In what year was this recording released?

I am wondering if you have had similar thoughts to me, that it is possible to have produced the tapes and fabricated the main content of the speach by saying it was actually delivered in 1969, when by 1988 much of the content would have become more evident.
After careful thought I surmised that this was unlikely based on the fact that A: He named a well known man in having said these things, in a chronological provable event and B: There were another 79 people at the lecture on the 1969 date, any of which could refute his claims. (would be nice to have either confirmation or refutation from another source.) Either way even at 1988 there is still much to ponder.

Having lived through the eras in question, I would have been 20 in 1969, I can absolutely corroborate events and influences he describes. I guess I am old school, and have always been something of a minor heretic, it is still chilling to hear it though.

Oh and another thing to note is a slight religious gloss, (in the final part) occasional bible quotes, otherwise I find Dr Dunegan very rational and both psychologically and sociologically astute.

I guess evidence would present itself in another one of the fine doctors corroborating the testimony. Yes, I did get the impression that this could have been funded by the right to lifers as well. Always an agenda. Why can't anyone just present the facts without an agenda! So frustrating.

All fair points. Dr Dunegan does have a Christian point of view. And the recording was made 20 years after the talk. Those points have to be taken into account.

I tend to believe him when he says he was at this talk and I do believe he's recounting what was said. I also think he's careful to recreate what he was told without letting hindsight get in the way.

So I do find him and his presentation credible.

Though, admittedly, I could be totally wrong.

I'll try to find corroboration from other doctors if it's available anywhere on the net.

Perhaps others can do the same.

Something tells me the whole thing is worth exploring.

It would be great to get corroboration from another doctor who was at the talk, though. I'm not sure anyone has to this point.

Not trying to be critical, sincerely not. But I would be remiss were I not to point out that many of Dr. Day's 1969 prophecies/promises, had already come to fruition well before 1989.

I can recall my first husband warning me about the impending changes to health insurance and how critical it was that we had access to his company's HMO at the highest level. This was 1987. Fancy running shoes forcing physical fitness? I was just a kid, but I recall that fad taking place about 1977. Sex ed in school? I remember my phys ed teacher handing out condoms with instructions in 1983.

I would very much like to believe that the messenger is reporting Dr. Day's presentation as he heard it in 1969. He seems believable and credible. That said, how many of you would believe me if I told you that I was present at a meeting in 1981 in which the world trade center take down was discussed or that in 1978 I was in a meeting that foretold the future and that we would all be living pseudo-existences via our computer monitors? You would tell me that a historical retrospective proves nothing once the prophecies had materialized. Yesterday's news. I would encourage discernment here.

It is very easy to fall into the trap of believing that every event, fad, phenomenon and tragedy is a cabal induced event. There are very manipulative and dark forces (government contractors in particular) who are paid fortunes to create the mystique that everything relating to our lives has been and always will be under the control of unseen forces with ties to the "all powerful" government and beyond. Akin to a Military Mind ****. A way to keep the inquisitive and independent thinkers chasing their tails and from doing any real damage like organizing and getting involved in affecting societal change.

If I were attempting to control society, I wouldn't worry about the bottom feeders. I would go for the fringe intellectuals and keep them in a perpetual state of confusion and distrust. So many of these second/third hand testimonies feel like they were created for our benefit. I could be wrong. I hope that I am.

Michael Hoffman describes the subtle way the Illuminati (i.e. satanic ) media prepares us for the further degradation of moral standards.

As a former reporter for the Establishment media (Associated Press) I am particularly sensitive to indications that the media are using their power to subtly change minds and overcome traditional objections to forms of moral depravity. This usually begins with subtle changes and cues that emanate from executive editors at high levels of the corporate media.

Examine the clipping above. It was published in this morning's (July 17, 2014) Spokesman-Review newspaper (Spokane, Washington), p. A3. The article concerns the arrest of child pornography supporters ("pedophiles") including "doctors, lawyers" and ex-police officers.

The subtle processing is found in the second paragraph: "...sensational stories of the sexual abuse of minors regularly headline the tabloids, which some critics accuse of whipping up public hysteria over the issue."

Notice the article doesn't say child pornography is harmless; only that it has been "sensationalized" by disreputable "tabloids," which "whip up public hysteria over the issue."

