This thread was based on the work of Dr David Hawkins.
I went to South beach California to his seminar Living The Prayer"
That was some adventure.
With several others I waited in the conference room after the talk was over.
After a while Hawkins bounded from behind the curtains and shook hands with people.
I had a short conversation with him , he shook my hand -- and later I discovered an intense fear of heights I had was gone.
I could not climb on a chair without sweating profusely.
That evening I went up in carousel , feeling great.

I never knew Mother Meera had started to answer questions. Mother Meera has been silent for years.

This video has poor sound quality but I've posted because at 11:45, Mother Meera states that all gurus and avatars are in non physical contact with each other. It's a fascinating couple of minutes and a unique insight into the world of the guru.

From watching her videos recently, Mother Meera has stated many times to pray from an open heart full of acceptance and surrender and when you pray, state exactly how you feel in a clear and concise way with trust.

I have been asking the non physical round table of gurus for solutions.

Helen has written 7 books including ‘Reality Check - a simple guide to enlightenment,’ and ‘The Story of I. ’ She was always searching for something in my life and for many years she didn’t know what it was. She always felt different as a child and could see energy and auras around her and desperately tried to fit in and find peace but it never came. A sense of an empty void began to grow inside her in her twenties and eventually she realised she was suffering from depression.
She tried various forms of healing, reiki, meditations but they only gave her temporary relief. But then for one brief moment all mind chatter stopped and when it resumed she spent years searching for how to get back to that "place". She pursuing yoga, Kundalini teachings, Vipassana meditations and much more and experienced awakening in what seemed to be stages. During her awakening she experienced lengthy delays and many obstacles and issues and struggled to overcome blocks and got stuck many times. There were many delays and dark moments.
In this interview Helen talks us through her journey and explains how she now sees reality.
