Scalar Tech - The huge gap in my knowledge base - and an answer?

I've said for years to anyone that would listen and I believe I'm hearing confirmation in "the swirl" of UFO news:

Immediately after the first few nuclear detonations I believe something else was figured out.

I've never been sure about what this other thing was until hearing Dave Rossi discuss Scalar Technology a couple of years ago.

TLDR: If weaponized scalar technology makes nukes look like play things.

• The ability to "see" into rooms, possibly back in time (like watching a film), and the potential for energy manipulation over distance
  READ: TURNING OFF NUKES. among many other terrible (AND POSSIBLY GREAT) things.
  
  Instant, invisible neutralization of infrastructure or weapons without kinetic force.
  
  Ability to control or disable enemy forces non-lethally through altered perception and cognition.
  

While listening to everything Rossi puts out and APEC I can't grok this ****. it's sci-fi. it's weirder to me than time travel. Yet i think it can point us in the right direction.

Putting it out here - anyone able to break this down for all of us? Chatgpt, google and what physics I know and can track is ... useless.

I had come across a lengthy video (1.5 hrs) a few weeks back where Lt. Col. Thomas Bearden gave a talk in 1988 where he described IN DETAIL the scalar tech that the Soviet Union had begun developing in the late 50's, and by the 60's were deploying / experimenting with it's potential. Basically, the tech involved was a derivation / enhancement of radar tech, but based on Maxwell's ORIGINAL equations detailing his complete electrical theory. Within this original set of equations were a set of (4?) quaternion equations that described Electro-Gravity. As Bearden explained, Oliver Heavyside 'accidentally' deleted this set of equations, and thus we have been left with an incomplete understanding of how electro-magnetic-gravitational forces work.

His main concern was about what we've come to know as the 'woodpecker' electromagnetic 'attacks' against various US embassies where a number of diplomats became ill and died or had serious health complications. It was later discovered that there had been other tests of this tech that had resulted in SERIOUS 'blowback' aspects.

The radar systems used scalar waves that produced Time-Reversed Electro-magnetic Pulses that PASS THROUGH ALL MATERIAL OBJECTS to reach the desired target, where an interference pattern was produced that resulted the Complete Vaporization of the target, and surrounding area, dependent upon the strength of the signal. Unfortunately, it also produced Other effects on nearby Radioactive Isotopes which would then Go Critical, and Explode. This tech has 'over the horizon' capabilities - i.e., it could be set to target an object on The Other Side of the Earth. The Soviets, in their testing, actually Caused one of their Own nuclear waste facilities, which was near one of these 'radar' sites to EXPLODE. Fortunately, it was out in Siberia, so it had little effect outside the immediate vicinity. It was also suggested that the Chernobyl disaster was a result of a similar 'accident'.

His main point was that this tech could, Accidentally, Destroy the Earth. He further stated that the whole reason that the Soviet Union and US came to sign the non-proliferation treaty was due to this development.

It's a shame that the video was taken down...it offered a greater understanding of the physics of our universe as well as our history.

When Ben Rich (the former head of Lockheed Skunk Works) famously revealed "there was an error in the equations", it seems to me probable that he was referring to Maxwell's equations.

Not that Maxwell's equations contain an error (they're very complete!), but that there was an error in the understanding of Maxwell's equations. That's far more likely than (say) an error in Special or General Relativity.

I'd never heard the above suggested by anyone before. But much to my fascination, I found just now (after I'd posted my comment above) that Jan Harzan, the former head of MUFON and who has a BSc in Nuclear Engineering, said this when interviewed in Steven Greer's 2013 'Sirius' documentary:

"The second point he made [in Ben Rich's UCLA School of Engineering Alumni speech on 23 March 1993] was that there was an error in the equations. My suspicion is that it’s probably Maxwell’s equations for electromagnetic theory."

And to the point you made about the 'error in the equations' was EXACTLY what I too was thinking. I have many times referred to Ben Rich's quotation "...and we now have the technology to take ET home."