Observe that the viewing of child pornography is described as an "issue," not a crime. The article never refers to it as a crime. Apparently, viewing child pornography is not a sensational transgression in itself. It has been "sensationalized" by disreputable "tabloids." Too much concern about child pornography is indicative of "hysteria."

This article would seem to be the first step in a measured campaign to soften up the American people so that we will approve of the decriminalization of child pornography, just as we were softened up for the decriminalization of sodomy and the legal marriage of sodomites.

This processing is almost always gradual and understated, so as not to frighten the targets of the brainwashing into the realization that they are in fact being conditioned to abandon their traditional morality and "keep up with the times."

How likely is it that our "free and impartial" media would add to an ADL report on a putative "anti-semitic crime wave," a statement about how "sensational tales of anti-semitism are regularly issued by Zionist organizations which some critics accuse of whipping up public hysteria over the issue." Imagine the outcry from the Israeli lobby and the thought cops.

Will there be a preemptive outcry from We the People against what the media are starting to initiate with regard to the international cult of child molestation? You can be sure that within that cult are many extremely powerful people who would be delighted to see enforcement relaxed, as a first step in a systematic journey toward the social acceptance of child pornography in an increasingly bestial American society.

The Bernaysian Manipulation of the Human Psyche

Edward Bernays was the master of influencing and shaping public opinion who developed upon the ideas of earlier social psychologists and the work of his uncle, Sigmund Freud, in order to create techniques to manipulate the subconscious desires of the masses. Throughout his 103 year life-span, the “father of public relations” was at the pinnacle of his field advising US Presidents Coolidge, Eisenhower, Hoover and Wilson, as well as inventor Thomas Edison, US industrialist Henry Ford and First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt. He also reportedly refused invitations by Hitler and Franco to work on fascist propaganda campaigns in Europe. At the end of World War 1 Bernays served as a propagandist for America before going on to work with various government departments and corporations throughout his lifetime, including: the US Department of State, CBS, Procter and Gamble, and the American Tobacco Company, as well as designing the propaganda campaign for the United Fruit Company which led to the CIA coup against the Guatemalan President Jacobo Árbenz in 1954.

Bernays combined the work of people such as the French social psychologist Gustave Le Bon to create techniques which appeal to the subconscious emotions of the public, as opposed to engaging the public in rational and intellectual debate. Le Bon studied the mental characteristics and the behaviour of the crowd, believing that when part of a mass, individuals are subordinate to the crowd mind and that a human behaves in a more emotive, irrational manner. Bernays observed that if a propagandist could understand the “motives of the group mind”, they would possess the ability to “control and regiment the masses”:

“The systematic study of mass psychology revealed to students the potentialities of invisible government of society by the manipulation of the motives which actuate man in the group. Trotter and Le Bon, who approached the subject in a scientific manner, and Graham Wallas, Walter Lippmann, and others who continued with searching studies of the group mind, established that the group has mental characteristics distinct from those of the individual, and is motivated by impulses and emotions which cannot be explained on the basis of what we know of individual psychology. So the question naturally arose: If we understand the mechanism and the motives of the group mind, is it not possible to control and regiment the masses according to our will without their knowing of it?”
(Bernays, 1928, p.71)

Bernays continues to reveal the growing ability of the propagandist to understand and successfully alter “public opinion” way back in the 1920’s, long before television sets were in every household and the sophisticated modern media techniques of today:

“The recent practice of propaganda has proved that it is possible, at least up to a certain point and within certain limits. Mass psychology is as yet far from being an exact science and the mysteries of human motivation are by no means all revealed. But at least theory and practice have combined with sufficient success to permit us to know that in certain cases we can effect some change in public opinion with a fair degree of accuracy by operating a certain mechanism, just as the motorist can regulate the speed of a car by manipulating the flow of gasoline.”
(Bernays, 1928, p.71 & p.72)

The basic premise of Bernays thesis is that humans are “rarely aware” of the true motivations ad desires powering their actions, and if certain individuals could uncover the real desires of the mass mind, the public could be influenced and manipulated without their knowledge of it:

