Default Joseph McMoneagle, Remote Viewing UFOs and ETs

Joseph McMoneagle was involved in Remote Viewing experiments conducted by U.S. Army Intelligence and the Stanford Research Institute. He was one of the original officers recruited for the top-secret program now known as the Stargate Project. Along with Ingo Swann, McMoneagle is best known for the investigation of Remote Viewing and the use of paranormal abilities for military intelligence gathering. He also feels that it is one of the few tools available that might tell us something specific about our future interactions with Extra-Terrestrials, or the impact such contact might have within our sciences and society.

Recently got some books by Joe McMoneagle and then later did a search on Youtube to see if there were any talks with him; really fascinating guy with good experiences to share about RV and out of body, also ruins on Mars and the Moon.

A fascinating extract from a presentation by Joe McMoneagle at the 13th International UFO Congress in 2004, describing his remote viewing of pyramids on Mars.

Most interestingly, the transcript of the session he's describing (in May 1984, 29 years earlier) was declassified by the CIA in August 2000:

This document might be of interest - it is possibly already here on the forum (though I did do a brief search) -

It is a PDF found on the CIA website entitled -

A Suggested Remote Viewing Training Procedure (U)

    https://www.cia.gov/library/readingr...00110001-8.pdf
All the above is all and only my opinion - all subject to change and not meant to be true for anyone else regardless of how I phrase it.

Does anyone know if SRI still conducts RV research there?
    Just curious.

Great question. The SRI Remote Viewing research began way back in 1972, and culminated in 1985 (by which time it had moved from SRI to SAIC).

Following the long research and testing phase, RV was adopted by the US Army and was operational until the program was publicly closed down in 1995. Thereafter, it went 'black', became highly classified, and continued in secret augmented by hypnosis, drugs and electronics. (I have this in writing from a CIA source.)

There's an excellent non-classified history here, written by Hal Puthoff himself:

Thanks for the info, Bill. It was around 93 when I was extremely naive as to any of this type of info, that I was assigned a small task (via internet correspondence) to RV a set of coordinates. It was from someone at SRI, an institute that I also knew nothing about at that time. Just something I've puzzled about for many years. I think people were recruited on the internet "bulletin boards" that used to exist back then.

I've had opportunity to talk with Joe a few times at local events. One statement Joe made to me is that the steel used in the collapsed towers of 911 fame were of a new composition that melted at a lower temperature. That felt like such a red flag, I wonder how easily remote viewers may be influenced or manipulated by "others".

I do suspect he is a talented remote viewer.

That reminds me of when Russell Targ said that the immediate burial at sea of Osama Bin Laden was not suspicious, that it was the reasonable thing to do. I guess that's why they say nobody is ex-CIA or ex-Mafia or ex-deep state...

This interview with Joe McMoneagle was conducted by Shawn Ryan. It was posted on YouTube February 5th. Put on a pot of tea; it is a long and interesting conversation.

From the video synopsis posted on YouTube:

Joe McMoneagle is a former U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer and was among the first Remote Viewers to be recruited into the previously classified Stargate Project. Project Stargate was the United States' first organized research into psychic phenomena via the Defense Intelligence Agency and contractor SRI International.

In this episode, McMoneagle takes us back to the early days of the Vietnam War and how he was recruited into intelligence operations. The height of the Cold War fueled appetites for advantages over the United States' enemies and gave way to the CIA's push into "psychic and extra sensory perception" research and military applications.

Fantastic interview. Over 6 hours long, but easy to skip over his childhood, family history, etc and get right to the meat and potatoes.

I'm roughly halfway thru. Joe's encounter in Thailand in his raised hut seems to have been with a skinwalker of some sort, but he's reluctant to call it that.

The medicine man story also seems to confirm the existence of skinwalkers in the area, but again Joe's theories are surprisingly rudimentary.

Very, very bizarre stuff, and I was really hoping Shawn would ask him why he hadn't remote viewed it?

Maybe he does later in the interview.

Shawn is a serious interviewer; his interviews carry a certain weight because of his background and his sense of conviction and integrity. His feet are planted firmly on the ground, but he retains a curiosity about the speculative and the esoteric. He has all the qualities one would hope for in this type of milieu. For what it's worth, I highly recommend all his stuff.
