Says ‘non-human thing with tentacles’ haunted her home

This may be the worst encounter Stormy Daniels has ever had.

The former porn star revealed her former home was allegedly haunted by a “very dark non-human thing with tentacles.”

Daniels — whose real name is Stephanie Gregory Clifford — said on a new episode of “Ghost Magnet with Bridget Marquardt” that the unknown entity would break items, affecting her health and the mental health of her then-boyfriend.

“Definitely one very, very dark non-human thing with these tentacles and that’s what I caught on camera and [it] shattered my ex’s guitar,” the 43-year-old said on Monday’s episode. “It just snapped in half one day sitting on the stand. It did not like him at all.”

According to Daniels, the hauntings started after she moved into her 200-year-old home in New Orleans’ Garden District in 2019.

I watched a documentary on Carver years ago and his accomplishments are impressive.

From his work at Tuskegee, Carver developed approximately 300 products made from peanuts; these included: flour, paste, insulation, paper, wall board, wood stains, soap, shaving cream and skin lotion. He experimented with medicines made from peanuts, which included antiseptics, laxatives and a treatment for goiter.

On November 16, 1974 SETI researchers at the Arecibo radio telescope in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, beamed a message into space. They fired it toward Messier 13, a globular cluster in the Hercules constellation, which rests 25,000 light years away. The message composed by Dr. Frank Drake, Carl Sagan, and other scientists, was conveyed using frequency modulated radio waves, converting it into a three minute binary transmission consisting of roughly 210 bytes.

Conscious of the limits of free speech in China, protesters against the country’s COVID curbs are using unconventional symbols to express their discontent—including exclamation marks, blank sheets of white paper, and a physics formula.

Hundreds of students gathered at one of China’s top universities in Beijing on Sunday, chanting against the country’s zero-COVID policy as a rare wave of protests erupted across Chinese cities over the weekend. But among the student protesters at Tsinghua University, the alma mater of Chinese President Xi Jinping, one group stood out for raising pieces of paper featuring a cryptic formula.

The unconventional signs immediately grabbed the attention of social media users, who soon identified the formula as one of the Friedmann equations—named after physicist Alexander Friedmann. Some decoded the choice of protest material as a play on the physicist’s last name, which sounds like “free man.”

SETI Gets Serious About Contact

If extraterrestrials ever got in touch, what would you say in return? It’s not clear as there are no procedures in place if a radio signal from ET ever did get picked up. The only agreed “contact” protocols, which were originally drawn up in 1989 by the SETI community, were last revised in 2010.

That document, however, focused entirely on general scientific conduct and fell short of being useful for managing the full process in practice, which includes searching, handling candidate evidence, confirming detections, post-detection analysis and interpretation – as well as a potential response.

Now, however, this endeavour will be carried out by a new international research group – the SETI Post-Detection Hub (https://seti.wp.st-andrews.ac.uk/) – based at the University of St Andrews in the UK.

“Will we ever get a message from ET? We don’t know,” admits computer scientist and hub co-ordinator John Elliott. “But we cannot afford to be ill prepared for an event that could turn into reality as early as tomorrow and which we cannot afford to mismanage.”
