Breakthrough Discovery Shows That Resonant Frequencies Can Kill Cancer Cells

Anna Hunt, Staff Waking Times February 5, 2016

An important breakthrough may prevent people from suffering from cancer or the aggressive radiation and chemotherapy treatments used to kill cancer cells.

Anthony Holland, an Associate Professor and Director of Music Technology at Skidmore College in New York, U.S., and his fellow researchers discovered that, by creating custom digital electronic signals, they can destroy cancer cells and Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MSRA). In their laboratory experiments, the team used Oscillating Pulsed Electric Fields (OPEF) to induce sympathetic resonant vibrations which in a short amount of time shattered targeted cells from pancreatic cancer, leukemia, ovarian cancer, and the dangerous antibiotic-resistant bacterium MSRA. Below is an image showing the effect that the resonant frequencies had on leukemia cells.

Just as various sound frequencies can shatter different types of crystal and glass, shattering microscopic organisms is possible because they have many similar properties of liquid crystals.

Holland created a device that uses pulsating plasma lights to emit the right frequency electronic signals to induce sympathetic resonant vibration in targeted microorganisms. Holland’s research showed that not only can one change the vibration of a biological living microorganism with an electronic signal, but also that different frequencies of this electronic signal can be used to target different types of microorganisms.

Below is a TED talk by Anthony Holland during which he reveals his discoveries. Starting midway through his talk, Holland shows stunning videos of how various cancer cells react to eleventh harmonic frequency combinations. It took the researchers over 15 months of trying hundreds of frequency combinations to find the ones with the potential to kill cancer cells. Holland’s goal is to create a treatment that can be used to shatter cancer cells and heal cancer patients painlessly and without toxic methods.

When one spreads the word, remember to tell them that this has been suppressed for 75 years.

75 years of oligarchs, corporations, fascists, politics and medical cartels.

That they have wanted you to die or pay them, or be under their total control.

    Tip of the iceberg.

The backlash against oligarchy is incredibly huge. Off the scale. Impossible to calculate.

How many people have relatives that have died due to cancer cures being suppressed? Disease? Pathogens? How many? I'd wager 100% of all people on this planet in any part of the developed and even undeveloped world.... have encountered the face of oppressive oligarchy ---in this exact area.

So, one hundred percent of the world --------looking for blood.

It's no surprise that a music professor should be the one to find how these frequencies can work.

Music! The divine gift! If placed in the hands of those who understand it and use it for the betterment of the world.

Healing frequencies were written about in the book of Enoch, as were other important things. It's no wonder the Book of Enoch has remained obscure.

I could not help but think of a book I read some years ago, about Palestrina, the 16th century Italian composer. Palestrina discovered solfeggio frequencies' healing powers and incorporated them into his music. People experienced gradual healings upon listening to his music. The church could not have this and in turn deemed all music heresy unless it be religious and composed for the church. Palestrina was given the choice of working for the Vatican, composing masses and other religious works, or, being burned at the stake! He chose to work for the church.

Upon attending church on a regular basis, people experienced gradual and increased healings with every attendance. This was attributed to the power of God (which is in part true since all flows from source) but the mention of Palestrina's discoveries was completely omitted. And so people gave their money to the church because the church healed them!

Palestrina wrote his story which was found upon his death and given to the church. This knowledge was then passed on to 17th century composer, Monteverdi, who was a Catholic priest. His compositions also induced healings. And so the church kept taking credit and getting richer. And so the story goes... but somehow, after Monteverdi's passing, these frequencies were not used as effectively as before. Although some of these frequencies are found in the works of Bach and Mozart, they pale in comparison to Palestrina's and Monteverdi's. I do not know why or how they were somewhat lost.

However, if one reads any of Palestrina's regular biographies, none of this is mentioned as it was all quieted by the church.

I hope this doesn't seem to derail the thread. It is not my intention. It's just that the knowledge of certain frequencies having a powerful effect on the electro-magnetic field and physical body, has been known for some time, but has, one way or another, been hushed, for obvious reasons! It has taken centuries for this truth to come out, and, of course, I am grateful for it.

And of course, many will try to pooh pooh the above. At least, Big Pharma will not be able to put it in a pill!

Thank you, Herve, for this very important information.

    Best to you,

    Daughter of Time

    Thanks, Herve.

Reference to Project Avalon Newsletter #6 where the discussion is all about Royal Rife's frequency healing developments and other relative researchers and healing methods, especially those of the Russian researchers and their frequency healing findings.

We come to this possibility that i thought was not going to happen when i felt it, knew it, used it thru my energy many years ago. The presentation of Anthony Holland was allowed to be presented even though it has been known of for over 80 years. In all healing modalities, just like our communications here, the object is to isolate the integral, necessary basics and simplify them for the use of many. Holland did just that.

One way or the other this is exactly what healing is about, matching frequencies, feeling the same thing from your own resonance and then pulsing the healing into existence. Sometimes it is slightly altering that frequency, even with thought, to get the change moving in the organism.

For many years, starting in earnest in the mid-1800's with the attack on homeopathy and all things naturopathic, there has been a concerted amount of money, by those profiteers who live off of human suffering, put into dumbing down the patient. When we treat anyone the first thing we should do is explain the theory, the mechanism of illness in relationship to healing. Every school, from the first teaching, should contain the basis of health and healing, causality and the persistence of illness, as well as all alternatives. It is not a bad thing, though, that the pseudo-health care systems in the west do not teach the truth and parents have taken on the primary care of their childrens' futures by living the healthy way themselves.

