There are many changes happening upon the planet that is affecting each of you. Many of you feel the need to get things done. Many feel the impulse to move to a new location or are having difficulties finding your place in the work field. These are natural occurrences; let these things flow through you and not get caught in the angst of the moment. Many of you are leaving the planet, dying in quick and sometimes unusual ways. A host of you are having emotional and mental issues arising as a result of repressed feelings of childhood memories. Hospitals are filling with those who have contracted diseases such as cancer and heart disorders. This is all part of the ascension process.

    We are all equal

For eons, you have been able to exercise free will and make choices based on nothing more than wanting to have a new experience. These times are changing. The experience that allowed all of this to take place has now reached its end. It is similar to having a free pass to a carnival. You can go on any rides you choose, play any of the games, sit in the kissing booth and eat all the candied apples and hot dogs you desire. However, at midnight, the carnival closes and you must return home.

This is what is happening on Earth at this time; the carnival is closing and it is time to go home. These changes will affect many of you deeply and not very gracefully. As you look around, it seems others are barely affected; they still have good jobs, their homes and plenty of money to spend on trivial things. You may feel jealous or upset. You have worked hard and feel undeserving of the difficulties in your life. Those who are faring these times well may feel they are better in some ways, especially in moral issues or because they feel more spiritual than others. Either way, you are about to learn that you are all equal and that each of you, through your thoughts, words, actions and emotions have created your reality based on the belief codes you have accumulated.

    Judgement

This will be a hard lesson for many to learn, for you must take responsibility for all of your current issues. You will realize that every judgment you placed on another has now come back to you, as you experience others judging you. Every act of kindness you expressed will also come back to you. Will you receive them with gratitude or feelings of unworthiness? Your financial situation is dependent on your feelings of inadequacy or blocking of abundance on various levels. Your relationships are a mirrored response of your ability to love others unconditionally. Those who love without judgment are able to receive the love of others without feelings of mistrust and misgivings.

    Material Possessions

Those of you who find yourselves homeless or on the verge of losing all your worldly possessions will find that deep within you lies belief codes attached to poverty issues. As you uncover these codes, it is wise to not be angry with yourself. Simply see what you have accumulated, bless the ability to see more clearly and take steps to create the reality you desire.

In the news, you will hear stories of governmental cover-ups that affect every area of your life. You will come to realize that your insurance companies, banking institutions, educational systems and health industries have been designed to keep you under the control of a few wealthy people who have an ultimate goal of world domination. This may sound like fantasy to you, however, read history books; every generation had moguls with this goal, why should your generation be different?

    Keeping your emotions under control

Through the ages, you have given away your power to those that blinded you and kept you in the dark. They have led you to believe they are wiser and all-knowing and that you should trust them to make legal and monetary decisions for you. Blindly, you accepted their generous offers and now it has come back to haunt you and suppress every area of your life. As you realize the truth and magnitude of this invasion upon your life, it is crucial that you keep your emotions under control. As we have spoken in past Messages, your thoughts and emotions are highly charged and reach out to the entire universe. This is the fabric that creates your reality. Can you imagine millions of people getting angry as they discover all the offenses that have occurred? Remember that heavy negative emotions glop together. If all this anger is released, it will create havoc in the world. As a result, you will see a rise in the force of hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes and social unrest.

Maintain positive thoughts and express gratitude

On the bright side, if you look at these things without judging them and can maintain a sense of peace and forgiveness towards those in control, the results will be much different. Feel gratitude that you now have a clearer picture of what has occurred. Be thankful for having the opportunity to be on this planet, especially during this time of great transition. Feel the joy of knowing you have the power to create your reality. What a blessing! Instead of focusing on revenge or harboring resentment toward others, place your awareness on how you can create the life of your dreams. In previous Messages, we have shared with you that love is a flowing energy. Love flows through things and continues sending blessings to all that are able to receive. Those filled with dark thoughts and gloppy energy will not be able to receive love, for their energy field is too dense.

    Releasing the dark energies

If you wish to change your status on the Earth, you will need to release the dark energy that inhibits you from accepting the blessings of free-flowing love. That is why we share these Messages with you, to encourage you to daily go within yourself and seek out these gloppy energies. We have much concern for those of you who are hard-headed and most likely to create more dark energies as the truth of your oppressors comes to light. We highly suggest you spend much time reflecting on your own inner darkness rather than what others have done, for you have no control over their choices, only your own.

