Let's write down possible forms of disempowering beliefs and concepts depriving people from their power.

Karma and reincarnation - [ If you suffer, then you deserve it. You'v probably done some bad things in past life's and now karma is punishing you, so shut up and swallow the s**t quietly if you don't want to gather new bad karma over your head. And don't worry about the bad guys that are causing suffering, leave them to Karma. Sooner or later karma will get them. You don't need to do anything about it. ]

Meditation - [ Sit quietly at one place and do noting and think of nothing, and just wait for enlightenment to come ]

Here and Now - [Live for the moment. Past is past. Don't think about your yesterdays suffering, and don't think about the tomorrows suffering that is coming. Enjoy the small things , and be thankful for whatever you have left, no matter how small and miserable that is, because you could lose it too one day ]

Have fun , Life is short - [Watch TV, play video games, listen to some music, watch movies, watch the sport, go on a walk, go on a journey, have some drugs, go to a party. Just don't focus on global problems , don't make actions for a change, don't plan any protests and revolutions and don't spend time to inform yourself. Just have fun while you can.. stop torturing yourself with things that you can't change. Furthermore , you are not having the abilities to make a change, you are just an ordinary person ]

Ying-Yang - [ In every darkness there is a light . in every light there is something dark. in every evil there is something good. and in every good there is something evil. You cant have just light and happiness... you have to accept suffering as part of the universal laws. You can't have one without the other, so when the suffering comes , embrace it and accept it as part of reality, and don't try to change it. Ah, and also the darkness is part of you as much as the light, so there is balance between them. If you focus only on your good side, you will go out of balance , out of harmony. You have to accept your evil side as much as your good side and don't resist the darkness that is in you and also the one that is out of you. ]

It's all about DNA - [Genome is making you what you are. If you feel stupid and helpless , well its not your fault, its your DNA. You cant do nothing about making your overall situation better if you were born with such a bad DNA. Just accept it. The ones that rule over you are just with better DNA. That's why they are on the top. And you cant do nothing about it. Accept it.]

Messiah - [ Hey chillax , the Savior will come and it will deliver us from all the s**t, you just believe and wait peacefully for his arrival ]

Heaven - [ Calm down will you? You just be good boy and keep quiet and just swallow all the suffering while you are alive , and give the other cheek when someone slaps you, and in the end after you die u will go in heaven for eternal happiness and bliss]

Hell - [ Be careful what you are doing. Because if you are bad boy and you kill, steal , lie, and want something that you don't have but others have, because God will send you to Hell where you will burn till the end of times ]

Christian God - [ There is a Good and fair God who sees all and hears all, and he punishes all the bad people and encourages good people. So don't be bad and God wont punish you. Be quiet and peaceful and leave the bad guys to God, he will deal with them.]

Praying - [ If you want something ,you don't have to work on it , no actions are so necessary . Just pray to God for it and he will hear you and send you want you want. If he doesn't send you then you didn't pray long enough , or God decided that you don't deserve it ]

Faith - [ Have some strong faith and everything will be good. no need for actions, just strong enough faith is enough ]

Confession- [ Confess your sins to the priest and he will tell God to forgive you, so calm down. No matter how sinful you can get, you can always go and confess in the end and to ask for forgiveness some priest and you know that God is always open to forgive you ]

Tree of Knowledge - [ If you were quiet and you weren't stick your nose where is forbidden and you wouldn't touch where is not your place to touch, you would be still in heaven and you wouldn't make God angry when you were looking for the fruit from the tree of knowledge]

Original Sin - [ You are born a sinner , so you will have to take the consequences of that ]

Angels - [ Calm down, angels love you and they will protect you no matter what you are and what you do. Everyone have angels guardians, even the criminals. So if you angels don't save you from suffering then probably they'v decided that its better for you this way, or maybe God told them not to intervene because you deserved that suffering. And if someone attacks you and you try to fight back to protect yourself and you fail to do that, then maybe the angels of the attacker were stronger than yours, or maybe the both groups of angels came to consensus to leave you be victim. Or just maybe God told them to leave you victim.]

Fate - [ It's all predetermined . if bad things are happening to you , well it's all predetermined. If others live on the back of you, well its fate. You cant change it, so just accept it]

Indigo Kids and New Age/Age of Aquarius - [ Chillax, indigo kids are coming to save the world. They wont be brainwashed like the other kids and they will bring the new age. Age of peace and harmony is coming - you don't have to do nothing about except to wait for it ]

Benelovent aliens will save us - [Chillout, benelovent aliens will save us. They are already doing it. You keep yourself out of trouble in the meantime and obey ]

Law of attraction - [ Think positively and you will attract positive things towards you. If you dont attract them , then you are not thinking positive enough or you are not doing it right in some way... just try not to think negatively because then you will have bad things happening to you. ]

Astrology - [ You suffer because you are born or you are currently in bad arrangement of the planets.]

illuminati - [ The secret societies control everything. The ordinary people don't have any power for change. You are just a puppet slave in the hands of the rulers and you can't do anything about it, so just accept it because the illuminati punish every attempt of counteraction]

Time heals all - [ When you don't like something, well you just have to wait patiently and all will be fixed sooner or later. It's just a matter of time ]

Surviving is the most important thing - [ Surviving is what's important, not life. Leave life for the rulers , and you satisfy with surviving. No matter how miserable you feel. Better live like a slave and swallow the s**t , than die fighting for freedom over your own life and in fight for your dreams]

And who is blessed ?

Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted (Mat. 5:4)
[don't worry that you cry all your life, because sooner or later you will be comforted in your death]

Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth. (Mat 5:5)
[ yes , be meek and you just wait to inherit the earth.. ]

Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy. (Mat 5:7)
[ have mercy over your abusers, and over the people that are destroying your life, and then when you die you will be shown mercy too ]

Blessed is the one whom God corrects; so do not despise the discipline of the Almighty (Job 5:17 )
[If God sends you suffering, accept them with open hands, so when you die one day, to be blessed]

Kiss his son, or he will be angry and your way will lead to your destruction, for his wrath can flare up in a moment. Blessed are all who take refuge in him.(Ps 2:12)
[lots of anger have god, you don't want to mess with him, you better go take refuge in his son and you will be blessed]

Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him.(John 13:14)
How blessed are those servants whom the master finds watching for him when he comes! I tell all of you with certainty, he himself will put on an apron, make them sit down at the table, and go around and serve them.(Luke 12:37)

the only control the PTB have is division ... keeping us divided over (pick one) politics/religion/race/etc , keeps us from uniting in purpose and creating solutions to the worlds problems ... when we wrap our heads around the fact we are in the boat together , we might start to look at the human race as one people needing to work together ...