The patient has every right to the depth of understanding the process of health involves. If a healer, practitioner, doctor doesn't know the basics, which many don't know-in the truth of it's origin, most likely because they weren't taught it, then they should learn them. However, you can't blame a physician who doesn't have the knowledge, rife machine, herbs, hydrotherapy, etc. as the tools they have to treat others. Is it then at all incorrect to go to the nurse to learn the truth, to be told the heart of the matter when it comes to being able to deal realistically with the illness? Is the nurse's resonance closer to the truth...Often it is.

Resonant frequency has a lot to do with meditation. Repetition of mantras, candle meditation, body scanning and others all rely on resonant feedback within the mind of the adept.

I reduce my ear humming by finding the proper harmonic and humming it a few seconds. That's all it takes and I'm good to go for a few days. I think nerve pressure for relieving pain also uses this idea because you must find just the right spot to push with just the right amount of pressure (good for tooth aches, back pain, any surface ailment). The chakras are also energy loci of certain predetermined frequency, thus the various colors.

So, ya, frequency is everything, baby.

    Default Re: Resonant Frequency Breakthrough

I am bumping this thread as I think that understanding "reality" in terms of energy vibrating at frequencies is able to break a lock of a 3D materialistic paradigm and works. Sound is one obvious experience of frequency and vibration.

My particular interest is in health
PA has several threads related to this understanding and here is the list I found related to sound and healing
I think one important area that is involved in healing modalities is Pulsed Electro magnetic Field Therapy PEMF. Here is a brief description

Quote Magnetic fields can either be static or time-varying/pulsed. A static magnetic field is one in which no change in the flux density or intensity can be found over the time interval of use or measurement. In time-varying magnetic fields, flux density or intensity changes at one or more frequencies, usually greater than one cycle per second (Hertz).

If you have ever held two magnets in your hands, tried to force them together, and felt a resistance between them, then you have experienced a magnetic field. That type of magnetic field is “static” and comes from a permanent magnet. The magnet itself pulls on other magnetic materials, such as iron or nickel, and attracts or repels other magnets. Static magnetic fields also exist around electromagnets fed by direct current, one common example being the giant magnet used to move cars around in a junkyard.

In a therapeutic setting, static magnets are often used in bracelets, shoe inserts, necklaces, etc. to subtly influence the tissues that come in direct contact with the magnet and its static magnetic field.

The Earth’s magnetic field is important in considering magnetic therapy with static magnets. Since the overall background field of the planet averages 0.5 gauss and completely penetrates our body and atmosphere, any static magnet with field strength below this will not be expected to be active. The magnetic field strength of a static magnet decreases with distance from its surface, and once the field drops to or below the ambient background field strength of Earth, it will be no more effective in the tissues than the background field from that point and farther out.

Small static magnets are commonly used to stimulate the acupuncture Meridian system and for local superficial tissue actions. Acupuncture point magnets can vary in intensity from 500 Gauss to more than 3,000 Gauss. Regardless of intensity, it would not make sense to use static magnets over very deep acupuncture points. They should only be used over acupuncture points that are within 10mm of the skin surface.

With static magnets, a lot of information in books and online focuses on the differential effects of north or south polarity. There is virtually no good published scientific evidence supporting these claims—even less that has been peer-reviewed. North vs. South polarity is of minimal importance in guiding clinical practice, and is based on limited science. In any case, commercially available multipolar magnets make this argument irrelevant.

A time-varying electromagnetic field is not produced by a permanent magnet, but by moving or alternating current (AC) electricity. Electromagnetic fields, like static magnetic fields, influence the tissues they come into contact with. But electromagnetic fields are significantly more dynamic than static magnetic fields, and are able to reach more deeply into the body than static magnetic fields. Unlike static magnetic fields, electromagnetic fields induce electric charge in tissues, creating a cascade of physiologic effects on a sub-cellular level.

The nature of time-varied or pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs), means that they have a frequency in addition to an intensity. The frequency and associated wavelength of a PEMF means that it will completely penetrate the volume of the body, going way beyond any local application even at extremely low intensities.

The Ca2+/Calmodulin-dependent myosin phosphorylation system – that is, the biochemistry that makes muscles work better and relax better—has been extensively studied with both static and pulsed/time-varying magnetic fields. A comparison of typical results shows that a 450 Gauss static field (measured at the tissue, and not the reported field strength of the magnet itself) and a 0.2 Gauss (20 microTesla) pulsed field both accelerate phosphorylation (a process which helps turn “on” and “off” many enzymes and other cellular processes) by nearly twofold. This process stimulates the production of ATP in all cells, not just muscle cells. Similar behavior has been obtained for nerve cell growth, which increased about twofold with both static and pulsed signals.

The differences between static and pulsed magnetic field systems and approaches must be better demonstrated. For the moment, Dr. Pawluk continues to use static magnets for acupuncture and reflex systems and local superficial tissue actions. Otherwise, they are useful for him as a second cousin to PEMFs in the overall value expected and his goals for better overall health. https://www.drpawluk.com/education/m...gnetic-fields/

Here is a video about the relationships of frequency of body mind heart earth connection.

This is from with Dr. Pawluck about PEMF

If we gain the ability to work directly with our own bioacoustic capacity to identify missing elements of frequency and directly change frequency, this is a new paradigm. Recently I am excited by the work of Sharry Edwards who is working with sound, frequency and vibration. There is a very clear presentation IMO in an interview on the page here:

Quote Ep #535 – Sharry Edwards – Breaking The Sound Barriers Of Disease & How Sound Affects Our Health!

