    Default Introducing Ernie

I first came across this guy on Fakebook. I don't know him personally but he seems to be quite "awake" and has posted a few articles on Substack, which I found interesting. He's lacking support so, if you are interested, maybe you could subscribe.

(Please ignore the "Page Not Found" title. I haven't figured out any other way to list articles on substack.)

John, Thanks so much for sharing "Ernie". I am truly appreciating his approach to dealing with homelessness. This could happen to any of us and although it is a not so pleasant thing to think about having a practical approach is really the best way to deal with it. Ernie, just an average guy has a good common sense of looking at this.

This is the time when the our main task is facing our fears head on. Having a plan to deal with this and just being exposed to his mindset is refreshing. That's what I love about this forum is the little priceless jewels I pick up here and there...

I am just getting used to the value of substack and have yet to learn to navigate it to find these little jewels. Maybe time to put in a bit more effort. Thanks again!!!

If you know what you are looking for, then simply typing "substack [subject]" into a search engine will find it. For example: https://www.qwant.com/?q=substack+prepper

On the subject of prepping, I came across this planting guide yesterday: https://files.catbox.moe/c68kif.jpg

This one is specifically for Mediterranean climates:

Of course you can find many books on the subject - free downloads if you know where to look or from the usual book sellers.

I enjoyed the reading, and Ernie is 73. That alone take lots of courage to get into adventures, I say that because it was a voluntary choice, he wants that, but yes it could perfectly just happen to anyone.

    Thanks for posting it.

Here is his profile and it will list all his writings, I hope there will be part II
