i had my first hypnotherapy session last month -- it took a lot of emails & phone calls to find one i thought i could trust -- i was looking in the NYC area, w/in easy travelling distance

among others, i talked [phone] to 2 different women, each of whom recommended i acquaint myself w/Dolores Cannon's work [i already am acquainted], & who said that, after we had worked together, i'd learn that 'the Greys are my friends!!!' [sigh...]

i found one who had worked w/Budd Hopkins & was recommended by David Jacobs [ i have not asked for permission to use his name publickly, so will not post it here ] -- it was important to me that i find someone who knew about screen memories

just one session stirred up a lot -- i think sometimes, 'Do i REALLY want to do this?' -- my answer always 'Yes' -- [who knows? -- there might be freedom at the end of it]

a friend of mine relies on channelers [esp medical intuitives] a lot -- one is telling her she has something to do w/ETs -- she asked my opinion on this , whether to pursue it -- i asked her if she were having memories returning -- she said No -- my suggestion was to let sleeping dogs lie , that my life had changed drastically & not for the better since i woke up during that abduction

Dolores does make mention (book three - TCU) that there are negative forces involved. She specifically asks the SC (unified field Sub Conscious) about them and she was told that they have permission to access... as in non-interference. She clearly recognizes that there are bad guys involved...And she is told that for the most part (ad-lib from memory) that the bad guys are from the earth plane exclusively....

BUT... she refuses to allow fear into the equation.. She only mentions benevolent beings because she will not give one single iota of energy to the fear side!
I learned a long time ago that when I had a great idea, never to share it.. it disperses the energy, and nullifies the outcome. Thought is energy - a given.
Don't give legs to the wrong energy.. which is the main reason I don't post a lot of my own thoughts here - I know, weird.. but it's my own, and it's served me. I could write a book about my methods of "Zapping".. back to the 70's... but I only have so much in my tank, and I refuse to give you, and you, and you.. a piece of it.

As for the non interference - Whitley Strieber poses the question - Why only at night?! And DC was told that they don't want to interfere with Daily/Family/Work daytime dynamics.

Back to the Fear Equation..... and this is important. I was going to create an individual thread, but this is as good a place as any.

What if... again, What if.... as many folks claim... (DC claims it over and over, so you get a feeling of why she only divulges certain things).. That the thoughts we hold inside become the reality outside? We've all talked about this in post after post... Fear porn, et. al... What if, somehow, the Alternative community has been subjugated in the extreme to concentrate on all of these end-of-the-world scenarios, to the benefit of the dark? Maybe, just maybe, we've all been taken over! What if my brother, and my Mother - who have no fears on these topics, are the ones we need to be more like??

If the core belief's of the Sheeple (majority - "Everythings fine") were to manifest the outcome, who's side are we really on?!

I remain, as stated above.. "Jury Out".. for my sake, my families sake, and maybe, just maybe, humanities sake. ....Food for thought, indeed.

For me, this entire Thread, as a majority of all threads here are about this one concrete inescapable subject - FEAR. Every other chapter in the convoluted universe series focuses on the same question.. or as another PA member would ask - Fear - What is it, and how to transcend it?

Wynderer - I am on your side, though you may not realize it. The reason I mentioned the forest for the trees is because I do not know what you have endured.

Dolores is almost giving her books away... She was told to disburse them as quickly as possible..as time is running out... When I bought the series, they were around $18 a piece times four...What struck me was she only charged one shipping charge, opposed to 4.. I thought about calling to correct as I didn't want to take advantage of a mistake... but Now she is selling all four books for $38.00!.. She really wants, and has been told to get this out there..... You may consider taking a look at them, to see perhaps another side that you haven't previously been exposed to?? It's all a matter of balance.. we all must be vigilant to FEAR.. don't LET it take precedence ... ZAP coming your way now.....

For me it is obvious that if there is an hidden agenda then that should be the main one. take one away from inner peace, and deepen him into troubling outside.
All of those scandalous revelations, 'thruths' about those secret soscieties, expectations of the catastrophes, hidden agendas lead me away from me, from my fulfilment. They devor so much energy that could be used otherwise, bring me to division. To war inside, not peace.

OK -- on to a description of myself & then of a few i have met -- we are all tall , good-looking , highly intelligent, naturally good at sports & music , have some degree of psychic abilities , natural leaders , &, i am told, we are 'hotties'

highly intelligent -- my IQ tested at the top 1% level [tho here i must confess i cheated & took some of the answers from the mind of the lady giving me the test -- i was desperate to get some kind of credentials to convince the local school board that i was fit to teach my son at home -- & i did not have a degree -- my beloved Grandmother taught me when i was at her knee that one NEVER invades another person's mind w/o their permission -- but i HAD to get him out of that school -- ]
& one of the top research scientists at DuPont way back when [they paid him well just to think ] told his children, friends with my children, that i was the most intelligent woman he had ever met

good at sports -- varsity field hockey & basketball in HS, varsity field hockey in my brief one semester in college -- i love tennis, too

good at music -- i hold music sacred & don't like to sound like i'm bragging -- i had a hard enough time writing the above

that self-description was an attempt to invite discussion -- at the present time i am not aware of any objective method of assessment -- tho i'm sure that among all the standardized tests & physical examinations given to schoolchildren, somewhere in there are ways to determine the objective info you mentioned

btw, it is now obvious to me that starting w/the self-description was a really lousy idea of mine -- lots of folks seem to get stuck on that

much more important to me are questions such as: how many in our military are programmed Human/Reptilian hybrids?

When I see it a list, it helps me shake loose and begin to see how I’ve created fears by gradually buying into their systematic programing. The only thing I can change is myself, and my environment both inner and outer. The rest will go in the direction it takes.

I've read and re-read this list and remind myself I already know it. The one difference is over the last 4-5 months, I've given my power over to the fear porn reports. Time to get back to awareness and focus on my unique set of skills and actions, no matter how small they seem in any moment. How did I forget that?

i think i am understanding that Humans react to situations first thru emotions -- ??? -- & that fear is an emotion that Humans feel quite easily?

nobody seems to hear me when i say that i was not afraid during the one abduction of which i have good recall, & that when memories begin to surface, as they are doing these days, i use the fear response [heart beating fast, muscles tensing, going into hypervigilant mode, etc ] -- i use the fear response to identify a valid memory surfacing

fear is not their greatest weapon, imo -- maybe on the emotional level -- but it's their technology/weapons, coupled w/their dislike of Humans in general, which seems a greater threat to me

& this threat does not frighten me -- i do not feel fear when thinking about it -- i feel very sad, that the chance for Humans to live in peace & harmony w/all beings on a paradise planet -- the chance is rapidly slipping away

& sometimes i feel angry at the Reptilians for taking advantage of the weaknesses of Humans -- the same kind of anger i feel at Humans for taking advantage of the weaknesses of their Animal brothers & sisters