Today we had Sharry Edwards on the show to talk about BioAccoustic technology and how sound, frequency and vibration can impact your health.

We talked about sound healing and how vibrational waves can impact cells and how cells become healthy or sick.

Also Sharry Edwards talks about how she’s using BioAccoustic frequency patterns to shed light on what’s going on in the body. Obviously she can’t use her BioAccoustic skills to diagnose anybody with a label of a disease but it can help to understand things like inflammation, nutritional deficiencies and other health challenges.

We had so many people email us and ask if we could have Sharry Edwards on the show so we had to reach out to her and interview her.

Imagine being able to understand nutritional deficiencies or health conditions all based on sound? I want to make it clear though that Sharry is not treating or diagnosing anybody with any condition or disease. If you feel like you have a health condition please see your medical doctor.
This is a good recent article I found on the subject.

Quote Will sound healing therapy resonate with you?
    About the author:
    Cate Montana
    June 2019 (Vol. 4 Issue 4)

One of the fastest-growing therapies is healing with some form of sound. Cate Montana listens in

Back around 530 BC, Pythagoras, the first person in the West to declare the Earth was round, taught that music can bring the souls of men and women into harmony, calm the mind and restore the physical body to perfect health using harmonic ratios as a medicine for mental and physical diseases.

In ancient Greece, music became so widely respected for its impact on physiology that it was even used to improve the sports performances of athletes during the Olympic games. The ancient Egyptians used vowel sound chants in healing. Australian aboriginal peoples are believed to have used musical instruments for healing purposes more than 40,000 years ago. And now many forward-thinking therapists of many varieties are finding the power of certain sound frequencies to heal.

Sound is a vibratory waveform measured in cycles per second (cps, equivalent to Hertz or Hz) that varies with time (like voltage or current). The human ear can detect sounds from around 18 cps to approximately 18,000 cps, although as we get older our hearing decreases in acuity. Young children can sometimes hear above 20,000 cps, and dolphins and whales can produce and sense waveforms up to 180,000 cps.

It's important to remember that just because we don't hear something doesn't mean there isn't a sound. The entire universe is in a constant state of vibration, from the electrons moving around the nucleus of every atom to planets moving around their suns and distant galaxies moving around the galactic core. Everything is in motion and therefore making what can be perceived as sound. Pythagoras referred to this as "the music of the spheres."

But it's not just heavenly bodies that emit sound. Even the chair you're sitting on, the book you're reading, the carburetor in your car and the molecules that make up your body are in a state of vibration. In fact, each of them has a unique vibratory frequency.

The foundation of sound healing is based on the understanding that every bone, every organ of the human body, even every individual human body, has a unique signature frequency that can be manipulated and modulated by other frequencies. So if your liver is not operating at its correct frequency, for example, it can be 'tuned up' through the application of the correct sound vibration.

Jonathan Goldman, MA, an international authority on sound healing, pioneer in the field of harmonics, and director of the Sound Healers Association in Boulder, Colorado, says that when we are in "sound health," the human body is like an incredible orchestra playing the Symphony of the Self.

"But what if the second violin player loses their sheet music?" he asks. "They begin to play out of tune, out of harmony, and pretty soon the whole string section sounds off. Eventually the whole orchestra sounds off. This is a metaphor for a part of our body losing its normally healthy resonance frequency, its correct vibration. When this happens, we say it is diseased."

In the world of sound healing, there are two main methodologies: psychoacoustics and vibroacoustics. Psychoacoustics refers to sound produced from an external source that is consciously registered through our ears and our brain, such as from music, gongs, singing bowls and tones, thus affecting the entire nervous system.

Vibroacoustic therapy, as the name suggests, is primarily vibratory in nature, with sound delivered to the body in any needed location via speakers embedded in special massage tables, mattresses and reclining chairs, believed to affect the patient at a cellular and even a molecular level.

Chanting, humming and toning register in the ears and also directly vibrate the body of the person doing the chanting or toning. Goldman, who has authored a book called The Humming Effect (Healing Arts Press, 2017), says that simple humming increases oxygen in our cells, lymphatic circulation and melatonin, and lowers blood pressure and heart rate.

"If you are tense and stressed out, take a nice deep breath and hum for a couple of minutes," he says. "It's more effective than straight slow breathing. In fact they've done research that says humming and other self-created sounds improve heart rate variability better than deep breathing and singing. You also get boosted promotion of interleukin, a protein associated with platelet creation, you get increased levels of nitric oxide, which is a vasodilator that helps the body by loosening up the circulatory system, and you get the release of oxytocin, which is the trust hormone."

    What medicine knows so far
Modern medicine has been tiptoeing into the arena of sound healing ever since the introduction of ultrasound—which uses sound frequencies higher than the range of human detection—to successfully break up kidney stones back in the 1980s, a process called extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL).1

Beyond its widespread use in medical imaging, such as to observe a fetus in the womb or diagnose various soft-tissue conditions, ultrasound is also currently used in mainstream medicine as a therapy for sports-related musculoskeletal conditions such as tendon injuries.2

As far as sound healing is concerned, there are studies showing effectiveness for a number of conditions. But a good deal more detailed scientific investigation needs to be done to fully understand its potential.

