I have avoided salt for fifty years because I learned that it was not
good for our health in large quantities but food companies pushed it relentlessly
and put it into almost everything and still do, same with sugar.

Better to avoid them both.

I meant from 3:39 to 4:01 by living in a polarized world,very distracting from the purpose for which we were prepared for.


but the 4:04 mark could be a representation of the neutrality field which is different from the balance point.
