    Hi Harley and everyone else,

I am going to make a little extra comment here, but please, don’t take me wrong because I am just trying to make an important point about human nature.

    This is my comment:

This world is upside down. Most things are the opposite as they should be.

Why? Because if Nevada legislator Michele Fiore and Reverend Graham would go instead to the White House, the Pentagon, the FBI and CIA headquarters, etc., to get the criminals and thugs who hide in all those buildings (Ex: corrupt politicians, corrupt FBI bosses, corrupt CIA bosses, etc., etc.), this problem will be solved in a few minutes.

So why don’t they do that?

Why do they only do the easy part (go to the Burns Wildlife Refuge to get a few regular people) but do not do the difficult part (go to the big corrupt institutions to get the bosses of the corruption who are causing all these problems)?

The answer to that question, in my opinion, is what Dave Hodges explains in this excellent article about the many problems and limitations of human nature.

Quote The Psychological Reasons Why Americans Will Embrace Their Coming Enslavement
07 Feb, 2016 by Dave Hodges

    http://www.thecommonsenseshow.com/20...g-enslavement/
    Brief excerpts:

…. There is a set of psychological reasons why our people, even those that are seemingly more awake than most, would accept this latest tyranny from their government. We know about cognitive dissonance which prevents people from seeing the totality of a threat and thus inhibiting their personal ability to make the paradigm shift needed to accurately perceive the threat. We also know about bystander apathy which stands as an obstacle to getting involved because in this large country, “someone else will do it”. And there is a third psychological reason which prevents us from getting involved because we have been conditioned that our actions cannot make any difference which is reflective of a condition called, learned helplessness.

    The Brainwashing of America

Americans have been brainwashed into believing that their government will care for them in their time of need. Has this time in American history been foretold? I believe that it has and that H. G. Wells was the prophetic messenger of the New World Order.

Wells actually understood a concept that modern day psychologists refer to as learned helplessness and he wrote about it in his book, The Time Machine, which was originally published in 1895 and the book was later made into a 1960 hit movie by the same name. The book prophetically told of a time in the distant future where the “normal” inhabitants of the earth would be docile, passive and suffer from the condition that modern day psychologists refer to as “learned helplessness.” What is learned helplessness?

    Learned Helplessness

Why won’t America stand up for herself? Why is the country, once a country which possessed courage and conviction, now sitting idly while allowing itself to be taken to the slaughter without so much as a whimper?

The answer to the above question lies in the psychological concept known as “Learned Helplessness” as discovered by Martin Seligman in the 1960’s.

“Learned helplessness” occurs when an animal, or a person, is repeatedly subjected to an aversive stimulus that it cannot escape from. Eventually, the animal will stop trying to avoid the stimulus and behave as if it is utterly helpless to change the situation. Even when opportunities to escape are presented, this learned helplessness will prevent any action”.

    ………..etc……....

    Learned Helplessness In America

Today, we lay down in the face of the abject criminality of our government. We accept GMO’s, chemtrails, CPS sponsored child sex trafficking, the theft of our mortgages, the murder of dissidents, constant surveillance, unsafe medicines and foods, and the privatization of our most vital resources which are being priced out of our reach (e.g. water) and now we are soon going to be experiencing the loss of the truth in the form of the free Internet.

We have the ability to fight back (phase one). We have done it before (e.g. Revolutionary War, Civil War). However, this was before the omnipresent MSM came on the scene.

We are conditioned by an apathetic Congress that our opinion does not matter (phase two). The media tells us we are the most free nation on the earth. As a case in point, we honor our veterans and subsequently let the VA murder them. We are conditioned by these factors and the corporate controlled media that our actions can make no difference.

    Conclusion

We sit primed today to accept everything our government does to us on behalf of their corporate controllers (phase three). The end result of our passivity is depopulation. Tomorrow I will print Part Two. And I predict that 20% of the readers will be very alarmed. The other 80% will be too busy efrom their Super Bowl hangovers.

    UPDATE 1:

This is just an example (one out of many) of what Dave Hodges explains in his article above:

THE HAMMOND CASE: A TRAVESTY OF JUSTICE

Posted By: Preston February 3, 2016
    Posted By: Vicky

‘And it’s no secret to anybody that the EPA, BLM and other agencies and departments of government are working overtime to lock up and prohibit use of ALL natural resources in this country to comply with United Nations Agenda 21 and the UN Biodiversity Treaty even though the senate never ratified it’.

The U.S. Government’s case against Dwight and Stephen Hammond amounts to a prosecutorial slapp suit. A slapp suit in civil matters is a “strategic lawsuit intended to censor, intimidate and silence critics by burdening them with the cost of legal defense until they abandon their criticism or opposition”.