Music therapy has been shown to help reduce agitated behavior in elderly people with dementia while mitigating caregiver stress,3 and it can improve social communication and functional brain connectivity in children with autism.4 Music therapy has also proven useful in managing pre-operative stress before cancer surgery,5 and patients who listened to music while under general anesthesia had lower postoperative blood pressure and a calmer recovery.6

Studies show that vibroacoustics can be effective for managing pain, reducing stress and anxiety, reducing the symptoms of patients undergoing chemotherapy, improving muscle tone and increasing range of motion. It helps soothe patients prior to and after surgery as well as providing stimulation for the hearing impaired and developmentally disabled.7

Vibroacoustics has also been successfully applied to reducing swelling and pain in patients suffering from knee osteoarthritis,8 and there is some preliminary work suggesting that it might be able to treat symptoms of depression in the elderly.9

Tibetan singing bowls have proven to reduce stress, anxiety and depression as well as provide upliftment to the spirit.10 Group drumming is also effective for reducing anxiety and depression while increasing social resilience and shifting the immune system toward greater anti-inflammatory signaling.11 And by exposing mice to a unique combination of light and sound, MIT neuroscientists have shown that they can improve cognitive and memory impairments similar to those seen in Alzheimer's patients - although these results in animals do not necessarily apply to humans.12

Dr David Perez-Martinez, an integrative psychiatrist in New York City, has been a therapeutic sound practitioner for 40 years and says that he sees its healing effects in his practice every day. "Sound affects human beings and living organisms at every level of existence," he says. "It affects us physically and physiologically, emotionally, psychologically, socially and spiritually at every level. I can't claim that it cures depression or panic attacks. It's just a tool. But if you use it properly, you can get these desired effects, and my patients walk out of here differently."

Perez-Martinez says that sound affects the central nervous system, putting us into either a rest-and-relax state (activating the parasympathetic nervous system) or fight-or-flight state (activating the sympathetic nervous system).

One major player in this process is the parasympathetic vagus nerve running from the cranium through the trunk, which controls the lungs, heart and digestive tract and also modulates stress response, emotions and mood. "Sound is directly involved in the regulation of all of our viscera, mainly—though not exclusively—through the vagus nerve. Certain sounds stimulate certain emotions."

In addition to all these physical effects, Perez-Martinez maintains that sound is organizational and has design properties. "All matter is formed into the shape it assumes by the underlying vibratory field that it has," he says. As evidence, he points to the science of cymatics, the study of sound wave phenomena pioneered by Swiss medical doctor Hans Jenny, who observed that tones and sounds create intricate geometric patterns in sand, powder and other media (see box, right).

He says that when people come to him panicky, restless and fearful, with a racing pulse and rapid breathing, sound therapy is one of the only things that works. "For those patients, I could give them a pill that would calm them down. But then it would knock them out. So when I get a patient like that, I lie them down and cover their eyes from the light, and then I play very low tones. Usually they walk out of here like they're walking in the clouds."

    More than just sound
David Gibson, a leading scholar and researcher in the field of sound healing and the founder and director of the Globe Institute in San Francisco, says that one of the most important aspects is to introduce stable, consistent frequencies to the body, as opposed to the chaotic vibrations created by negative emotions, such as fear and anxiety, anger and stress.

"If you look at a waveform of vocalizations made under stress, it looks very chaotic," he says. "Fortunately, there's a basic law of physics that says strong coherent vibrational signals will overcome a weaker vibration and then entrain the weaker into the stronger. So what we're doing with sound healing, mostly, is changing the chaotic vibrations and overcoming them by introducing coherent, stable vibrations, which are mostly produced by such things as crystal bowls, tuning forks or Tibetan bowls."

Gibson says it's not just the frequency of the tone that needs to be considered, but rather a "hierarchy of vibration" that is far more complex. Other things to consider are the timbre of the tone, intensity, pitch and harmonic structures. Timbre, for example, is the character or quality of a sound. "When I'm talking about the frequency of anger, I'm not really just talking about frequency. I'm talking about the timbre, the tonality of it, that's chaotic."

As simple tones progress to music, there are chordal relationships between two tones and their timbres, as well as rhythms and melodies over time, and thus a whole tapestry of tonal characteristics in musical intervals, which creates varying emotional effects. The last, most subtle effect, he says, is the energy of intention with which the tone is created.
Without a doubt, sound healing is an incredibly diverse and nuanced field with many promising applications for improving health and wellbeing. And yet, so far science has barely scratched the surface in terms of understanding how sound affects the body.

Sharry Edwards, M.Ed., director of Sound Health Research Institute, Inc., in Albany, Ohio, has developed a method of conducting spectral analysis of the human voice. Spectral analysis is the electronic analysis of related frequencies, which there are many of in every human voice, as well as various qualitative timbres that make each human voice unique.

Spectral analysis uses mathematical equations to break down and precisely describe voice patterns into a mathematical language that can be "read,"and Edwards claims that such an analysis can reveal abnormal or missing vibrations in the body indicating disease, which can be normalized by the presentation of the missing sound frequencies. Her work suggests just how subtle a vibratory dance is going on within the human body.

Edwards has found that different people respond differently to the same sounds. "I have yet to discover a universal sound that is beneficial to everyone," she says. "Not only that, people respond differently to sounds depending on their geographical location." She also claims that these fundamental vibrational relationships dictate such things as the behaviors guiding complex chemical interactions in the body.

Mainstream medical science has a long way to go to catch up to all the possibilities that sound healing offers. But slowly, more and more doctors are coming around. As Perez-Martinez puts it, sound vibrations have worked where other medicine has failed. "Sound turned my medical practice into a healing practice."

Where sound and human cells meet
Living cells have been proven to interact not just on a chemical basis, but to also actively generate, emit and be affected by a wide range of electromagnetic signals.1 Cells communicate over a broad spectral range, from low-frequency radio waves up into the visible light segment of the electromagnetic spectrum, and there are many theories as to how cells actually go about this electromagnetic communication.2

Up until recently, it was never thought possible that sound waves and electromagnetic waves could interact, because they are very different in nature. Nor had it been considered possible that sound could impact cellular function and communication.

