Thought and Drugs

The brain is always thinking/ consuming. (Overthinking? Sure, let's define that)

It is like someone who says they do not do drugs. What they really mean is that they do not do drugs that they (or someone else) defines as drug.

Welcome back William!

I am guilty of being an over-thinker, too many thoughts running in my head and it's an endless loop. Often need to rewind...

If I ask you to try not to think about a pink elephant (in the room) then what happens? You'll only be thinking about the pink elephant!

Observe, don't attach yourself to any thoughts and simply just let go.

Who wants to grow older? Well, we do physically perhaps, but I don't want to "adult", whatever that means. That doesn't mean that I would be running away from responsibilities as that is hardly possible, but I still only wish to become grow more authentic and true to myself. If that is being called getting older then I can accept that. Embrace your childlike sense of wonder and imagination.