We have talked at length about how to rid yourself of these dark energies and how to put love energies into practice. This is the time to begin, for there is no other thing on Earth that is more important. There is a great change about to occur on the planet, many believe the Earth will be destroyed and many believe that life on Earth will become hellish. We are here to tell you that your role will be played out exactly as you believe it will, for your belief codes are creating your reality.

Your world will be exactly what you create

This is why some among you are not being affected by the rising tide of poverty and disease; they see themselves in a different reality. Have you ever tried to persuade others to believe in something you hold dear to your heart, yet they would not listen or change their opinion? Nothing in the world will persuade them until they make the choice. This is the beauty of free will. It also applies to you. There are many things you hold dear to your heart and no matter what others say or do, you will continue to hold fast, until you choose not to. This is why we encourage you to work on yourself and not others. Your world will be exactly what you create. If you choose to hold onto feelings of unworthiness and lack, you will stay in that position. If you choose to be a victim of oppression, you will stay in that reality. Like the carnival story, you have a choice what to do after midnight. You can go home and go to bed or hang out with your friends and do other things. You can wait for the gates to close and sneak back into the carnival. There is an array of possibilities. This is true for every area of your life.

You are the creator of your reality

We say all of this to let you know that indeed you are the creator of your reality. Yes, there are things that are beyond your control due to the mass consciousness of large groups. However, these issues cannot affect you on a deep level, if you choose to believe otherwise. Disease, depression, oppression are all belief codes you can hold dear to your heart or reject. Look inside deeply, observe your beliefs and choose whether to continue with those belief codes or to discard them and replace them with new codes. You do have the power and ability to create a utopian society for yourself even amongst all the angst of the world. Seek like-minded individuals who are not in the doom and gloom of the unthinkable acts of those who have taken control of the masses. Talk to these like-minded individuals, learn what they have done and are currently doing to avoid being caught in the web of hysteria. Make friends with these people. Move to another location if you feel that where you are is not in your best interest. Pay attention to your passions. What do you truly desire? Once you find your passions, take steps to make them a part of your reality.

You have everything within you to create the world of your dreams. How much more effective will it be if you who have a vision of Heaven on Earth begin to work together co-creatively toward this common goal? Just as light overcomes darkness when a candle is lit; know that each Lightworker cancels out a huge number of those who work with the darkness. Exponentially, your creative powers accelerate and offset what those in the dark realms are trying to achieve.

Did you notice that you are breathing right now? Use it as your anchor to this current moment.

Using Your Breath as an Anchor

Many times, whether we’re trying to calm ourselves down or think twice before we speak, we take a deep breath. Sometimes it happens automatically, as if our bodies are telling us, “Wait, I need a minute.” Other times, we are more conscious about using our breath to ground us.

Breathing seems so simple, but it can be quite a powerful tool to help bring you back to center. In particular, controlled breathing—purposeful and focused breathing that anchors you to the here and now—can help prevent you from feeling overwhelmed or that you’re “losing control.” It is at the core of practicing mindful breathing, a calming technique that allows you to be thoughtful in your actions and reactions.

Breathing in and out is so automatic that we rarely stop and “get to know” how to do it, but doing so can tell you a lot:

Place one hand on your chest, the other on your abdomen, and breathe normally. It shouldn’t take too long to figure out which part of your body is rising and falling more frequently. Often, when we’re stressed, we take shallow, rapid breaths from our chests and may even hold our breath when we’re especially tense. But breathing from the abdomen relaxes us by encouraging a slower, more rhythmic pattern that massages our internal organs, supports a healthy heart and ultimately supplies more blood to our brains.

Aiming for 6 to 10 breaths per minute is ideal for synchronizing the rhythms of your heart rate, respiratory system and blood pressure—a harmony that balances your nervous system and reduces stress hormones.

Controlled abdominal breathing can take some practice. While the idea of doing breathing exercises may seem funny at first, they can become a comforting ritual you choose to engage in on a regular basis. The key is finding breathing techniques that work for you so you can keep them in your “pocket” and use them anywhere, anytime.

Here are three short exercises to consider:

    1-Minute Breathing Technique
Lying on your back or sitting in a chair, rest your hand beneath your naval and feel your belly expand as you breathe. Inhale slowly, taking in a deep breath, and pause for three counts. Exhale, letting the air out slowly and evenly through pursed lips, and then pause for three counts. Continue at this pace for one full minute.

    2-Minute Breathing Technique
Laying down or sitting in a chair, count down slowly from 10. Complete one full breath for each number. Inhale deeply as you think of the number “10,” and then exhale slowly. With your next inhale, think “9” and then let it out. Continue counting down in this way until you reach zero.

