Default Jupiter & Uranus in conjunction (2010)

I just found this in other forum and I hope the expert (Bashi, viking, etc.. ) wage this in.

The planets Jupiter & Uranus will be in conjunction at the Aries Point (0 degrees) the first week of June.

    In one month.

    This will be a biggy.

A huge event of world interest - maybe free energy is revealed finally.
    Or time travel is done.

Hi Emmanuel, Interesting find. I like to dabble now and then in astrology. This is what I found about the upcoming conjunction of Jupiter and Uranus at zero point Aries:

"On June 8th, Jupiter and Uranus will be conjunct on the Aries Point. The Aries Point – which incidentally does not only include O degrees Aries but also O degrees of all the Cardinal signs (and the 8th harmonic aspects to it: i.e. 15 degrees of the fixed signs) is a hugely powerful degree area, that the conjunction of Jupiter and Uranus falls on this point – promises to bring some interesting developments within the collective. The English astrologer, Charles Harvey, called this particular axis – “The Axis of the World” – because it reflects where we come into contact with the big picture. In individual horoscopes, planets contacting this axis gives us an indication of what a person’s greatest contribution to society will be. It is interesting that this year’s World Cup Football takes place under this conjunction. The horoscope for the opening match in the World Cup Football (taken from the official website):
When ever this conjunction is in Aries or Libra, there is always a great scientific breakthrough that impacts the world. It will occur in June 2010 at 0 degrees Aries, Sept 2010 at 28 & 29 degrees Pisces and Dec 2010 – Jan 2011 at 26 degrees Pisces.

The last Conjunction in Aries was when Lindbergh crossed the Atlantic. Not just an American Experience but a World Experience, an achievement of the Human Race. In July 1969, when it occurred in Libra, man landed on the Moon.

Jupiter and Uranus are aligned every 14 years but only every 42 years does this alignment occur in Aries or Libra.

It is a progressive cycle so that it is much easier to do progressive things.
Where this Conjunction falls in the natal horoscope shows where we feel compelled to take a risk with our lives, to experience adventure, to explore our creative potential and to overcome the fears in our lives. Some of us will not want to change and will resist the changes, whereas others will take a leap of faith into a new dimension of being. The world is changing and we must, with the motivation of the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction in both Pisces and Aries, change with it.

Relating and intimacy under this Conjunction will be experienced through a sense of community, connecting with what has been lost in a new, dynamic way.
In modern times, when humanity takes a leap in consciousness, this is paralleled with great advances in technology, psychological understanding of ourselves and a renewed demand for human rights. Especially with the conjunction in Aries, there will be many technological breakthroughs connected with one very major breakthrough. Such a major breakthrough can stun the thinking of the masses, uprooting us from the past so that we can take a leap of consciousness. Zero Aries is the “World Point” so that this specific conjunction will have a global impact. We live in exciting times "
Maybe alien contact will be disclosed then or perhaps free energy. We'll have to wait and see.
    Blessings,
    Yiola

Blessings back to you Yiola, love the spirit of your reply.
This is from Lawrence E Joseph written on 2007:
"The greatest combined influence may come when planets line up (0 degrees angle between them), or when they are opposite each other.

" But it turns out there is genuine scientific value to the study of the planetary configurations, maybe a lot. A devote cadre of space scientists now believe that the planets regularly exercise significant, heretofore largely unappreciated, electromagnetic and gravitational influence on the sun. At first, common sense rejects this suggestion: How could such comparatively tiny, inert orbs impact the mammoth, radiant Sun they circle? Butt then we recall that the Sun is, unlike the planets, liquid and squishy. Like molten jello, it is far more susceptible to magnetic and gravitational pulls and tugs.
Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars are considered the inner planets, being on the Sun side of the great asteroid-filled gulf that separates Mars and Jupiter. Of these, Earth has the larges mass, the strongest gravitational field and also by far the strongest magnetic field. The sun- Earth connection, therefore is a two-way street.
That an energetic feedback system exists between Sun and Earth raise interesting possibilities. HURRICANES, VOLCANOES, EARTHQUAKES, and other climatic/seismic events in which large amounts of energy are released could both cause and be caused by sunspot. More important than any details in the shift in perspective, from one-way transmission from Sun to Earth, to a two-way (if still lopsided) energy relationship. Indigenous ceremonies, ritually acknowledge the Earth's influence on the Sun, and they have done so for millennial.