EDIT: I started to watch the video - while it deals with the same subject matter, it is NOT the video that I had posted. In the video Bill posted, Bearden is quite a bit more subdued - in the one I saw, he was quite animated and somewhat emotional as he obviously was extremely concerned with the information he had come across. Bill's posting is also a bit shorter than the one I saw, which was a fair bit longer than 1.5 hrs. Just the same, it looks to be covering the same ground. I'll need to watch it fully to know if he covers all the same info.

An Intresting clip I found searching along these lines was that Ashton Forbes keeps dropping news updates about the Malaysia Airlines Flight 370.
(He has clips from the interviews with Tom Bearden as well that Bill found)

The latest as I understand is a company called Sierra Nevada Corp. Using drones to film it, and "advanced plasmaballs" developed by Lokheed M to "zap" it.

Maybe you can update me, whats your thouts about this fellow ?

However, be warned - he can get quite obtuse in his dialog leaving the viewer scratching their head as to what he's really saying.

Note: After viewing the video provided by Bill, I noted the following additional differences between his posted video, and the one I had come across a week or two ago.
1- in Bill's 'version', Dr. Bearden is standing in front of a plain curtain with no podium - in the video I watched previously, Dr. Bearden was standing behind a podium with the same curtain while giving his talk..
2- Bill's version was quite grainy and had some screen anomalies - my video was perfectly clear with no distortions.
3 - What I remember from my finding it was that it was a upload of a CD by someone who had contact w/ Bearden (or an associate), and this person sent the CD to the uploader after Dr. Bearden had passed. They felt it was time for a clear (and updated?) version of the same information to be published.
4 - the info in my video seemed more 'polished' - I suspect that Dr. Bearden made a few iterations of this information.

An additional point regarding peace's statement about 'messing with your DNA'.... In the video I tried to post, this technology could use simple photos to target individuals using this tech to 'mess w/ their DNA'.

Dr. Bearden also suggested that the Challenger disaster was also a result of this tech...

That's about all I remember about finding it... I THINK it was either on Starship Earth or Stargatenewsletter blog - perhaps it was a link to an X post with the embedded video , but I may be mistaken.

It's a fake story. This was exposed over a year ago when the clouds in the video that Ashton Forbes always presents were shown to have come from a stock image collection which had been online for many years. This is all discussed in the thread titled Boeing MH370 disappears in flight with 239 passengers.

Yes.. we ARE 'all in this Together'

I tend to agree with you on the point of 'not knowing', but we may be missing the full depth of his research... you can bet that, given his youtube presence, he provides enough 'info' to keep people interested, but not enough to raise suspicion or cause him to be targeted... and, who knows... perhaps he's a gatekeeper?

That's why I was particularly taken with the Bearden video I had found... it dealt with the 'math' and basic physics behind this phenomena in a more clear fashion and, as I said, seemed more polished than the version that Bill had found.

One additional point regarding the deleted / hidden video - in it, Dr. Bearden actually used (perfectly clear) photos of large radar installations that looked like truncated pyramids with large 'panels' attached to the outside to depict the Soviet installations, and did NOT use the terribly grainy projected images as seen in Bill's video.

Actually I have a funny story to tell you, about this man.(not downplaying him in any way)
I got inspired of doing some research of what he was on about that time, so I ordered 2 Mega magnets from a place he got he's mega magnets from.

It was so obvious that they couldn't ship these 2 mega magnets in a safe container over to Eurupe, so I had to cancel the order unfortunately.
Gosh! It was so fun to read how their restrictions from moving these magnets had to be cared of as a nuke bomb or alike



The reason I wanted the superdupermagnets was because a friend of my dad named Knut experimentid with fast rotating magnets hold together with glassfibertape. But he died in the 80s so did my dad only 51 years old, hit by a car, so everything got muffeled down.

Well... I guess this has turned out to be something of a 'symposium' of Dr. Bearden's work as he seems to be one of the few who have been documented to have exposed the full depth and breadth of James Clerk Maxwell's theories that were Actually the Origin of a Unified Field Theory which lead to 'scalar' energy. In fact, it seems (to me) that Heavyside's 'interpretation / re-writing' of Maxwell's equations was a means by which his full equations were 'dumbed down' so as to PREVENT any True knowledge of such a theory.
