To be honest, I am able to have a lot more joy since I learned the art of not giving a ****.

It's not that I don't care about anything ... I just don't give a **** about anything.

Life is far too important to take seriously.

After hours scouring message boards full of doom laden theorising I found myself roaring with laughter after seeing someone who had clearly done the same finally snap and take the piss out of the entire thing.

I felt so much better after that, because with it came both a release and the knowledge that obsessing over things which are outside of my control wasn't healthy or a wise use of my time.

What will be, will be. If, as I've seen some argue, a positive attitude can help bring about positive change then that's where I want to be. Helping to make things better, even if it's just one person for one moment.

I hope I get another laugh like that today.