The earth's magnetic field undergoes changes than reflect the magnitude of changes in solar activity before they take place on the Sun .... magnetic data for the Earth at sunspot minimum indicates the 'depth' of the following maximum. In other words, developments in the Earth's magnetic field precede, and presumably help cause, developments on the Sun.

Happy Mother's day to all of you out there!!!!!

This conversation is well over my head but I've recently learned that electromagnetic 'noise' from Jupiter can be heard quite clearly on shortwave radios if you tune them to either about 10mHz or about 20 mHz. I have a general coverage reciever that will do that quite nicely so I'm going to try to get into the habit of checking it on a regular basis. First week in june?, hhmm, that could get interesting.

Jupiter conjunct Uranus: a few thoughts on the 2010/11 encounter
    October 31, 2009

In her new book “Jupiter meets Uranus: from erotic bathing to star gazing” published by the American Federation of Astrologers, (April 2009) Scottish astrologer Anne Whitaker reveals the results of her extensive research project conducted during the 1997 Jupiter-Uranus conjunction in Aquarius.

Her research includes mundane events and the conjunction’s effects in individual lives, as she explains in AFA Interview: Jupiter, Uranus and the Purple People from Planet Zog first published in May 2009 by the AFA Newsletter.

Anne also offers insights into the upcoming Jupiter-Uranus conjunctions in Pisces and Aries in 2010/11, featured in this post as an extract from that interview:

AFA: Do you see Jupiter-Uranus as positive or negative change, or does it represent something else?

AW: Without the unimaginably destructive act of creation, the Big Bang, which as far as we can surmise began our universe, we would not be here to observe our world’s wonders as well as its terrors. Positive and negative energies are two sides of the same coin, wherever we look. I hope I have conveyed that unity adequately in ‘Jupiter Meets Uranus’.

    Jupiter meets Uranus makes lightning!

    Jupiter meets Uranus makes lightning!

AFA: What can we expect in general terms from the upcoming 2010/11 Jupiter-Uranus conjunctions in Aries and Pisces?

AW: in essence, the unexpected! And this question needs a whole article, not a few brief paragraphs. The Jupiter-Uranus conjunction in Pisces-Aries-Pisces comes into orb (10 degrees) at the end of March 2010, and separates (10 degree orb) in mid-March 2011. Fasten your seat belts! The human community and probably the natural world are in for a bumpy ride.

This Jupiter-Uranus conjunction will arrive at a turbulent point: joining the last Saturn-Pluto square since its conjunction of the early 1980s, and amplifying the first Uranus-Pluto square from its conjunction which dominated the 1960s: that decade of the Vietnam war and its protesters, political assassinations, women’s liberation, musical revolution and the beginning of the micro-technology metamorphosis which has utterly changed our world in only a few decades.

In common with the 1997 conjunction that linked in an astonishing bowl shape with Mars, Saturn and Pluto (Jupiter Meets Uranus, p. 40), this will be no “ordinary” Jupiter-Uranus event: Jupiter conjunct Uranus at 0 Aries will form a T-cross with Saturn at 28 Virgo and Pluto at 4 Capricorn. Mars at 1 Virgo will trine Pluto, opposes Neptune and link back to quincunx the Aries Jupiter-Uranus conjunction.

The Jupiter-Uranus predilection for seeing no limits, leaping before it looks and challenging the established order expressed through the filter of the rash, angry impetuousness of Aries and locked with the harsh, power-driven determination not to budge of the Saturn-Pluto square, offers a difficult and dangerous picture in the realm of international politics, for instance. Misuse of technology by angry, militant fanatics convinced they have God on their side and that the old order must be overturned, is a picture which arises from this.

We can also await more disruption and turbulence on the economic front, but I leave further speculation on this issue to those much better qualified to comment than I!

Religion is not going to diminish in impact; the Piscean backdrop to much of the conjunction will see to that. We may well see an inspirational “messiah”-type figure emerge with challenging and disruptive effect socially and politically in the Aries phase.

