Your "yums" about blood sausage above make me - perhaps - regret a freshly made blood sausage an older lady gave me as a gift. I put it in the back corner of my frig, never having seen anything like it in my life before. I never ate it, but thought how kind she was. Her smile let me understand she thought highly of this thing she had made.
