness: He discusses advancements in quantum computing, potentially derived from reverse-engineered alien technology, which he believes interacts with the "event stream"—a continuous manifestation of reality from consciousness. This could lead to new devices that tap into this stream, offering predictive capabilities and altering human perception of reality.

Qualia and Decision-Making: Clif emphasizes humans as "qualia-noting machines," reacting to the smallest units of meaningful energy from the event stream. He advises using these qualia—subtle cues from the universe—to guide decisions, citing personal examples like his relationship with Heidi, whose language and insights serve as counter-indicators for trends like silver prices.

Economic Indicators and Silver: The breakout of silver prices (reaching over $35, a rare historical high) signals the end of its suppression and the onset of economic chaos, marking a transition to a non-debt-based currency world. This aligns with his broader theme of systemic collapse and renewal.

End of the World Narrative: Clif predicts that by 2027, the world as we know it will cease to exist due to these transformations, but not necessarily through catastrophic events like meteors or fake alien invasions. He dismisses meteor threats, citing potential extraterrestrial interventions, and suggests that a fake alien invasion would be undermined by internet scrutiny and public skepticism.

Social and Emotional Impact: The monologue warns of escalating chaos through 2025, particularly in July and September, with August as a brief respite. Normies (those unaware of these shifts) will struggle as their reality crumbles, exacerbated by financial instability and social engineering attempts by globalists. Clif advises managing stress through physical health and mental focus to navigate this turbulent period.

Zero-Point Technology and Future Shifts: Emerging technologies, including zero-point energy and alien-derived innovations, will reshape science and society, hitting a significant milestone in July 2025, followed by a period of societal digestion in August.

Overall, Clif presents a vision of a world in rapid transition, driven by cosmic, technological, and societal forces, urging listeners to stay grounded and attentive to subtle cues (qualia) to thrive amidst the chaos. The "end of the world" in 2027 is not a literal apocalypse but the culmination of a profound paradigm shift into a new, sci-fi-like reality.

Sorry to segue here, I did listen to this ep and went and grabbed a PDF of Thinking and Destiny by Harold Percival, it is an epic tome well beyond my skillset in reading it, it is 1080 pages long as Clif mentions and I am only 70 pages in and it's a slog, enjoyable though, and oddly enough when I make a start in reading it, I feel enveloped by a lethargy of tiredness and confusion unsure if self generated or off person in order to stop me reading and to go and do something more brain deadening, anyone else experience similar?

I just checked and I've had the epub version since September 2023 but haven't read it yet. I have over 800 books on my "to read" list and, as I average about one every two weeks, I'm unlikely to read them all. And the list grows longer.