Also suggested is fiery eruption disrupting the very fabric of the Earth itself. On a more positive note, the urgency of the accelerating environmental crisis may give birth to great leaps forward in the pioneering of new technologies, e.g., for harnessing solar power and reducing environmental damage.

The challenging pattern I have described, set against the cardinal backdrop of the natural zodiac (which I used for most of the Jupiter Uranus conjunction charts in the book) also links in with the Super Galactic Centre, currently at around 0 degrees Libra.

A picture arises from this of major scientific breakthroughs in our understanding of the Universe or Multiverse, of which our tiny solar system is a mere blip of ephemeral matter. Perhaps the CERN Large Hadron Collider will work this time, and we’ll find the Higgs Boson particle at last . . . or maybe it really will blow us all to bits! There is a most interesting article bringing the CERN particle accelerator and the Super Galactic Centre together, at http://cerncourier.com/cws/article/cern/29853. Check it out!

AFA: Do you have a particular area of interest where you expect the 2010 conjunction to deliver, as it were?

AW: One of my own special interests is in genetics and cloning. The 1969 conjunction in Libra saw a Harvard medical school team identify the first gene (see p. 93 of Jupiter Meets Uranus). The year after the 1983 conjunction in Sagittarius, a British scientist developed genetic fingerprinting (p. 93). In 1997 with the Aquarian conjunction, we had the announcement of the first cloned animal, Dolly (p. 43).

The conjunction in Aries in 2010 suggests the next stage, which could well be human cloning, currently illegal where the creation of a complete human is concerned. Maybe a defiant, pioneering male doctor/scientist is prepared to pit himself against the established order and rule of law to do so? There are “maverick doctor” rumblings in the press about this already. . . .

AFA: Do you have a special wish for the human community for something uniquely helpful which could emerge from this powerful and disruptive energy field?

AW: Yes. I would love to see science fiction fantasies over many decades become fact with the arrival on Planet Earth of small but fabulously evolved purple people from Planet Zog to teach us how to mend our ways. Now THAT would be unexpected!!

Jupiter loses one of its stripes and scientists are stumped as to why

Quote Jupiter was pictured this month (left) looking unusually bare, compared to July 2009 (right). It has lost its dark red Southern Equatorial Belt although scientists are unclear as to why. The pictures have different tones because they were snapped a year apart.

Jupiter Has Lost A Belt Quote

Well friends, that is not Jupiter out there. Please first take a look at this link to SOHO pic of the week late in March of 2009.
    [link to sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov]

If you play the video, you will discover Jupiter was photographed moving behind the sun on Stereo BEHIND about March 15th of that year.

However, there was something photographed and looking sort of like Jupiter on time weeks before the above event and which continued to be photographed the whole season afterwards. This is NOT Jupiter up there people that is being photographed, as Jupiter was made a sun in early February of 2009, and the effects on earth were too much and it was moved back behind the sun. It was never seen that year, as it was only in the heavy corona.

When you read at the above link, you will discover that Jupiter has a SOLAR corona and it's bright color proves it is a sun.

So what are we seeing since then and actually since early spring of 2008? A Hologram, which is a 3d movie being shown by a star ship standing in for the real Jupiter.

Now the real Jupiter, if that is what Wesley and the others are looking at, would NOT have lost all this detail since it went behind the sun in late 2007. You can review the many pics and see that the 2007 images are far better than the 2008 season until now.

the planet would not loose it's major band the Great red spot has been in for probably centuries or more, and there is a lot of other missing details. Season 2008 there were also 3 mysterious red spots that came and went. then last year the Wesley dark spot. Then this band that began to go missing just before it was lost to view this last season behind the sun.

The hologram is being deliberately changed to get attention, and again, it never did have the detail of 2007 and before.

You all can easily prove this yourselves. try Chris Goes

[link to jupiter.cstoneind.com] who has some of the finest pics. Mike Salway had some good ones, but hasn't been taking any last I checked this year. [link to www.mikesalway.com.au]
And of course, Wesley's site [link to acquerra.com.au]

Study and enjoy. There is purpose here to do so.