Sound is a so-called 'mechanical wave,' conducted through some sort of tangible medium like air or water. Electromagnetic waves, on the other hand, are a form of energy transmitted as oscillating electric and magnetic fields, and they do not need any sort of medium to carry them. This is why, for example, electromagnetic waves can travel through the vacuum of outer space, but sound waves cannot.

However, researchers at the Ohio State University recently demonstrated for the first time that sound waves actually do interact with external magnetic fields.3

And perhaps, from a purely mechanical perspective, it makes perfect sense that sound frequencies affect cellular structures. Water accounts for more than 70 percent of total cell mass. As early as 1680, English natural philosopher and architect Robert Hooke was demonstrating the effects of sound on various materials.

Hans Jenny, a Swiss medical doctor, built upon this research, dubbing the study of visible sound and vibration 'cymatics.' Alexander Lauterwasser, a German researcher and photographer, has applied Jenny's work to water, demonstrating the various patterns and wave forms it takes on when sound is introduced.

    Tuneful healings
L.L., a 57-year-old woman from Phoenix, Arizona, suffered from brain fog, fatigue, migraines, chronic vertigo and chronic pain, with symptoms lasting for over two years. "I thought I was dying," she says. "I went to every doctor under the sun including naturopaths. I had blood work done, MRIs, allergy tests. I have a folder full of appointments."

A qualified yoga instructor and professional pilot, she ended up diagnosed with fibromyalgia, vestibular migraines and aerotoxic poisoning from airplane fuel. She couldn't walk, drive, read or even watch television.

"I knew that something was out of harmony in my body. It just came to me one night that vibration is everything." She began to research sound and vibrational healing and quickly started doing work with chanting. That same week she found a gong therapist right next door. "Friends helped me to walk over there, and that was it. When I heard the gong, I just knew intuitively that it was going to heal me."

It took a couple of weeks of working with the gongs, playing them for hours every day, before she noticed her daily migraines weren't occurring as often. "I still couldn't walk well," she says. "I sat on a chair and played gongs every day for two years."

Today she is completely out of pain, has no vertigo and only rarely has a migraine. Her balance continues to get better every day. She plays gongs for classes, workshops, and events all over the US and Europe and is building her own Sound Sanctuary in Scottsdale, Arizona.

"Sophie" is a 26-year-old woman from New York City who suffers from anxiety and depression. A patient of Dr David Perez-Martinez, she says that when he initially introduced her to the idea of using sound to help with her symptoms that it seemed pretty "out there." But she thought, "Why not give it a try?"

She says she has found the sound sessions to be consistently positive. "I have never had a session where I left feeling anything less than freed," she says.

"He calls it 'tuning up.' Personally, I feel it is a returning to a primal equilibrium, like deleting your browser history or restoring your computer to an earlier setting. Our brain can return, through sound healing, to a state akin to how it functioned before mental illness
    took hold."

She says sound healing plus her meditation practice have empowered her to manage her mental and emotional fluctuations. "Although it is not a once-and-done solution, I credit sound healing and meditation for my steadily improving mental health."

    SOUND HEALING THERAPIES
There are literally dozens of different kinds of sound healing therapies currently in use. Here is a list of the most common available today.

    Music therapy
Music can help reduce pain, improve sleep, offer relaxation and stress relief, as well as positively affect productivity and accelerate learning. Remember the Mozart effect? Classical music in particular has been shown to reduce heart rate variability and decrease stress hormone levels and blood pressure.1

    Vibroacoustic therapy
This type of sound therapy involves delivering vibrational frequencies through speakers directly to the body. It is used to reduce pain and increase relaxation, among other effects.2

    Neurologic music therapy (NMT)
NMT focuses specifically on the physical effects of music and rhythm on the brain's signaling pathways. NMT is used by people suffering from a wide variety of neurologic disorders including autism, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, Down syndrome and sensory integration disorder.

    BioAcoustics
The study of sound vibrations emitted by living organisms, bioacoustics as taught by Sharry Edwards, M.Ed., mainly focuses on the sounds of the human voice. She claims that voice analysis can reveal abnormal or missing vibrations indicative of disease in the human structure, which can be normalized by the presentation of the missing sound frequencies.

Singing bowl / crystal bowl therapy
This method dates back to twelfth-century Tibet or earlier and has been used to augment meditation and rituals. Studies show it is an effective intervention for reducing tension, anxiety and depression. It also has been shown to increase spiritual and emotional wellbeing.3

    HydroAcoustic Therapy
Music and/or tones are emitted through speakers into a deep tub of soothing water where the patient can recline, submersed up to the chin, absorbing the acoustic waves conducted by the water.

    Acutonics
This modality combines the use of tuning forks with Oriental medicine. Tuning forks are placed on acupuncture points, supposedly activating the meridians to induce a healing and balancing response in the body. It's said to be an excellent approach for patients who are afraid of needles or too frail to tolerate them.

    Gong therapy
Metal gongs of various sizes have been used in sound meditation and vibrational therapy for calming, energizing and transformation since the Bronze Age.