    3-Minute Breathing Technique

Sitting in a chair, for the first 30 seconds, notice any thoughts, feelings, sensations that may be arising and try not to judge them. For the next two minutes, pay attention to your breath and how it moves through your body. Notice how your muscles feel, how your arms hang. Feel the space between your fingers, your thighs sinking into your chair and your feet against the ground. For the final 30 seconds, allow this awareness to expand as you observe your surroundings and truly engage in the moment—enjoying your cup of coffee, the light breeze grazing your skin, the flowers on your table.

Top 5 Reasons to Add Wheatgrass to Your Daily Diet

There are a million and one ways to tweak human health and consciousness, but food should always be at the top of the list. The impact that quality food has on our well-being is above and beyond all else, which is why the father of modern medicine, Greek physician Hippocrates, as well as the Chinese physicians of antiquity looked to food and diet as the end-all-be-all of good medicine for the human body.

“Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food.”Hippocrates

The food system is in our modern world has been completely bastardized and the nutritional value and content of even our modern vegetables has been scandalously compromised. For this, caring for health and wellness requires more than just eating a well-rounded diet, and nowadays, one must have a few tricks up their sleeve to get the right nutrition that our bodies need.

Wheatgrass is one of the most powerful food hacks that you can employ in your daily diet to supplement your best efforts to eat healthily.

Growing fresh wheatgrass at home is the best way to take advantage of all of the enzymes and nutrients that this medicine has to offer. Bulk red winter wheat berries can be found in most health food stores, or purchased online. Sprouting wheat berries is easy to do and it takes about 7 to 10 days for the grass to emerge at a suitable length for juicing. For this process you’ll need to find or purchase a juicer sturdy enough to get the most of your grass, like a stainless steel table top juicer.

Committing to sprouting and juicing your own wheatgrass can be daunting for some, and these days many juice bars, health food stores and good restaurants offer fresh juice for sale in shots or as additives to other drinks. They’ll do the messy work of juicing for you, but it will cost much more per ounce than doing this at your own home.

Wheatgrass also comes in organic powder form and in this way it is an excellent and affordable supplement that you can easily take daily in smoothies, shakes, or in simple juices, it even comes in pills, which is pretty convenient for some.

The top reasons to add wheatgrass to your daily diet are:

    1. Wheatgrass is highly nutritional as a supplement to your regular diet. With over 100 unique vitamins and nutrients, wheatgrass, especially fresh juice is one of the most nutritionally packed foods you can eat. Extremely high in Vitamin B6, Vitamin E, Niacin, Riboflavin, and Thiamin, this powerful plant also includes high concentrations of many important minerals such as Manganese, Zinc and Copper.

2.Wheatgrass is great for the blood. As one of the best natural sources of chlorophyll, wheatgrass juice and powder helps to build healthy red blood cells, which aids in oxygenating the body.

3.Wheatgrass boosts the immune system and cleanses the body of toxic garbage. With so many vitamins and nutrients, wheatgrass naturally boosts the immune system, and it also has a strong detergent factor to it, helping to drain the lymphatic system of toxic and dead cells.

4.Wheatgrass helps to alkalinize the body. Diseases and chronic inflammation require an acidic environment to overcome the body and human health. There are many dietary changes you make to reduce the acidity of your body, and wheatgrass is at the top of the list for its strong alkalizing effects.

5.Wheatgrass decreases appetite and boosts metabolism, making it easier to maintain a healthy weight, and to lose weight.

As a point of interest to many people who are concerned with good health, wheat grass is gluten-free and does not contain the proteins associated with celiac disease or gluten intolerance. The glutens are contained within the seeds and not the grass, so harvesting the grass for juice gives you the nutritional value of the grass and sprout without the gluten.

Some say that an ounce of wheatgrass juice is the equivalent of eating an entire pound of fresh vegetables, and many consider this superfood to be key in curing many chronic and deadly illnesses.

The benefits of adding wheatgrass to your daily diet are immense, and if you decide to try it out, stick with it regularly for at least 3 weeks to a month while being mindful of the effects it has on your health. You’ll no doubt notice your energy level improve at least, but, you if you’re paying attention you’ll probably notice your eyesight, digestion, and other aspects of your health improve as well.

I've noticed Mars talking to me for the past couple of weeks or so. After digging some I realized that this was related to my solar plexus opening. At the time of opening which came on the new moon in March I thought this was my heart - how much room there is to grow! pretty cool to see that video here. thanks, wind!