No so sure about a TPB hologram..... might be a reference to:
Scott Lobdell's original outline and drafts of the "Eve of Extinction" had the story as a large-scale epic focusing not only on the threat of Magneto, but also with a callback to one of the most popular X-Men stories of the 1990s, in the form of baby versions of Apocalypse and his minions from the "Age of Apocalypse" storyline ??????

Rare Weekend Sky Show: Venus, the Moon and Two Spaceships
    By Tariq Malik
    SPACE.com Managing Editor
    posted: 14 May 2010
    04:09 pm ET

The final voyage of NASA's space shuttle Atlantis is part of a rare weekend treat for skywatchers on Earth – a cosmic line up with incredibly bright Venus, the moon, the shuttle — and even the International Space Station thrown in for good measure.

Atlantis launched on its final planned mission today at 2:20 p.m. EDT (1820 GMT) from NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida to join the space station, Venus and the moon in the sky. The shuttle will dock at the space station on Sunday, but until then the two spaceships can be easily seen with the unaided eye (weather permitting) over North America.

NASA has called it "a rare four-way meeting of spaceships and planets over many locations" in a skywatching alert. This shuttle mission is likely the last chance to see Atlantis in space since the orbiter, and NASA's two other space planes, are due to be retired later this year. [Spotting spaceships from Earth.]

In addition to this weekend's sighting opportunities, there is one more chance to see Atlantis with your own eyes. That is slated to come between May 24 and May 26, between Atlantis' departure from the space station and its planned landing in Florida.

    First find the moon

The celestrial sky show will begin tonight at sunset, when Venus and the moon begin to outshine the twilight from the setting sun. Venus will appear as a bright object near the moon.

The moon is currently a slender crescent, appearing just 5 percent illuminated by the sun. By Sunday, docking day for Atlantis and the space station, the moon will grow fatter to be 10 percent full.

Until then, the effects of light reflected off of Earth, called "Earthshine," may be easily seen. Earthshine light can fill in the darkened portion of a crescent moon, giving it a ghostly look half-lit orb with a crisp, bright smile.

    Enter the spaceships

Stunning as they may be, Venus and the moon are just the backdrop for the orbital chase between Atlantis and the space station as the two spacecraft draw closer for Sunday's planned 10:27 a.m. EDT (1427 GMT). docking.

The International Space Station will be flying over much of the United States over the next week and where it goes, Atlantis will be nearby.

The International Space Station (ISS) is the largest man-made object in the night sky. It is as wide as a football field and has four giant arrays of solar panels that reflect light back at Earth, rivaling Venus in intensity.

"Some have even caught a glimpse of the ISS in the daytime just prior to sunset or shortly after sunrise," explains SPACE.com skywatching columnist Joe Rao. "And as a bonus, sunlight glinting directly off the solar panels can sometimes make the ISS appear to briefly flare to super-brilliance."

The shuttle Atlantis is smaller than the space station, but still a bright object in the night sky. It is about 122 feet (37 meters) long and has a wingspan of about 78 feet (nearly 24 meters).

Amateur astronomers with telescopes built to track objects may even get a better view of the station (and perhaps even a docked shuttle) when they zoom overhead at 17,500 mph (28,163 kph).

    Region of visibility

Generally speaking, Atlantis and the ISS will be visible across parts of southern Canada and most of the 48 continental United States.

Many locations will be favored with as many as three or four viewing opportunities. In contrast, Hawaii and Alaska will not have any viewing opportunities, nor will there be any views in Canada roughly north of latitude 50 degrees.

Over the southernmost United States, the viewing opportunities will be reduced to just one or none at all.

Some localities will be favored with exceptionally good passes. On Friday evening, the ISS will appear to soar to a point virtually overhead as seen from Toronto (9:10 p.m. ET) and New York (9:11 p.m. ET).

A similarly high overflight of the ISS will be visible from Chicago on Saturday evening (8:33 p.m. CT), and the two docked spacecraft will pass almost directly over Flagstaff, Arizona on Sunday evening (8:30 p.m. MT).

