Thanks for the music Buddhist Chant, the choice of music is sometimes more important than the mantra itself

I listened to Snatam Kaur for a very long time in a loop, this music made me feel good, a powerful inner cleaning

A very popular Gayatri mantra and chanted by Deva Premal, only happiness

Om Namah Shiva, I like it a lot for its healing vibration that you have to live in awareness

o Hum is derived from Sanskrit and literally means "I am That" . it means identifying oneself with the universe or ultimate reality. As we meditate on this, we realize that we are all one, we have all come from one Infinite Source, and a part (Ansh) of that infinite source is present in all of us. We are all connected.
"You are the same as I am" OM is the sound of universe. Om Soham ~ I am the universe, I am part of it, I am connected to that Infinite source,

Moojibaba introduces a simple and potent mantra for stilling the mind. Highly recommended for anyone struggling with mind attacks or mind storms, this chant is a powerful and direct reminder of your true Self.
“Today I’m going to show you with this chant how to bring your mind back to its source. The source of the mind, whatever state the mind may be in, is a place of pure joy, peace, and silence. Silence, joy, natural peace, love — this we call perfect and formless awareness itself.

    Pure Awareness, I Am
    Pure Awareness, I Am
    Pure Awareness, I Am
    Om.”