Healing is Voltage - Sanitas Radio - Dr. Jerry Tennant, M.D.- Part 1 of 2

Our bodies are electric. Could it be that when our 'battery' is low our bodies start deteriorating and disease takes over? What about surgery? Did you know that scars block the proper flow of electricity throughout the body? Have you taken a Sunday ride in a convertible only to then feel tired? Wind (even a fan) steals your electrons. Running water (a shower, the ocean or a river) will give you electrons. No wonder we feel rejuvenated at the beach.

    (synopsis continued below)

Dr. Jerry Tennant talked about how he developed a method of using voltage to diagnose and treat a variety of health problems. A successful eye surgeon, he came down with encephalitis, and it was during this period that he correlated lowered voltage in specific body areas with illness. Pain is actually a symptom of abnormal voltage, and "all you have to do to get rid of it is insert enough electrons to get the voltage back up into the operating range," he said. Dr. Tennant has developed a device called the Biomodulator which can transfer the electrons to cell membranes.

Many ailments referred to as auto-immune are not caused by the body attacking itself, but from bacteria releasing digestive enzymes that get into the bloodstream and attack low voltage areas, he explained. A lot of the hypothyroidism is due to fluoride exposure, Tennant added.

He also pointed toward root canals as a source of health problems-- one infected root canal can shut down 63% of the immune system, he cited. Another cause of having low voltage is not having enough stomach acid (sometimes brought about by a deficiency of iodine and zinc), he detailed.

that's pretty funny to come across, too. I've got an ~eight inch scar running length wise directly across the center of my skull due to a birth defect called craniosyntosis and subsequent surgery at one month old. One more attachment to break through, eh? Hopefully it doesn't stop my crown from fully opening, but with some of the entities that have been speaking to me of late I've got a feeling that I'm on the right path

Top 10 Signs Your Spirituality Might Be Integral

    From Web Spirituality:

Unlike traditional religions, spirituality can be as individual as you are. And when that spirituality is founded on Integral principles, it opens the door wide for expanding human potential for rich inner development, cultural progress, artistic creativity, and spiritual renewal. But how can you tell if your spirituality is really based on integral principles?

If your spirituality is integrally based, it’s a way of being in the world as who you truly are, giving you a roadmap to finding yourself, clarifying your values, facing and healing your shadows, and eventually losing yourself again in the bliss of identity with the driving force of evolution itself: Love. It’s that simple and elegant.

An integral spiritual worldview shows you the divinity of humanity mirrored equally in both our particular and universal identities: male and female, rich and poor, black and white, gay or straight, adult or child, mature or immature. It does not blur differences into a blah sort of fake uniformity, but allows us to be uniquely ourselves, fully human, and fully capable of realizing our divinity.

In fact, maybe you are Integral without even knowing it. Here are 10 signs that your spirituality might be integral:

    10
. You don’t find yourself easily offended by slights to your ego, subculture, or group identification; therefore “political correctness” has little appeal to you (though you intuitively tend to avoid causing others unnecessary pain through your words or deeds). You look for signs of agreement with others and try to mediate or negotiate solutions whenever possible. You realize that there are more ways to work for justice than complaining that people are being insensitive. You don’t try to silence or shout down those who disagree with you.

    9. You have come to a compassionate stance with regard to religious fundamentalists and conservative zealots because you recognize that their own stage of evolution may be less than your own. You know that everyone has a part of the truth. You know that many of the worst problems in the world are caused by people who think they have the full truth when they only have a part. You believe sacred texts such as the Bible are a source of wisdom, even if they contain many teachings which aren’t useful today. You pick your battles for justice carefully and strategically, not by reacting out of anger or fear.

    8. You don’t think spirituality and religion are antithetical: Whether or not you have found a spiritual community, you know that being fully human is not strictly an individual affair. You know no person is an island. You may even admire the strong bonds of commitment and devotion shown by the religiously orthodox or traditional, and you long for deeper relations with people in your community and — through virtual communities and/or travel — around the world. When someone asks if you believe in God, before you say yes or no, part of you wonders what they mean by “God” and questions whether you are both talking about the same thing.

    7. You don’t look for “explanations” of religion as strictly a subject of interest to biologists, psychologists, anthropologists, social historians, or theologians, but seek comprehensive approaches that include individual and collective dimensions of spiritual experience in subjective and objective perspectives. You believe not only in biological evolution but you are at least open to the possibility that cultures and societies undergo a sort of evolution. You don’t think science and spirituality are opposed. You don’t want to stay “stuck in your head” all the time; however, at the same time, you want your spirituality to be intellectually rigorous, not anti-intellectual.