    When and where to look

So what is the viewing schedule for your particular hometown? You can easily find out by searching for one of these four popular web sites:

    Chris Peat's Heavens Above
    Science@NASA's J-Pass
    NASA's SkyWatch
    Spaceweather.com
Each will ask for your zip code or city, and respond with a list of suggested spotting times. Predictions computed a few days ahead of time are usually accurate within a few minutes. However, they can change due to the slow decay of the space station's orbit and periodic reboosts to higher altitudes. Check frequently for updates.

Another great site is this one, which provides real-time satellite tracking and shows what part of the Earth the ISS or shuttle happens to be passing over at any given time.

NASA is retiring its three-orbiter fleet after nearly 30 years of shuttle flight. The move is aimed to make way for new technologies, rockets and spacecraft for more ambitious missions to an asteroid (by 2025) and to Mars in the 2030s.

Default Re: Jupiter & Uranus in conjunction (2010)

I thought I would give a little update on the upcoming Uranus-Jupiter conjunction on June 6, 2010.
It looks like everything is falling into place:

Things are not looking good at all. You can see how the chips are beginning to fall into place.

June 6: Jupiter conjuncts Uranus. Jupiter conjunct Uranus is a wild card aspect, especially at the beginning of Aries. The principle of sudden brilliance gets expanded by the proximity of Jupiter. It can be a time of scientific breakthroughs, and extreme volatility in political, financial and diplomatic terms.
As we are already seeing. Aspects between slow-moving planets are felt before they are exact, often weeks or months before, but when the aspect is exact, things tend to come to a head or achieve full expression.

It is worth noting that Aries is ruled by Mars. The entry of both Uranus and Jupiter into Aries adds to the influence of Mars, and makes the position of Mars more important. On June 4 – 7 Mars arrives at 28/29 degrees of Leo, opposite Neptune, and trine Jupiter and Uranus. This is an explosive combination. It looks like a combination of fire and water, so it could be further repercussions from the Gulf oil spill /the conflict between Israel and Turkey or the North/South Korean submarine business. Or something else along those lines.
Hang onto your hats!Uranus entered 0 degree point of Aries on May 28, 2010 for the first two and a half months of a seven year stay in that sign that will change our lives and change the world. It marks a continuation of transits that will bring about upheaval, change and transformation, and the beginning of a new world. This is the time period astrologers have been looking at for decades, and these transits will lead us into 2012, the time the Mayan calendar ends.

Jupiter and Uranus can create exuberance and excitement. Jupiter rules religion, spirituality, wealth, the law and education. There will be people and factions who will make their viewpoints known, and with the exuberance of Jupiter we are at risk of falling under the influence of those who may be somewhat self-righteous or too many people can get caught up in fanatical viewpoints pushed by the ‘talking heads,’ and others on TV.

Jupiter expands whatever it touches. We saw this over the past 45 days with the unexpected flooding in Nashville, TN and the Gulf Oil spill, now the largest of its type in history. Jupiter has been in Pisces conjunct Uranus in Pisces within 1-4 degrees throughout May. Pisces rules oil and water, and we have seen many issues relating to water this spring, but particularly the oil spill which has worldwide ramifications.

Aries is ruled by Mars and Mars relates to our action, military action, force, violence, weapons, and fire. So, it is highly possible this combination may produce sudden, unexpected incidents involving explosive situations.

Information is abound on this infamous conjunction. You can read further at:

Pardon me Bauzer, but I fail to see what 'Neutrino oscillation': Particle chameleon caught in the act of changing

jupiter uranus conjunction indicates an expansion in conciousness that will trigger new ideas.as it is opposite to saturn in virgo, it challenges analytical thinking and established science.a polarisation between leftbrain scepticism and progressive right brain inspiration will be highlighted . those that can link both sides of the brain can manifest new ideas into practise.the simultaneous inconjunct to mars could create some conflict initially it should feel more comfortable when this has passed.some will feel more psychic activity and raising of kundalini

The inventions created since 2010, were certainly not directed towards the light, but the forces of the shadow, see the conjunction of Saturn and Uranus started in February 1988, the last degree Sagittarius where is the conjunction of the Sun and Mercury of Macron ...

    Trump

    Biden

this new cycle of Jupiter and Uranus returns on April 21, 2024, too far from the American elections in November 2024 to have an influence. Can we note a return of Trump in the spring of 2024?