A prosecutorial slapp suit would be one in which a defendant is grossly over-charged with the criminal charges brought against them being malicious, abusive, vindictive and strategic. Such is the case with the prosecutor’s case against the Hammonds. It was guaranteed to bankrupt the Hammond’s and to force them to sell their property
    – including water rights to the government…. etc., etc., etc.
    ----------------------------

    UPDATE 2:

This is great because I’ve just found an example of the opposite attitude (the correct one in my opinion), the attitude of true patriots like Sheriff David A. Clarke.

If there were many more patriots (the critical mass) like Sheriff David A. Clarke, they, together, would arrest the real criminals (the corrupt elite and their minions) and this problem would be solved very quickly.

A RATIONAL CASE IN DEFENSE OF AMMON BUNDY AND THE OREGON OCCUPATION

Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr. is the 64th Sheriff of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. In 2002, Clarke was appointed to a vacancy by Governor Scott McCallum, and later elected that same year to his first four-year term. He was re-elected in November 2006, 2010, and 2014, and is currently serving his fourth full term.

Amidst all the recent controversy regarding the protest in Oregon, FreeCapitalist.com readers may have missed an exceptional American leader speak out in support of the Hammonds and the Oregon occupation earlier last month.
“There is no working things out with this federal government…I’m through waiting for the next election… I don’t want it to come to armed conflict against the federal government…and that that county Sheriff didn’t stick up for the Hammonds in this situation, against this overbearing, overreaching federal government…its a travesty. Somebody had to do something!” – Sheriff David Clarke
On January 9, 2016, well-known and broadly-respected Sheriff David Clarke took his entire radio broadcast (40 min) to examine the background and motivation behind the protest and occupation at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge in Oregon, led by Ammon Bundy and LaVoy Finicum. Asking the American people “What are you willing to do” about growing federal tyranny, Sheriff Clark provides a rational case in defense of the occupation.
“Maybe if the state of Oregon, and its officials and its political class and its Sheriff had done something for the Hammond family, maybe people would not have had to come from afar, to stick up for principle.”
Concluding, Sheriff Clark publicly supported Ammon, LaVoy and the occupiers calling them a “small band of patriots…”…….etc.

A Catch up for those who haven't been monitoring:

It hasn't been announced officially as yet, but three of the four hold-outs are now in custody.

The last hold-out, David Fry, is still inside and not wanting to come out.

Nevada legislator Michele Fiore and others are currently talking with him live on the phone attempting to to talk him out.

    Hi everyone,

These are two very good commentaries by Professor Doom1 and Bravo Von Muller about the implications of the arrest of Cliven Bundy:

In my personal opinion and judging but what’s unfolding in the USA (Oregon Wildlife Refuge, BLM land grabs, Hammonds, uranium-Clinton connection, local-state-fed-corruption, freemasonry connection, etc.), right now the people of the USA have basically two options:
Option 1) To keep sleeping and do nothing about this situation.

Consequences: eventually become total slaves or perhaps even be murdered like LaVoy.

Option 2) To stand up against the tyranny of the corrupt elite and its minions, and do so in a united, peaceful, and lawful manner.

    Consequences: be free.

    * OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT JUST NOW *

FBI Arrests All Remaining Occupiers at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge

    FBI - Oregon - 02/11/16 11:21 AM
At approximately 9:40 am on Thursday, February 11, 2016, the FBI brought three of the remaining Malheur National Wildlife Refuge occupiers into custody without incident. At approximately 11:00 am, agents brought the fourth into custody without incident.

Sean Larry Anderson, age 47, of Riggins, Idaho

Agents arrested the remaining four occupiers as they walked out of the refuge to the FBI checkpoint. Those arrested will face arraignment before a U.S. Magistrate Judge in Portland on Friday, February 12, 2016.

At times, there were dozens of highly armed militants occupying, visiting and supplying the refuge. On Wednesday, February 3, 2016, a federal grand jury indicted 16 people:

Dylan Wade Anderson, age 34, of Provo, Utah
Sandra Lynn Anderson, age 48, of Riggins, Idaho
Sean Larry Anderson, age 47, of Riggins, Idaho
Jeff Wayne Banta, age 46, of Yerington, Nevada
Ammon Edward Bundy, age 40, of Emmett, Idaho

Ryan Waylen Payne, age 32, of Anaconda, Montana
Jon Eric Ritzheimer, age 32, Peoria, Arizona
Peter Santilli, age 50, of Cincinnati, Ohio

Each subject faces one federal felony count of conspiracy to impede officers of the United States from discharging their official duties through the use of force, intimidation, or threats, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 372.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

"The occupation of the Malheur Wildlife Refuge has been a long and traumatic episode for the citizens of Harney County and the members of the Burns Paiute tribe. It is a time for healing, reconciliation amongst neighbors and friends, and allowing for life to get back to normal. I want to thank our neighbors in eastern Oregon for their patience, resolve, and their kind and welcoming spirit to the many members of federal, county, state, local, and tribal law enforcement who have worked tirelessly to bring this illegal occupation to a conclusion. The fine work of so many dedicated public servants in a difficult endeavor cannot be understated. I am very proud of them all," said Billy J. Williams, U.S. Attorney, District of Oregon.

