Because owls have the ability to see what is usually hidden to others (owl can see in the darkness), it can be the spiritual symbol for the wise clairvoyance. Owl can symbolically perceive the true reality – the experience beyond all illusion and deceit.

American Indian tribes (beliefs about owls)

There are many diverse beliefs regarding the owl among American Indian tribes. Mainly Indians consider the owl as an announcer of death. This can be taken symbolically (death as a transition in life, some important change that will come) or literally. In this case dreaming about an owl can be the sign of approaching death. Or if a person hear the owl hoot and answers with a similar whistle but did not hear a response, then would soon die – an old saying: "When the owl cries/sings, the Indian dies". In Indian view, owls can represent both – a deceased person and their newly-released soul.

Even though I am a person who doesn't share much, I prefer to stand aside in a "discussion" and see the diversity through what is unique in each person and what makes him "holy" precisely because of the diversity in his individuality.

No matter how things go between me and others, somehow, I have a very sounded relationship with the relationship itself. "I want you more than the gold and silver of the world" could be a good example of twinning with people's souls.
Love, give, eat, pray, write, laugh and live, among many that my existence carries as it can, yes, that would be "me", and if that came with all my "working days", then looking at the date in the calendar of life, I can say "Happy January to me and to everyone"!

Ever since I was a little boy I could remember the feeling of being different and that feeling has never changed. I suppose I knew deep down that I was a rather peculiar child, but I never thought myself to be special. I still don't think I'm special, in fact I'm really a nobody in the eyes of the world, but in my earlier days I thought that there was just a real feeling of strangeness in my relation to others. Well, of course I came to realize why I had that feeling and still when look at society around me I think that I just don't fit in here. Especially West is a strange place with it's self-obsessed individualism which to be frank, is quite narcissistic these days. I did always have a feeling of being put here for some reason, but I didn't really know why.

I try to blend it, but that's all I really can do. This body might be human, but that's just the outer shell. We are born into this world of matter and we as spirits inhabit these bodies made of flesh, bodies that which will age and decay. When you look at another person you think that's just another person and in some sense that is true, but often people don't see what's behind the body and persona. When I look at people I see more than meets the eye, I see the interplay of energy, light and dark.

I have made some miscalculations too due to my good will as some people are very good at putting on an act. I almost could admire that skill if it wouldn't be so deceitful. I think I am being sincere and honest and open to a certain degree. I don't think that most people would know me as I truly am unless I allow them to see that and often I don't.

This world really is like dream, but it feels so real. We have these thoughts and especially feelings that make us feel alive or totally desperate. We take the play so seriously, because we get attached. If we didn't, there would be no stake in it. There is only one objective reality and truth, but there are quite many subjective and distorted lenses which are perceiving the world in their own way and by that I mean each individual and how they perceive the world around them and "reality" as it is. I suppose that is the nature of subjective experience as a conscious being and as the saying goes; "your mileage may vary".

In some sense I could say that I've already seen enough or even too much so I can hardly imagine how it might be as even more time has passed. Now what is time anyways? A human concept, something to be measured. We like to do that, now don't we? Measure things, organize and label them. Everything just has to be defined so that it all would make sense and there would be order in the world. When there's enough order then everything just feels safe.

Chaos isn't very nice and we are afraid of the unknown, aren't we? Because by definition we don't know what the unknown has in store for us, it could be something great or dangerous. Unfortunately or fortunately only in the unknown the most growth is achieved, fear tends to stagnate growth and the nature of life is change. Nothing ever really stays the same for too long and yet people do everything in their power to resist change and for what reason? It's like trying to resist the day turning into a night, it's going to happen anyways. Resistance creates more friction and that again creates more suffering. I feel that our societies are greatly revolving around hopes and fears. What are you hoping for? What are you afraid of?

Remember, tomorrow is never promised.
