Fascinating. The first PDF is in the form of a series of images, so it can't be searched for key words.

The second PDF (on archive.org) is actual text, so it can be searched (via the search function in the document itself). But that's not worth bothering with, as it's simply the report of the recent AARO whitewash that's been well-documented now.

The part of the first PDF that refers to Retrieving data across dimensional/space-time is all about Remote Viewing (and "Remote Communication", an interesting term), not any advanced technology for doing the same, such as Project Looking Glass. (I was a little disappointed! )

But it refers in multiple sections to AAVs (Autonomous Aerial Vehicles), and the implication is that these are what we know as UFOs. There are a lot of people in Congress who might be very interested to read this, and may already be doing so.

When or if the Kona Blue special access program was terminated ( in 2012 ) how did they define the scope of what it was they were terminating ?

They financed and built a lot of facilities that may have been transferred out of the scope of the program by the time they terminated it.

Like how shell companies work, until they are declared bankrupt and drop off the financial radar again.

Some quick thoughts on alleged UFO whistleblower Jason Sands

1) I will suspend judgment until I've processed everything, and perhaps attain more information. And, most importantly, reviewed his discussion (whatever was able to be recorded)

2) His comment about "20 and back" reveals next to nothing. He didn't elaborate or explain it at all. So we have next to no way of knowing what he meant by it as I recall. Though, I still understand why it could be seen as a red flag.

3) It's possible that people who have worked on The Program are sometimes fed disinformation through various means - that's something to always keep in mind.

But again, so that nobody twists my words, I will reserve judgment for now.

I'd got an interesting message this morning from a source in the US, which includes key revelations relevant to the 'Disclosure' it reads:

@ Bilderburg last meeting the hot topic was "how to regain public trust" Klaus Schwab went on a ranter about getting public "chipped" cause using cell phones for control was a bust.

Chris Mellon & fellow actors admitted the UFO threat just another OP. (This was also recently confirmed by Grant Cameron)

Grush/Elizondo/et al all blew it. (Again, this has been confirmed through Daniel Listz and others)

Daniel Listz also got Gary Nolan at SOL Foundation conference admitting some stuff & Avi Loeb's Oumuamua (sp) stuff is also a sham.

I wonder will they get to patch the hole before their ship sinks?

How does the above tie in with the following ?

"Determine baseline for physical transport across dimensional/space-time barrier"

That to me reads as that it is a given fact that there IS other dimensions into which we can travel.

After all if we were beings that lived in a sun and your calculations predicted the the possibility of something called water you wouldn't go ahead and start designing a submersible before you'd proved beyond doubt that water did in fact exist!

This was a message sent to me from a source in the USA. So I'm quoting from the above post 107.

My understanding is that both Grusch and Elizondo have been caught lying.

I do recall as an example, that Grusch in his relationship with ARRO had made statements that he had contacted them many times, in particular, the head of ARRO. A FOIA has shown that this was not true. Remember Grusch has his handler, namely Chris Mellon. This was revealed by Daniel Listz in a private interview, but revealed later.

Regarding Elizondo, FOIA requests have shown that Elizondo had been lying on different occasions.

This seems like a significant development. Richard Dolan's video title is more tentative than the material suggests, and it's all about a private communication newly published by Chris Mellon specifically referring to the 1952 Kingman crash retrieval.

30 minutes into the video Richard brings in Michael Schratt, himself a highly experienced researcher and an expert on the details of the Kingman crash. (Which may not have been a 'crash' at all, but more of a forced landing which left the craft almost completely intact and undamaged.)