    6. You are non-judgmental not because you want others to like you or you because you seek to avoid being judged by others, but because you recognize your own shadow in everything you judge. You don’t think spiritual people have to be nice all the time. You know that anger — even rudeness — can have a healthy place in the spiritual life. You are skeptical when you hear of spiritual people blaming sick people for causing their own illnesses. You want to be free of shame, but still take responsibility for mistakes and shortcomings without blaming every problem on other individuals or classes of people.

    5. You reject beliefs that insist on classifying people into victims and perpetrators, because you know that ultimately Spirit knows no such distinctions and every person has light and dark within themselves. You understand that many -isms such as classism, sexism, racism, and so forth, are wrong and need to be addressed; at the same time, you know that these socio-cultural conventions emerged in the context of a world evolving in greater degrees of Spirit and reflect the concerns of earlier stages in religious and cultural development. You believe strongly in human liberation, but think the ways that most people think of liberation are too limiting.

    4. You reject overly simplistic answers to complex questions, and realize that our beliefs about ultimate reality should not seek to diminish, sentimentalize, or rationalize the mysterious and awe-inspiring nature of life. Likewise you try to avoid supposedly certain answers for understanding the mystery of death. Whether you believe in heaven and hell, reincarnation, or are agnostic about the afterlife, you know that human life is purposeful and our actions make a difference in this world. You understand that denial of death is the hallmark of an ego that doesn’t understand its true nature, its higher Self.

    3. You are concerned about both ecology and justice not only in your community, but for all people around the world, part of your concern to alleviate the suffering and contribute to the holistic development of all sentient beings. You may have evolved beyond thinking only about people in your community or ethnic group or nation. You may have discovered a worldcentric worldview, one which realizes that in the 21st century it isn’t good enough to only think locally but also to think globally. You are deeply concerned by environmental concerns and protecting the natural world for future generations, but you know that technology isn’t the root of all evils; it can sometimes be the solution.

    2. You recognize that Eros pervades every dimension of the world, and you celebrate erotic energy as well as spiritual energy because they are ultimately one. Nevertheless, you give sex a unique role for encountering beauty, expressing blissful play, exercising ethical behavior, and for giving and receiving love. You aren’t afraid to talk about subtle energies of yin and yang or masculine and feminine. You know that our gender and sexual roles are biologically, culturally, and sociologically conditioned; at the same time you recognize that there are meaningful cross-cultural patterns and universals that we can benefit from understanding.

    1. You aren’t afraid to see your own divinity, inside and out. You may worry about arrogance sometimes, but you don’t think pride is the worst sin. You know that having self-esteem is important and that it is only genuine when it is based on recognition of your intrinsic worth, gorgeous uniqueness, and inner divinity. You know it’s safe to “come out of the closet” about both your shadows and your light, and doing so is central to your spiritual journey. You strive to overcome all limited conceptions of who you are into a fully authentic sense that accepts everything that arises in an integral embrace as not distinct from your own highest Self.

It really works, I would know. In the end all of this is just a big cosmic joke... It should not be taken too seriously.

The Amazing Healing Powers of Laughter: Laugh Your Way to Better Health

We’ve all heard the old adage that “laughter is the best medicine,” but could it possibly be true? Well, no, technically medicine is still the best medicine, but laughing still has a surprisingly wide range of health benefits.

Why is Laughter So Good for the Body?

    Laughter Relaxes the Whole Body

A good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after.

    Laughter Boosts the Immune System

It decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.

Laughter Triggers the Release of Endorphins

The body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.

    Laughter Protects the Heart

Laughter improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow, which can help protect you against a heart attack and other cardiovascular problems.

    Mental benefits of laughter

Research has shown that intentionally producing smiles and laughter moves brain activity towards spontaneous happiness.

And the link between improved mental and health and laughing doesn’t end there.

    Laughter Dissolves Distressing Emotions

You can’t feel anxious, angry, or sad when you’re laughing.

Laughter Improves Your Ability to Relax and Recharge

Laughing reduces stress and increases energy, enabling you to stay focused and accomplish more during your day.

    Humor Shifts Perspective

Allowing you to see situations in a more realistic and less threatening light. A humorous perspective can help you avoid feeling overwhelmed.

    Social benefits of laughter

Improve your relationships and your health through the healing power of laughter.

    Be More Spontaneous

Humor gets you out of your head and away from your troublesome thoughts.

    Let Go of Defensiveness

Laughter helps you forget judgments, criticisms, and doubts.