    Binaural beats and brainwave entrainment
Binaural beats are created when tones of different frequencies are sent to each of the two ears. The theory is that the brain then 'entrains,' or produces brainwaves, at a third frequency—the difference between the first two—which matches one of the natural brainwave frequencies associated with different behavioral states. It's claimed that this process can induce relaxation, sleep and enhanced focus. Studies have shown that entrainment is effective for improving sleep quality and reducing pain perception.4

Neurophone therapy is another type of brainwave entrainment. The device encodes sound and converts it into ultrasonic signals at 40,000 cps (40 kHz) that are said to open up brain pathways, apparently balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain and increasing wellbeing.

    Vocal sound healing
Chanting, toning and singing have been used to induce relaxation and regulate mood for thousands of years. Chanting and toning vibrate different areas of the body, and the vibrations can be directed through intention.

    Humming therapy
You don't even have to be able to carry a tune to hum. According to Jonathan Goldman, founder and director of the Sound Healers Association and author of the book The Humming Effect, humming is the simplest way to create the inner vibrations that can lead to calmness and wellbeing in the body.

    Tuning fork therapy
This therapy uses calibrated metal tuning forks applied to different parts of the body to help release stress, increase energy and promote wellbeing. Tuning forks are often used on trigger points, with the aim to reduce pain and affect healing responses.

It is the Neter, Hathor (primordial womb) that sparks the Sine Wave into the breath of life through Sound! Here are some assists said to produce coherence? They may help us supply new information and new frequencies we may use for our benefit in these stressful times?

Heart Brain COHERENCE || Gregg Braden

Quote This meditation is a powerful technique that will allow you to shift from stressed-out to instant inner peace and calm. The technique cultivates heart-brain coherence — what athletes call being in “the zone” — and is appropriately called the Quick Coherence® Technique and has been refined into two simple steps that you can do right now — wherever you are.

Independently, each of the following steps sends a signal to your body that a specific shift to peace and calm has been put into motion. Combined, the steps create an experience that takes us back to a natural inner harmony that existed in our bodies earlier in life, before we began to separate our heart-brain network through our conditioning.

    Steps for Quick Coherence®
Step 1: Heart Focus & Steady Breath
Heart Focus. Shift your focus into the area of your heart, and begin to breathe a little more slowly than usual, as if your breath is coming from your heart.

This step is a powerful technique unto itself and can be used when you’re feeling overwhelmed by the day’s events or when you simply desire to be more connected with yourself.

As you slow your breathing, you are sending a signal to your body in general, and your heart specifically, that you are in a place that is safe and it’s okay to turn your attention inward.

Step 2: Activate a Positive Feeling
Activate a Positive Feeling. Make a sincere attempt to experience a regenerative feeling such as appreciation or care for someone or something in your life. The easiest way to do this is to think of a beautiful place you have been or to think of a very close friend or loved one.

The key in this step is to first create the feeling, to the best of your ability, and then to embrace the feeling, again to the best of your ability.

Your ability to sustain the feeling is what maintains the optimal conversation between your heart and your brain.

As with any skill, you’ll find, I think, that the more you practice creating coherence between your heart and your brain, the easier it becomes to do so and find that inner balance. And the more you consciously practice this 2-step meditation, the more natural the experience of achieving coherence begins to feel to you.

With the growing level of ease in achieving heart-brain coherence, you’ll also discover your ability to sustain the connection between your heart and your brain for longer periods of time.

Finding inner peace and balance will be something you can begin to cultivate at will, allowing you to be more resilient when conditions in your life become more challenging and stressful. You can practice this technique anywhere and any time.

Quote The Song of the Stars
    Anonymous, (1100 - 2010)
    Original Text:
The Penguin Treasury of Popular Canadian Poems and Songs. Edited by John Robert Colombo. Toronto, ON: Penguin, 2002: 13.
    1We are the stars which sing;
    2We sing with our light;
    3We are the birds of fire;
    4We fly over the sky.
    5Our light is a voice;
6We make a road for spirits,
7For the spirits to pass over.
    8Among us are three hunters
    9Who chase a bear;
    10There never was a time
    11When they were not hunting.
12We look down on the mountains.
13This is the Song of the Stars.
    Notes
    1]
This lyric was collected by the journalist and linguist Charles G. Leland from the Passamaquoddy on Campobello Island, New Brunswick, in 1882. He translated it into English from Algonkian.
    music by Mirabai Ceiba

Because of Ani mentioning the Song of Stars and finding Mirabai Ceiba, I found a song sung from Rumi's poetry

    Quote A Hundred Blessings

When Love comes suddenly and taps
on your window, run and let it in, but first
shut the door of your reason,
even the smallest hint chases love away
like smoke that drowns the freshness
    of the morning breeze.

To reason, Love can only say
the way is barred, you can't pass through,
but to the lover it offers a hundred blessings.
Before the mind decides to take a step,
Love has reached the seventh heaven.
Love has climbed the Holy Mountain.

I must stop this talk now and let
Love speak from its nest of silence.

It is highly recommended that we sing sacred chants which will benefit us and all beings. Sacred chants come in many forms. Here are some of my favorites... what are yours?

I love Lisa Thiel and like to sing her songs. Ani Williams contributes to this great CD "Songs for My Ancestors"! This is a CD which has very uplifting and sing able songs that will definitely change your day! To buy the CD is now over $40.00. It is definitely a classic but thanks to the blessings of a youtube playlist, here the songs be!

Quote Thou art the joy of the joyous things,
Thou art the light of the ray of the Sun,
Thou art the door that is open to welcome,
Thou art the surpassing star of guidance

Thou art the step of the deer on the hill,
Thou are the stride of the steed on the plain.
Thou art the grace of the swan in swimming,
Thou are the beauty of the hawk on the wing.
The music in this song is my very very very favorite and humming it brings me a feeling of something ineffable that is not necessarily sad but a longing state...tears of knowing something missing. How it is that certain music reaches into our marrow? According to Sharry Edwards, music like this is actually feeding us frequency that we need.