“Men are rarely aware of the real reasons which motivate their actions…….It is chiefly the psychologists of the school of Freud who have pointed out that many of man’s thoughts and actions are compensatory substitutes for desires which has been obliged to suppress. A thing may be desired not for its intrinsic worth or usefulness, but because he has unconsciously come to see it as a symbol of something else, the desire for which he is ashamed to admit to himself…. This general principle, that men are very largely actuated by motives which they conceal from themselves, is as true of mass as of individual psychology. It is evident that the successful propagandist must understand the true motives and not be content to accept the reasons which men give for what they do…..Human desires are the steam which makes the social machine work. Only by understanding them can the propagandist control that loose-jointed mechanism which is modern society”
(Bernays, 1928, p. 74, p.75 & p.76)

The study of mass psychology and herd behaviour were important areas which had to be understood to intelligently manipulate the public:

“The whole basis of successful propaganda is to have an objective and then to endeavour to arrive at it through an exact knowledge of the public and modifying circumstances to manipulate and sway that public (Bernays, 1928, p.126). But clearly it is the intelligent minorities which need to make use propaganda continuously and systematically……Small groups of persons can, and do, make the rest of us think what they please about a given subject.
(Bernays, 1928, p.57)”

In ancient times, leaders of a tribe, group or society processed tremendous power over the rest of the people especially if they are skilled in the art of persuasion. Political leaders in modern times have the ability to shape and mould the psychology of their followers in a truly profound manner, especially if they have the ability to use propaganda effectively:

“The voice of the people expresses the mind of the people, and that mind is made up for it by the group leaders in whom it believes and by those persons who understand the manipulation of public opinion. Fortunately, the sincere and gifted politician is able, by the instrument of propaganda, to mould and form the will of the people”
(Bernays, 1928, p. 109)

Bernays reveals the power propagandists have to manipulate and control the “public mind” through understanding the techniques of managing the public:

“The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organised habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. We are governed, our minds moulded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of…………..Whatever attitude one chooses toward this condition, it remains a fact that in almost every act of our daily lives, whether in the sphere of politics or business, in our social conduct or our ethical thinking, we are dominated by a relatively small number of persons – a trifling fraction of our hundred and twenty million – who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. It is they who pull the wires which control the public mind, who harness old social forces and contrive new ways to bind and guide the world.”

The founder for the Tavistock Institute for Human Relations, John Rawlings Reese, was to perfect a system that would subvert and then control the thinking of human beings so that they could be channeled in any direction so desired by the Committee of 300, also known as the Olympians. It must be said that to do this, one must introduce an automated mentality into the bulk of the targeted population. This is an objective with very far-reaching implications nationally and internationally.

Reese began his Tavistock experiments in 1921; it soon became clear to him that his system could be applied both domestically and militarily. Reese said that the solution to the problems he foresaw needed a ruthless approach, without concern for religious or moral values. He later added another area to his list that of nationalism.

Reese is known to have studied the work of the Nine Unkown Men, as referred to in 1860 by the French writer Jacolliot. Among Jacolliot's remarks were that the Nine Unknown Men knew about the liberation of energy, sterilization by radiation, propaganda and psychological warfare, all of which were absolutely unheard of in that century. Jacolliot said that the technique of psychological warfare was "the most dangerous of all sciences is that of moulding mass opinion, because it would enable anyone to govern the whole world."

When it became obvious that British politicians were bent on solving the country's economic problems by means of another war, Reese was given 80,000 British Army recruits to use as guinea pigs. Operation Research was the name given to his project, and basically, it was designed to develop a methodology (logistics) in military management that would make the best use of limited military resources sea, air and land defense systems against Britain's foreign enemies.

Thus, the original program was a military-management one, but by 1946, Reese had developed Operation Research to the point that it could be applied as a civilian management program. Reese had "arrived," insofar as social engineering was concerned, but his work is concealed in top secret files at Tavistock. Technically, the Reese Tavistock manual, of which I have a copy, is a full declaration of war against the civilian population of any targeted country. Reese said that it had to be understood that "whenever any government, groups, persons in positions of power" use his methods without the consent of the people, it is understood by these governments or groups of people that conquest is the motive, and that domestic warfare exists between them and the public.

Legal Child Kidnapping: Has the U.S. Become one of the Most Dangerous Places in the World for Children to Live?

