    Dear Bill and all Avalonians,
I know the birthday greeting I received today was generated automatically, but I gotta' tell you that I appreciate it because it reminds me that there's a big group of like-minded folks "out there" who are delving into reality and creating a better, more loving world.

My world has been topsy turvy for months and I have barely participated, but when time and head space coincide, I tune in because I love even the distant reconnection with my Avalonian "friends".

Best wishes and peace, love, joy, and harmony to you all, and especially to you, Bill.

Hi Genevieve. Happy Birthday from me too. I wish you peace and strength for your challenges.

Word is that you’re a rebel to status-authority and a seeker of justice. I chose this music concert to reflect those strengths. Wishing you comfort, and power.

How to prove science is wrong....sometimes:

    (less than 5 minutes)

Here's a clip from a funny show I watch, it might be a bit too juvenile for some of you. Basically friends are discussing evolution, 1 is a hard lined creationist and tries to point out flaws in science, and how our beliefs about the world around us has changed accordingly. His argument was that people had faith in scientists and they have been proven wrong consistently.

It's just a fun clip. I think middle way is best, I follow long accepted science but I don't buy everything 'science' says. Carl Sagan has guided me well.

I use the technique before I go to sleep, I get out of bed in the morning and before yoga stretches. Every so often I test out the technique using the position below. There’s a difference in range and flexibility.

The vagus nerve reset only takes 10-30 seconds.

Just a quick hello. I’ve been using this vagus nerve reset technique and wanted to share it with everyone. It creates peace, relaxation and focus. It also relieves anxiety, stress or dials down the mind-wheel if/when it kicks into overdrive.

In short it takes less than 30-60 seconds and it’s a SIMPLE technique. My favorite two from the several I watched are below and the first one is the best for a quick reference.

Key words: yawn, sigh or swallow

There's a position similar to that in my yoga book that I absolutely can't do lol. Maybe I'm crazy and I'm looking at it long, I'll take a pic and post it when I get a chance.

Posting this here because I don't want to hijack the support thread: If you live in USA don't let doctors or nurses bully you into taking medication you know isn't right. I went through this from ages 16 until now and that **** doesn't work with me anymore, I've dropped 3 neurologists and found 1 that's great. They can't force you to do anything, they can't lock you up in the hospital or anywhere. If you're having psychological problems that's different, but for physical health they can't force you to take or do anything otherwise.

Part of what happens (IME) is that you have these highly educated people and when you're then and there you think to yourself, "Who am I to debate the doctor?" This is true but to a point. There is a point where you have to draw a line in the sand.

10 years ago I was going out a lot and my blood pressure was at 160-180 at any given time. The doctor said I should take something to lower my BP but I said "lets start with living a healthy lifestyle, see if my body recovers and then go from there?" She looked at me and said, "Yeah but you're not going to do any of that, let's be honest."

Well, I'm 30 pounds lighter, blood pressure is back to normal and I will put money that I'm more physically fit than that dummy. She's also not my Dr anymore.

The Moon Disappeared For Over An Hour (4 min)
While walking my dog Lilly, I saw what looked like a large harvest moon rising above my house. Rising directly in front of me was one of the largest moon risings that I had ever seen. It dwarfed the street lamps lighting the way.

As I continued to walk towards the house, I stepped into the street hoping for a better shot. But I couldn’t understand why the moon seemed to be disappearing below the trees instead of rising above the tree line.

By the time I got home, the moon was gone! I went into my backyard hoping to see it. But NOTHING.
She continues: I've never encountered something quite like this before. The whole experience seemed hard to believe even while it was happening. Even now, I almost feel silly trying to understand how this happened. Maybe you have the answer to this weird and unusual experience? (comments welcomed on her site)

I've never encountered something quite like this before. The whole experience seemed hard to believe even while it was happening. Even now, I almost feel silly trying to understand how this happened.

Maybe you have the answer to this weird and unusual experience?

Beats me, but maybe it’s something as simple as a glitch in the simulation, possibly due to magic. ~8O

“I also had a similar experience in 2013 when on holiday in Sorrento Italy. We were on the top balcony of our hotel at dusk, sun was almost gone, darkness came and no moon. Never thought anything of it as we sat down to watch the city below is. All of a sudden the moon came hurtling over the mountain top at great speed. It was misshapen and an odd sight, very large. But what was astounding was the speed it took to ascend, we were dumbstruck, and then it just stopped dead. It was our Truman show moment.

I thought this might be fun to see, so I bookmarked it — and so I've just watched it now.

Wow. Some of the hacks were so clever (and zipped by so quickly in the video) that I had to stop and replay them to figure out exactly what they'd done. Recommended.

I sent it to my brother. He’s built three homes over the years. Every aspect he did himself from blueprints, to laying the foundation to framing to electrical to plumbing. He enjoyed the video and picked up some tips.

the "objects" I saw in my life... there's nil terrestrial "air defense systems" even remotely capable of "shootin' 'em down".

if that shall be the now proverbial "last card"...
I strongly recommend immediately exchanging the director and the executive producers.