"Much work is left to assess the crime scene and damage to the refuge and tribal artifacts. We are committed to seeing the job done and to pursue justice for the crimes committed during the illegal occupation."

The FBI will release more information about the law enforcement work that still remains to be done at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge later in the day.

EXCLUSIVE: Massive Cover-up – BLM leases Hammond ranch land to Russia through Clinton Foundation donors for uranium

    http://newstarget.com/2016-02-11-exc...r-uranium.html

Quote The Hammond Ranch controversy continues to sink into a rabbit hole without end. Evidence has surfaced that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has been taking land with plans to lease it to Clinton Foundation donors.

According to the BLM, “Agents with the FBI stopped the vehicle, at which point one of the individuals in the vehicle pulled out a weapon,” The Wall Street Journal reports. “At that point, FBI agents fired [and] the individual who was brandishing the weapon suffered fatal injuries,” officials said.

Meanwhile, Russia gradually gained control of Uranium One, a major mining company, in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, while Hillary Clinton served as Secretary of State. Canadian records reveal that the company’s chairman used his own family foundation to make four donations to the Clinton Foundation during that time, resulting in a sum contribution of $2.35 million. Secretary Clinton approved the deal for Russia soon after her family’s slush fund received the donations. Now, Vladimir Putin controls 20 percent of all uranium production capacity in the U.S.

Undisclosed contributions made to the Clinton Foundation
These contribution were not made known to the public by the Clintons, even though Hillary Clinton made a deal with President Obama to disclose all the donors. Other individuals associated with the company made donations too.

Furthermore, after Russia declared that it was taking over Uranium One, Bill Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank, which promoted Uranium One stock.

    A gold mine for uranium
It is not known whether the donations were responsible for the uranium deal, but the timing is suspicious. Since Hammond Ranch is a gold mine for uranium, it’s unsurprising that the Clinton Foundation would want to lease the land to Russia through donors.

This would also explain why U.S. authorities have been coming down so hard on protesters. Officials aren’t prosecuting individuals because of the Hammond controversy. Officials are coming down on protesters because they are occupying a valuable piece of land; a piece of land that was promised to the Russians.

According to The New York Times: “Whether the donations [to the Clinton Foundation] played any role in the approval of the uranium deal is unknown. But the episode underscores the special ethical challenges presented by the Clinton Foundation, headed by a former president who relied heavily on foreign cash to accumulate $250 million in assets even as his wife helped steer American foreign policy as secretary of state, presiding over decisions with the potential to benefit the foundation’s donors.”

This interview of Shawna Cox by Dennis Lynch is important because Dennis asks Shawna very good questions in order to clarify several very important details of the ambush and murder of LaVoy.

    (11 min) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mfvu6j2SDo8
Some of the important details which are very well clarified are:

    1) In the first roadblock, the FBI shot at Ryan Payne without provocation whatsoever, but missed him, and the bullet hit the car (near the rear view mirror.)

    2) In the second roadblock, the FBI started shooting at them (at the vehicle) around the time the vehicle hit the snow bank and BEFORE LaVoy even exited the vehicle, and the FBI continued shooting at them non stop, and a few seconds later they murdered LaVoy.

    3) Shawna Cox was recording the whole incident with her video camera, but the FBI took it away. That means that even in the case that all of the FBI video cameras in the scene were broken, in helmets, cars, etc. (which is highly unlikely), there is video footage with sound of what took place inside Shawna Cox’s video camera (and also probably in the cell phone of Ryan Bundy).

So, if the FBI doesn’t release immediately the video footage “with sound” of Shawna Cox’s video camera (and Ryan Bundy’s cell phone), that’s called a criminal cover-up.

    4) There are more important details in the interview, but the previous ones are some of the most important ones.

    CONCLUSION:

If Shawna Cox is telling the truth (and her account is consistent with Victoria Sharp’s account), then the FBI account of what happened is a big lie, because the FBI says that they shot LaVoy “because” LaVoy “supposedly” moved his hands down to grab a gun.

But since the drone footage has low quality, we cannot tell why LaVoy lowered his hands for a few seconds, and trusting the FBI version is naive. Another plausible possibility is that LaVoy did so out of a physical reflex, because he was already being shot at by the FBI and felt the pain of the wounds.