    Release Inhibitions

Your fears and self-conscious tendencies are set aside as you cease constantly holding back.

    Express Your True Feelings

Deeply felt emotions are allowed to rise to the surface and be expressed naturally.

    Intuition

    by Iam Saums

It is easy to believe in the things that we see. We live in a visual reality.

It isn’t that our eyes “can” deceive us. It is that they “do.” Perhaps more accurately put, we allow our eyes to mislead us by where we cast them and with what we occupy them.

Our eyes are simply windows that not only focus our gaze, yet also our awareness.

It is easier to believe in the things we think. We are unconscious of most of the thoughts we possess. We have allowed and enabled our thoughts to become so influential in our lives, we can almost see them. Our thoughts conduct and control us more often than we may choose to imagine.

It is difficult to believe in the things that we feel. Our society is not designed to support emotionality as a viable expression of living. The most powerful and enduring experiences in our lives are those we feel. It could even be said that “feeling” our way through life may actually be closer to truly living and being.

It is most difficult to believe in the things we do not see, especially if we cannot understand or relate to them. Since the time we are very young, we are conditioned to believe in only what we see or hear within a narrow perception of reality. All outside of this fine line of life is where the extraordinary thrives.

In a society of distraction, instant gratification, busy-ness, expectation and entitlement, how could we ever assume we are experiencing the fullest of our lives or the world? Have we ever?

Every day, there is a remarkable measure of life we do not experience. It is astounding when we realize how rarely we use our hearts and our souls in relation to our minds and our bodies. We live in a society structured around the needs, wants, pleasures and pains of the body and mind. Our emotions and intuition are often pushed to the back burner of our being, without us even knowing.

Our experience of life isn’t merely what we can see, hear, smell, taste or touch. It is all of these sensory encounters and more. It isn’t only in the actions we take, the words we speak, the emotions we feel, or the random spiritual experiences we may encounter. It is when we engender a present-ness to and being-ness in our lives that allows us to connect and relate with something/someone much greater than the “I” (identity) we perceive ourselves to be. It is even beyond who we envision and dream ourselves to be.

It is reasonable to consider that if we are attempting to perceive our infinite nature with our finite senses, we will never be able to behold everything that we are, let alone reach our full potential or our soul’s fulfillment. Our sensory expressions are all useful aspects of how we choose to understand and live our lives. Yet, this is merely a fraction of our potential as human beings, and our senses will only reveal a fraction of all that is out there to discover and experience.

As it has been said, humankind will search the heavens and the earth for what has always been inside of us. Since the beginning of humanity, only a fraction of the population during any given time period, has ventured to intimate and ally with what is beyond the seen, heard and known. Only a few have chosen to go beyond simply knowing themselves and their position in the world. Few have been able to give up everything they believe they are to become everything they were created to be.

If our heart is the gateway to our soul, our intuition is the pathway to universal consciousness. There is a basic alchemy that human beings inherently possess. It is a four dimensional dynamic that consists of our bodies, our minds, our hearts and our souls. We live in a civilization that isolates us from our hearts and our souls, imposing upon us a two dimensional reality. It takes a great deal of effort and energy to go against the mainstream of human “doing” and “thinking” to connect to, relate with and express from our hearts and our souls as human “beings.”

We are all born with the ability to transcend our human nature. When we choose to temper our physical desires, calm our persistent thoughts and detach from our unhealthy feelings, we create an alchemical balance within. We free ourselves to experience, connect with and relate to our soul using our dormant sense, our intuition.

Within all of us resides a pineal gland. What is essential about the pineal is that it can operate with the Chakras and the Kundalini. When these systems are performing in unison, a pathway to higher dimensions of being is opened. This pathway is our intuition. It is the medium through which we access our vision, creativity, truth, life force, spirituality and love. Our intuition connects to and relates with universal consciousness. It is the “high”-way to who we truly are, beyond our bodies, minds and hearts, even our beliefs.

There are many ways to connect with our intuition. I imagine that it is different for everyone, perhaps as diverse as any human being’s uniqueness, perception or reality. Silence is the most important practice in synchronizing with our intuition. Not just a space devoid of sound. Yet, silence from our thoughts, emotions, instincts, perspective, agenda, drama and attachments. Silence is the key that opens the door to our intuition.

A common and effective way to connect with our intuition is meditation. When we meditate, there is an exchange of energy and consciousness that calms, balances and revitalizes us. This experience brings us into a present-ness of being, utilizing our intuition to connect our heart with our soul. The practice of meditation sustains us in our ability to balance our body, our mind, our heart and our soul. When we establish and maintain this equilibrium, we are able to convey consciousness into reality, transforming ourselves and our environment.