Justina was taken away from her parents by force at the age of 15, and held for over a year as Boston Children’s Hospital kept her confined in their psych ward. They disagreed with the family’s doctor over her diagnosis, and had the state’s “child protection” social service agency seize custody of her away from her parents, against her will and the will of her parents. What ensued was a long legal battle to get their daughter back, that probably only ended positively because her story went viral and was picked up by the national mainstream media. This because her father refused to obey a court-directed gag order and went to the media with their story. Media heavyweights such as Dr. Phil, Mike Huckabee, and Glenn Beck picked up her story.

Here is a plea Justina made herself to Governor Patrick and Judge Johnston just before she was finally released:

Unfortunately, Justina’s story is not a unique situation in America today, but it is part of a corrupt system that has grown in power and is now out of control. Justina’s story can be retold by families all across America.

How many families have endured similar circumstances: hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands?? No one knows for sure, but based on reports from attorneys who handle these types of cases, it is at least in the thousands, if not much higher. Here are a few cases we have reported on where children were legally seized away from loving parents due to disagreements over medical treatment:

The Nikolayev Family of Sacramento

In 2013, Anna and Alex Nikolayev’s baby Sammy was seized by Child Protection Services, with the help of local law enforcement, simply because they took their baby to a different hospital to get a second opinion about heart surgery. The entire incident where the child we removed by force was captured on video:

In the unedited video above, the entire incident of Child Protective Services and the Sacramento Police using force to take away Anna and Alex Nikolayev’s baby is recorded. Anna and Alex had received poor care for their baby at a local hospital, and when the hospital wanted to do heart surgery on their infant, they wanted a second opinion and took the baby to a different hospital.

The first hospital did not approve of this and did not discharge the child. Therefore, they called Child Protection Services. The parents, meanwhile, had taken the baby to a second hospital, where the child was discharged that night by a physician, since there was no immediate danger, and the surgery was not imminent.

But, the next day, Child Protection Services and the Sacramento Police showed up at the parents’ home to take away their baby. The husband was outside at the time, and he was forced to the ground so that the police could enter the home by force. The mother, seeing what was happening outside, set up the camera to record the whole incident (see video above). The social workers would not even tell the mother where they were taking the baby. The police took the baby out of the mother’s arms by force, and only after the social workers had already left with the baby did they allow the mother to show the hospital documents showing that their baby was properly discharged by a physician from the second hospital. The police did not seem to care what the facts were at all, and gave full authority to CPS to remove the child. (Full story here.)

Since the father is a Russian national, this incident caused an international uproar. Russia accused the United States of abusing the couple’s human rights. Diplomats were sent to attend the hearing in Sacramento. (Full story here.)

One of the attorneys representing the parents explained that these actions by the CPS are not uncommon, and that the child is almost never returned to the parents at the first hearing:

In this shocking interview above, the attorney explains how CPS works in abducting children from families. He has 21 years experience in litigating against CPS.

“A young, cute, little baby is about the most marketable commodity that exists.”

“The chances they will get their baby back today are (slim). In my 21 years of experience, between me and my colleagues, we have seen maybe 3 cases where the child was returned the first day. Now think about that, can they really be right that much of the time?”

Fortunately, the child was ordered to be transported to the care of a hospital that the parents chose (CPS was holding him in the original hospital), and his custody was returned to the parents. One has to wonder if the same result would have occurred, had not one of the parents been a Russian national and had the help of political pressure put on the situation.

Here is just one spot - a Red Ice interview. On March 20, 1969, Dr. Richard Day, the National Medical Director of the Rockefeller-sponsored "Planned Parenthood" told a meeting of the Pittsburgh Pediatric Society that "A New World System" would permanently transform the world. Dr. Day, who died in 1989, wanted to prepare the 80 or so physicians present.

Although the doctors were warned not to make recordings or take notes, Day's remarks were reported by Dr. Lawrence Dunegan who died in Jan 2004. The fact that only one doctor came forward suggests that profession associations may be Masonic in nature.

"Some of you will think I'm talking about Communism," Dr. Day told the assembly. "Well, what I'm talking about is much bigger than Communism!"

ORWELLIAN POLICE STATE
They do want to implant a chip in us so they can find and identify us, as well as monitor and control our purchases.

They are weaning us off national allegiance and will resort to terrorism to win our assent to their global police state. They may use "one or two nuclear bombs to convince people we mean business," Day said.