But in any case, the FBI started shooting at LaVoy and the occupants of the vehicle FIRST.

That means the FBI shot at LaVoy and the vehicle even BEFORE LaVoy exited the vehicle with both his hands up in the air.

In any case and however you look at it, the justification the FBI has given for shooting and killing LaVoy is false, according to Shawna’s account (and Victoria Sharp’s.)

    -----------------------------

P.S. Regular people need to understand that the elite and its thugs-minions (corrupt portions of the government, politicians, judges, FBI, CIA, police, etc., etc.) are, not “like” the mafia, but are “the” mafia.

And the sooner regular people realize it and do something about it, the sooner this problem will be solved.

In fact, the White Hats inside the FBI-CIA-government-judges, etc. (and let’s hope there are still enough), should go ahead and arrest ASAP the corrupt individuals inside those power institutions. The sooner they arrest them, the better.

Default Re: Oregon Protest Leader Ammon Bundy arrested, LaVoy Finicum shot and killed

Thanks for the video link, qbeac. Yes, what happens now is most important, IMO. This, of course, is not just about cattlemen's beef (pun intended) with the BLM terrorists. This is perhaps the primary issue that will inspire more people to require "the feds" to adhere to their constitutional restrictions.

Utah's politicians have been moving forward for several years in this direction and things are about to start coming to a head on that. Here's a Mother Jones article on that.

I and many others believe the Bundys would have been better off to have thought this one through more (or would have first read "The Art of War" by Sun Tsu).

For example, they could have done this or other type of protest in Utah and had the governor and legislature behind them all the way to have a more lawful and meaningful showdown. However, in spite of the Bundys rather bungled, unorganized and infiltrated act of civil disobedience (camping/assembling on public property wherein no federal "officer" has jurisdiction by the Supreme Law of the Land), they may have helped to bring to the forefront the basic issues of following the Constitution, limiting federal overreach, exposing Agenda 21, etc.

The bottom line is that one is dealing with actual fascists who have usurped the authority/power of the States and they are ready to mow us down like dogs even when surrendering. Even the patriots who did not agree with the Bundys' occupation of the refuge, often stated at the beginning "no more free Wacos". But isn't that what they got?

The so-called "law enforcement" officers murdered an innocent law-abiding man and attempted to kill several others including a young girl who was on her way to sing Christian songs. The Bundys and friends were traveling for the purpose of peaceable assembly, an alleged "unalienable" right, which has been also etched in the Bill of Rights in Article 1, United States' Constitution. Pete Santilli was arrested for exercising his First Amendment Right and offering to help the "law enforcement" officers (and the ACLU has already taken his case).

And this was not another Waco? Didn't we just see the velvet glove being ripped off the iron fist of fascism--once again?

It seems to be pretty quiet behind the scenes now. Are the lawyers of the accused just going to beg for mercy from the feds or are they going to go on the offensive and hold the officers of the federal government accountable for violating the Supreme Law of the Land? Has any of them made jurisdictional challenges? I mean, jurisdiction is the main issue here and it needs to be enforced NOW. Do they believe "the courts" are going to follow the Constitution or even be fair?

Will the western states start standing up to the feds or will they accept the ball and chain of servitude? According to Pete Santilli and others they had already accumulated much incriminating evidence of government corruption at both the federal and local levels regarding the Hammonds, BLM, Judge Grasty (or "Judge Nasty" as Pete called him). When is a known, reputable constitutional attorney (or somebody or organization the general dumbed down public would consider an authority) going to bring this stuff forward in the spirit of the Nuremburg trials?

What a topsy turvy world we live in when the federal government Nazis just outright kill or imprison people for pointing out the real law breakers and who the real terrorists are.

Utah Transfer of Public Lands Act of 2012 is at the forefront for the states' lands rights issues.

Update: Jan. 29, 2016 Salt Lake Tribune article here.

This is a short, illustrative video about the probem with the feds "owning" about half of the land in the western states. Constitutional expert Professor Ron Rotunda, U.S. legal scholar and professor of law at Chapman University School of Law, discusses the transfer of Utah public lands. [Source: Utah House of Representatives YouTube channel]

Wouldn't it have been interesting if the Bundys had instead taken their righteous crusade to Utah where they would have had a welcoming and politically friendly atmosphere to exert real pressure where it could do some good and have public acceptability and credibility? Oregon was about the worst place for that!

Instead, Ammon Bundy was told by "God" that he needed to occupy/takeover the Malheur Wildlife Refuge facility. Go figure.

[Conspiracy theory: What if he was being electronically mind-controlled to believe that?]