Intuition is the universal instrument through which we as human beings may “art”-iculate creation, consciousness and infinite possibility. Imagine if we were living our awareness to its fullest manifestation. Our intuition unites us with our soul and the universe and relates us with each other. It frees us from the illusion of separation and restores us to our true expression of life. It is who we are as a universal being, pure consciousness energy. Our intuition returns us to our true connection with the source, our love.

    A Time to Focus

    by Zen Gardner

So many things are trying to pull us apart, individually and collectively. Never mind fear of everything manufactured or imaginary tearing at people’s psyches, but actual realities that are accosting everyone on this planet in some form or another. Their effects are subtle yet they’re in our faces, and are spreading out humanity’s energies.

    It’s a time to focus.

Focus on what we are determined to fulfill. Focus on our life mission and its importance in the grand scheme of things; focus on our personal effectiveness and our immediate surroundings, those we love and the planet we care about and how we can be better instruments for Truth. We need to focus on what we can do and be, all the time leaving ourselves open to new avenues of expression.

Granted, things do constantly change, and at an increasing rate. Adaptation to these Universal realities is essential to practical, conscious living.

Everything else outside of these priorities, while they may seem to contribute to our overall understanding, are informative although often a potential distraction. If we can’t focus our power and attention or, more importantly, our intention we won’t make any headway in the right direction. Instead we’ll be pushed and pulled the direction of the controllers and succumb to their mud slides of lies and deceit.

    A Time for Transcending

While over spiritualizing can be a hazard, under spiritualizing is just as dangerous. We’re each in a very individual endeavor to enact a life of meaning and substance. To learn and grow and care for ourselves as effective human beings, and to love and empower our loved ones and the world around us, this is our innate mission.

Yet the worldly influences play on and on in an effort to dilute our attention and distract us.

We’re presented with a time of serious challenges. Life is always a challenge, but today’s global issues and the institutionalized mechanization of so-called scientific and technological advancements is particularly disturbing and alarming. We’re at a crossroads, a very literal one, where we either respond consciously, or succumb to their barrage of life numbing mechanizations.

Why Is It So Hard to Break Away?

Inertia is a massive force, yet it sits still…and causes us to do the same. With the complete dearth of intellectual clarity in the world today, never mind loving spiritual enlightenment, most take little thought about changing their basic circumstances. They’ve been bamboozled to think survival in a world of want and scarcity requires seriously digging in wherever they find a niche.

So very sad. Prisoners of their own freely imprisoned free will.

More people are experiencing this sensation of a need to escape these phenomena by the day, trying to break out of a very constricting social, political and personal paradigm. The real danger is the lack of response by those who are “called”, “touched on the shoulder”, who catch on and don’t know what, if anything, to do about it. They then stop in their compromised tracts. That’s where the fat and falsely happy pitfall of apathy resides.

A seriously and faultily reasoned non-response. Ultimately based in self preservation. A reaction our controllers rely upon.

Lack of conscious response to very real stimuli is the definition of apathy; not caring enough to react or respond, no matter the impulse or circumstance. Sad but understandable in our drugged up, yet dumbed down society. Yet it’s not nearly as innocent as it may seem in the true scheme of things. We all respond, and are therefore response – able to take appropriate action.

    We’re Here to Live Now

I find any excuse for not responding to the call and taking a stand against this onslaught is a bad excuse. Ours is to live life fully, and that means with courage of conviction. In this “day and age” it appears anyone can slosh by with a gutless attitude, just consuming while radiating candied goodness, all of which is destined to implode. Whereas truly living for today requires honesty and sincerity at very profound levels.

    That’s where consciousness comes in.

We must take this warfare to the next level. It comes by simple personal commitment. We each do our part. We share, we act, we inform, we press with the Truth every opportunity we can. It’s not complicated. As we do so, others will be inspired to do the same no matter how many seem to listen. It’s putting our shoulder to the massive spiritual wheel behind the scenes that matters.

    This is where change happens.

It’s time. There really is no excuse anymore. Responding consciously is our awakened path. As we do so, more clears before us. This is an experience that is guaranteed for anyone taking the conscious, actively aware path. Try it and see for yourself.

Focus on conscious, spiritually responsible action. Let the other influences fall away. They are distractions, and dangerous ones, for you and your loved ones.

Take appropriate action – consciously and in your daily, practical life. Let the fears and worries fall away.

    You’ll be glad you did.