    Ah-uh nayah oh-wa oh-wa
    Shon-day oh-wa oh-wa
    Shon-day Can-non non noha
    Ah-uh nayah oh-wa oh-wa
    Shon-day oh-wa oh-wa
    Shon-day Yeha-noha
    Ah-uh Nayay tor-shna Nena-Nay-Yayah
    Nena-nay-yay Yeha-Noha
    Ah-uh Nayay tor-shna Nena-Nay-Yayah
    Yeha-Noha
    Nee-yoh-wah Nee-Yoh
    Nee-yoh-wah Nee-Yoh
    Ah-uh Nayah oh-wa oh-wa
    Shon-day oh-wa oh-wa
    Shon-day can-non non noha
    Ah-uh Nayah…

and finally here is another gift. I don't know if these are authentic but I have loved listening over and over to the sounds (on cassette ). Resurrected and played again because of youtube. I think this album is Beautiful and I don't worry about the words... just make sounds as close as possible.

    Then he was told:

    because everything forgotten
    returns to the circling winds.

    Default Re: Resonant Frequency Breakthrough

Hulda Clark was doing something related to that in the 70's by sending low voltage DC current at specific frequencies. She mapped the resonant frequencies of viruses and bacteria and they would literally explode under the effect of the applied resonant frequency. Same effect as when you see someone shattering a wine glass by singing the note/resonant frequency of the glass. The molecules get excited and vibrate beyond their normal pattern which then breaks the bond they normally have together.

The use of resonant frequencies is wide ranging.

I use a 15Hz Hulda Clark "Zapper", sending it thru a mobius coil wrapped around a huge amethyst crystal point. Radionics at work....
The 15Hz frequency combined with the amethyst vibration is spread out by the scalar waves created from the coil and makes my place feel like in the middle of a forest with high negative ion content..
Stabilizes by brainwave activity, feels like a warm blanket on my soul..!

I could not agree more. Since dropping out of the Baha’i community I miss the chanting the most. (Im still connected to the Bahais who have passed onto the next world, many were close and beloved friends)
Here is my favorite. I was there in the audience when this was recorded, at the Jason Javits Center in New York, in 1992, Baha’i Congress. Still brings tears to my eyes. May this message of unity reach all who see this post.

According to Sharry Edwards, music like this is actually feeding us frequency that we

and finally here is another gift. I don't know if these are authentic but I have loved listening over and over to the sounds (on cassette ). Resurrected and played again because of youtube. I think this album is Beautiful and I don't worry about the words... just make sounds as close as possible.

    This is for Ulli:

    Only Breath

Not Christian or Jew or Muslim, not Hindu
    Buddhist, sufi, or zen.
Not any religion or cultural system.
I am not from the East or the West,
not out of the ocean or up from the ground,
    not natural or ethereal,
not composed of elements at all.
    I do not exist,
am not an entity in this world or in the next,
did not descend from Adam and Eve or any origin story.
    My place is placeless,
    a trace of the traceless.
    Neither body or soul.
    I belong to the beloved,
have seen the two worlds as one and that one call to and know,
    first, last, outer, inner,
only that breath breathing human being.
    Rumi

The Duduk sounds like Rumi to me, simultaneously deep and tempered by the grief of living but knowing the truth and lifting into joy. Usually at least two Duduk are played. One holds a drone while the other creates a melody

Quote Grief, Magic and Bliss: The Duduk as a Deeply Impressive World Music Instrument

The typical sound of the Duduk is often described as contemplative and melancholic. The Armenian double-reed woodwind instrument again and again enchants people with its smooth sounds. Actually the repertoire of sad songs for the Duduk is by far larger than that of hilarious or dancing tunes. But what does sad mean? Which feelings and temper can be expressed with the Duduk? And when does the Duduk sound bright and jovial?

"The Duduk is the only instrument that makes me cry", said Aram Khachaturian, the Armenian composer. In fact, it is an extraordinary sensibility that speaks from the sounds or the Duduk. In contrast to other forms of oboe instruments, such like Zurna or Shehnai, it seems benignity flows out of the Duduk: subtle, feathery, gauzy and sometimes fragile sounds characterize the instrument. That's the reason why in Armenia the Duduk is more often played on occasions like funkerals that require a gentle, empathetic sound, rather than weddings, birthdays or baptism. The music of two Duduks that is played at funerals is highly regarded in Armenia: One Duduk plays the constant drone. And the other Duduk plays the melody, adorned with melisma, vibrati and slides.

However, it is said about the Duduk that it is able to express sadness and joy simultaneously. At least a pair of Duduks is set up in nearly every folk ensemble in Armenia. In combination with, for example, with Dhol, Kanun and Kamancheh, the Duduk looses its melancholy and gains lightness. The ensembles play at public events and concerts and often serve as the musical setting for Armenian dance groups. In this context, the Gurdjieff Ensemble is definitely worth listening to:

    Quote Posted by Olam (here)
Hulda Clark was doing something related to that in the 70's by sending low voltage DC current at specific frequencies.

    That sounds so exquisite...
Could you share more about how you set that up?
    Could you take a picture?

    I just adore Bruce Lipton

Conversation with Dr. Bruce lipton about sound healing

I think "Ra Ma Da Sa, Sa Say So Hung" is a powerful mantra and so sharing. Also called the Universal Healing Mantra and also Shushmana Mantra.