He refrained from mentioning who "we" are but said the names are recognizable. Given that he worked for the Rockefellers, I assume he meant the Rockefellers and their bosses, the Rothschilds.

This adds weight to the widely-held view that the central bankers are responsible for most terrorism, using MI-6, Mossad and the CIA. Dr. Day also said that "war is obsolete" given the danger of nuclear exchange so terrorism would be used instead. This was 1969.

Dr. Day said sex will be separated from marriage and reproduction ( i.e. "sexual liberation") to break up the family and reduce population. Abortion, divorce, promiscuity and homosexuality will be made socially acceptable. Gender-neutered and promiscuous, fewer people are able to bond permanently with a member of the opposite sex for the purpose of procreation.

He said that there are always two reasons for anything the Illuminati do: the pretext which makes it palatable to the gullible public and the real reason. Thus, we are being turned into homosexuals in the name of "women's and gay rights."

"Homosexuals will be given permission to act out. Everyone including the elderly will be encouraged to have sex. It will be brought out into the open. Anything goes." [The "Stonewall Riots" which unleashed the "gay rights" movement, took place three months later.] The ultimate goal is to have sex without reproduction. Reproduction without sex will occur in laboratories. Family size will be limited as in China.

It will be made more difficult for families to stay together. More women will work outside the home and more people will remain single. Sports will be promoted to girls so they will become more masculine and seek career instead of family. They will be taught that they are the same as boys.

In general, international sports like soccer and hockey will be pushed so Americans will see themselves as "world citizens." American sports like baseball and football will not be similarly encouraged.

BRUTALIZATION
Pornography, violence and obscenity on TV and in movies will be increased. People will be desensitized to violence and porn and made to feel life is short, precarious and brutish. Music will "get worse" and will be used for indoctrination.

There will be unemployment and mass migration in order to uproot long established (conservative) communities. Social change will be introduced in port cities and work its way to the heartland. (Thus, the east and west coast are liberal.)

He said a cure to cancer exists in the Rockefeller Institute but is kept secret for purposes of depopulation. He said there will be an increase in infectious man-made diseases.

Dr. Day, who worked in weather modification during the war, said weather can be used to wage war or create drought and famine. The food supply will be monitored so no one can get enough food to "support a fugitive from the New System." Growing your own food will be outlawed under the pretext being unsafe.

"Each part of the world will have a specialty and thus become inter-dependent, he said. The US will remain a center for agriculture, high tech, communications, and education but heavy industry would be "transported out."

He said people are controlled by means of the information they are given. Thus, information will be selective. Not everyone will be allowed to own books. "Certain books will disappear from libraries." Literary classics and the Bible will be subtly altered.

People will spend longer in school but not learn anything. There will be restrictions on travel and private home ownership will gradually disappear. Homes will become so expensive that people will have to share small apartments with non-family members.

CONCLUSION
Our political and cultural "leaders" are accomplices in a plot to re-engineer humanity to serve the Judeo-Masonic central banking cartel. Wars, terrorism, depressions, political and social change, entertainment and fads are all contrived to gradually bring about an Orwellian police state.

Dr. Day says politicians are manipulated "without their even knowing it." Their failure to protect us from this Satanic conspiracy is a betrayal of the first order. We have to alert the sincere ones and reach soldiers and police too. Civilization hangs in the balance. We are in real danger and should prepare for the worst.

Progressives and Leftists need to learn that "progress" and "change" actually refer to totalitarian world government. This is "the change they believe in." (2004) The "Hope and Change" (2012)

Dr. Day said in 1969, "people will have to get used to constant change."

Our society and culture are a fraud based on one central fraud, the monopoly over government credit in the hands of Cabalist private bankers. They are using this power to extend their monopoly over every aspect of our lives by manipulating world events and social behavior. The only way to save civilization from failure is to nationalize the Central Banks.

One thing Day didn't anticipate was the Internet. They will have a hard time establishing a police state and disappearing people when communications are instant and universal.

The emphasis in media and Democrat politicians on supposed white supremist and racist "domestic terrorists" makes me think the script they are running is very old, maybe since the 1960s. Charles Mansons, possible mk-ultra foot soldier, fantasized about a race war in the US.