How Negative Energy Affects Your Life And How To Clear It

You know that like attracts like, right? So here’s the deal: Positive people are drawn to positive energy; negative people are drawn to negative energy. We tend to perceive negative energy as something other people have. Sure, sometimes we feel negative – as in, “go away and leave me alone, world!” but did you know that negativity can be so ingrained in you that it goes unnoticed?

That’s because negativity sometimes wears a disguise called ‘reality’. It’s easy to rationalize that you’re ‘just being realistic’ in not daring to act on a dream – and believe it! You may assume that positive people are not being realistic – that they’re being naive, that they are in denial with their heads stuck in the sand, that they put on fake smiles in the face of difficulty and so forth. But are they really happy idiots or is there something to their positivity?

Consider this: since when does ‘being realistic’ necessarily mean that things will go wrong and that you have to accept that as the truth? That doesn’t mean that being realistic is automatically negative. When you view the world from a ‘realistic’ standpoint, you can’t help but be negative IF your version of reality is negative. If your version of reality is negative, you are conditioned to believe that whatever can go wrong, will go wrong and whatever can go right, will probably go wrong too.

Your unconsciously held beliefs make you into a negative person without your being aware of it! So – if this negativity is so ingrained in you that you don’t notice it, how do you determine whether you’re stuck in a cloud of negative energy that is attracting the wrong people, wrong situations and wrong feelings? And how can you be sure you’re not perpetuating that negativity?

Here’s a quick quiz to gauge the level of negative energy within you: – Do you complain? All the time or just sometimes? – Do you often discuss what’s wrong in the world more than what’s right? This includes the ‘terrible’ weather, ‘horrible’ traffic, ‘idiotic’ government, ‘lousy’ economy, ‘stupid’ in-laws, etc. – Do you criticize? All the time or just certain people? – Are you attracted to drama and disaster (can you unglue yourself from the TV when there’s a news story of a disaster and can you avoid getting involved in the lives of dysfunctional celebrities?)

Do you blame? All the time or just certain situations? – Do you believe that you have no control over most of your results? – Do you feel like a victim? Do you talk about people doing things to you? – Are you grateful for what is or will you be grateful when things finally start going right for you? – Do you feel like things are happening to you? Or do you feel that they are happening through you?

These last two points are important: If you’re not grateful except when things go right, you are negative. Gratitude is positive. If you are grateful for what is (including the unpleasant school of life lessons, then you can invite more and more positive energy into your life. Believing that things happen to you puts you in the role of victim; then it’s easy to be negative because it’s convenient to give up that power.

So consider this alternative: who or what is to blame when GOOD things happen to you? Do you acknowledge that you are responsible for the good things – as in, you worked hard, you earned it, etc… but blame external events or other people for your failures? So how come, when good things happen, they are a result of what you do, but when bad things happen, they are not your fault? Nobody likes to hear that. It takes courage to accept that you create your life experience!

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you are holding on to negative energy to some degree! To clear your negative energy and raise your vibration, you will need to retrain yourself to choose a positive attitude. Here’s another interesting idea to consider: have you noticed that positive people seem to get what they want out of life, and even if things don’t go their way, they still enjoy their lives… while negative people whine and moan about their misfortunes and even the good things in their lives? To clear negative energy, try this 3 -step process:

1.Take ownership: “When you think everything is someone else’s fault, you will suffer a lot. When you realize that everything springs only from yourself, you will learn both peace and joy.” – the Dalai Lama

    2. Cancel negative thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts. This takes practice, dedication and making a decision to see the world through the eyes of “what can go right” instead of “what can go wrong.” You’ll have to catch yourself anytime you are acting out or speaking out your negativity, and immediately change your tune.

    3. Use the Love or Above Spiritual Toolkit to clear your energy and bring more light and love into your life; visualize the positive instead of getting sucked into negativity; overcome past conditioning; think intuitively from the soul instead from ‘reality’; create a new, desired reality in your imagination and manifest it in the outer world. Nobody wants negative energy to permeate their lives, yet many of us allow it. But we allow it unconsciously, based on past conditioning that suggests an inevitable outcome to certain situations.

When you overcome that conditioning and realize that the future is NOT cast in stone but that you have more control over your circumstances than you believe – then you can begin to consciously design your life. What’s going to happen then? Your positive energy will magnetically attract what you consider to be good and right for you: people, situations, things… and you’ll notice a huge, huge increase in your happiness and inner peace. Why not choose positive energy? Make some changes within, and you’ll quickly see positive changes in your life. Enjoy the good feelings and abundance!