Quote Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung: The Ultimate Healing Tool

Ra Ma Da Sa, Sa Say So Hung is the mantra for the sacred healing meditation first taught in the Summer of 1973. This healing meditation is used to pray for healing energy for our friends, family, and ourselves. It was also practiced at every White Tantric Yoga® Course for the Mahan Tantric, Yogi Bhajan.

"For healing at a distance, this is the mantra. It cuts across time and space so you can send healing energy to someone thousands of miles away as easily as you can send it to someone across the room."
    -Shakti Parwha Kaur

Kundalini Yoga practitioners have been using this meditation for the last four and a half decades. Try it when you want to send healing energy to a loved one or need healing yourself.

Practicing the mudra and the mantra properly will optimize the energy flow and will make this meditation all the more potent.

Posture: Sit in Easy Pose (sitting on the floor, with legs crossed) or in a chair with feet planted firmly on the ground, with the spine straight, and a light Neck Lock applied (chin pulled back slightly).

Mudra: The mudra (hand position) is most important. The elbows are bent down by the sides, and are tucked comfortably but firmly against the ribs. The forearms are almost perpendicular to the floor, with the hands extended out at a 45 degree angle from the center of the body. Most importantly, the palms are perfectly flat, facing up, hands bent back at the wrists. You should feel a pull in the lowest part of your forearm as you almost hyper-extend your wrist to make the palms flat. (This tends to be the most challenging part of the meditation so it is important not to let the hands relax out of the position.) The fingers are kept side by side, except that the thumb is spread from the other four fingers.

    Eyes: Eyes are closed.

Mantra: This mantra consists of 8 basic sounds:

Ra Ma Da Sa, Sa Say So Hung

    Translation:

    Ra - Sun

    Ma - Moon

    Daa - Earth

    Saa - Impersonal Infinity

Saa Say - Totality of Infinity

So - Personal sense of merger and identity

Hung - The infinite, vibrating and real.

This mantra taps into the energies of the sun, moon, earth, and the Infinite Spirit to bring deep healing. It is important to pull the navel point powerfully on the first Sa and on Hung. Note that the word Hung is not long and drawn out. Rather, it is clipped off forcefully as you pull in the navel. Chant one complete cycle of the entire mantra with each breath. Then deeply inhale and repeat. Remember to move the mouth precisely with each sound. Try to feel the resonance in the mouth and in the sinus area.

Mental Focus: You can choose to mentally visualize the person or persons that you are wanting to heal, as you send this energy to them for their well-being.

Time: Continue chanting for 11 to 31 minutes.

To End: To end the meditation, inhale deeply and hold the breath, as you offer a healing prayer. Visualize the person you wish to heal as being totally healthy, radiant, and strong. See the person completely engulfed in a healing white light and completely healed. Then exhale and inhale deeply again, hold the breath, and offer the same prayer again. Exhale.

To complete, inhale deeply, stretch your arms up high, and vigorously shake out your hands and fingers for several seconds. Keep the arms up and hands shaking as you exhale. Repeat two more times and relax.

Quote Healing for our World: Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung
    By Gurudev Kaur/Elizabeth Carovillano

With all that is happening in the tragic displays of fear and pain in our communities, I have felt so compelled to meditate and chant Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung. Chanting settles my heart and mind while invoking the pure power to heal and bless. We are all powerful healers and have the potential, through our intentions and prayers, to spread healing and light where it is needed most.

I find myself mentally chanting this throughout the day or whispering it as I go about my work. It is so soothing and pure. May our collective vision of light and love bring healing to the the darkness and pain.

Ra Ma Da Sa Healing Meditation
Posture: Sit in easy pose with your legs crossed and spine straight, or sit in a chair with feet flat on the floor.

Mudra: Bend the arms and bring the elbows against the side of the rib cage. The palms of the hands face the sky. The elbows are snug at your sides with the forearms in close to your upper arms. The hands are at a 45 degree angle, halfway between pointing forward and pointing to the sides.

Focus: Eyes are closed and focused at the third-eye point.

Mantra: Ra Ma Da Sa, Sa Say So Hung. The mantra should be sung in one complete exhalation. As you chant the first Sa, your navel point is pulled in so that this syllable is abbreviated. You should also pull your navel point in as you chant Hung. Hung should be vibrated at the root of the nose. The rest of the syllables are drawn out in a strong, powerful chant. Strive to keep your chant at full volume (loud but not raucous) throughout the meditation.

    Meaning:

    Ra = sun energy

    Ma = moon energy

    Da = earth energy

    Sa = infinity, universal energy

    Sa (repeated)

Say = the personal embodiment of Sa

So = the personal sense of merger with Sa

Hung = the Infinite, vibrating and real

This mantra literally means: “I am Thou." It can also mean, "the service of God is within me.“

    Time: 11 minutes.

End: Inhale deeply, hold your breath and visualize the person you want to send healing to (it can be yourself). Make that image in your mind very clear and see a glowing green light around the person. Keeping that person in your mind, exhale. Inhale deeply, hold your breath and continue to send the person healing green light. Still keeping that vision in your mind, exhale. For the last time, inhale deeply, hold your breath and see the person very clearly, see the green healing light bathing the person, bathing every cell in the body.

    Exhale and relax.
Quote The eight sounds stimulate the Kundalini to flow in the central channel of the spine and in the spiritual centers. This sound balances the five zones of the left and right hemispheres of the brain to activate the neutral mind.

The vibrations from the eight sounds of Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung balance the unhealthy flow of energies, to bring that healing effect within us and around us.
