The Evil Dictator Benevolent Despot Political Party
    (e.d. - b.d. - p.p.)
“Because you can’t handle the truth!”

[] Our candidates campaign on the platform of levelness and sturdy foundation.
[] We support severe punishment for all evil doers inside government.
[] Capital punishment should be reserved for public servants, life imprisonment for private people.
[] Lying by any public official, officer or legislator is a capital offense.
[] Accepting a bribe is a capital offense.
[] Beggars can't be choosers. Any recipient of public monies, salaries, funds, etc, cannot vote in elections for no less than 2 years past the date of last disbursement.
[] All taxes are limited to privileges, and the surrender of rights in exchange for privileges must be clearly identified and agreed to by the obligated party.
[] Those who give consent to be governed shall be so informed, without ambiguity.
[] Usury, being mathematically unsustainable in a finite money token system and a scam to rob, contracts for usury are hereby not eligible for enforcement in any court of law in the united States of America.
[] Government's job #1 is to secure rights endowed by one's Creator. Government’s job #2 is to govern those who consent, knowingly, willingly, and intentionally. Anything more is suspect, anything less is unacceptable.

I can see that most people do not grasp the distinction between what government is supposed to protect (endowed rights) and what government grants (civil rights aka privileges).

    Here's a short test

    RIGHT, RIGHT?

[A] Which (natural) right is endowed?
[B] Which privilege (civil right) is government granted?

    1. To marry, joining property to endow the next generation
    2. To life and all harmless actions in support thereof
    3. To education at public expense
    4. To absolutely own oneself, labor and that which one traded for
    5. To exclude others from one’s private property
    6. To exercise a revenue taxable privilege
    7. To privacy
    8. To reside without a domicile nor means of support
    9. To trespass or injure another in accordance with the law
    10. To travel upon public roads and waterways
    11. To wander without a permanent home, existing on charity
    12. To engage in business on another’s property
    13. To defend one’s person, liberty and property
    14. To be supported at public expense
    15. To absolutely own land, houses, and chattels
    16. To wage war upon enemies, foreign or domestic
    17. To vote and hold public office
    18. To engage in an occupation with government permission

Are you sure about #11 being a granted privilege?
Who says I have to stay put and can't be assisted by others?

I should have narrowed it to "PUBLIC CHARITY" - but even recipients of private charity could be vagrants, a status crime.

    EXCEPTED CLASSES

"The better to secure and perpetuate mutual friendship and intercourse among the people of the different states in this union, the FREE INHABITANTS of each of these states, PAUPERS, VAGABONDS and fugitives from Justice EXCEPTED, shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of free citizens in the several states; ...."
[Article IV of the Articles of Confederation (1777)]

"STATUS CRIME - A class of crime which consists not in proscribed action or inaction, but in the accused's having a certain personal condition or being a person of a specified character. An example of a status crime is vagrancy. Status crimes are constitutionally suspect."
    - - - Black's Law Dictionary, 6th ed., p.1410

" VAGRANT - At common law, wandering or going about from place to place by idle person who has no lawful or visible means of support and who subsisted on CHARITY and did not work, though able to do so.... One who is apt to become a public charge through his own laziness."
    - - - Black's Law Dictionary, 6th ed., p. 1549

VAGABOND. A vagrant or homeless wanderer without means of honest livelihood. Neering v. Illinois Cent. R. Co., 383 111. 366, 50 N.E.2d 497, 502. One who wanders from place to place, having no fixed dwelling, or, if he has one, not abiding in it; a wanderer, especially such a person who is lazy and generally worthless and without means of honest livelihood. See also Vagrant.
    - - - Black's Law Dictionary, 6th ed., p. 1549

Vagabundum nuncupamus eum qui nullibi domicilium contraxit habitationis. We call him a "vagabond" who has acquired nowhere a domicile of residence.
    - - - Black's Law Dictionary, 6th ed., p. 1549

ROGUE. An idle and disorderly person; a trickster; a wandering beggar; a vagrant or vagabond; a scoundrel. 4 Bl.Comm. 169.
    - - - Black's Law Dictionary, 6th ed., p. 1329
    = = = =
Coincidentally, to be eligible for public charity (entitlements) one must be signed up with FICA.

And most, if not all states redefine "RESIDENT" to be synonymous with VAGABOND.
Furthermore, only "residents" can apply for permissions (licenses) that non-resident inhabitants do not need.

In short, most Americans have volunteered into the excepted classes of vagabonds and paupers at law.

It was no coincidence that after Social Security was passed, FDR abolished the requirement for the PAUPER'S OATH as a prerequisite for public charity.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pauper%27s_oath

One pauper's oath used when establishing indigent status under United States Federal law is as follows:
“. . . I do solemnly swear that I have not any property, real or personal, exceeding $20, except such as is by law exempt from being taken on civil process for debt; and that I have no property in any way conveyed or concealed, or in any way disposed of, for my future use or benefit. So help me God."

I apologize for "punking" folks about the "political party."

As an advocate for the republican form of government, the one in which ALL MEN are created equal (before the law) and have CREATOR ENDOWED rights that governments were instituted to secure - not tax, regulate, nor trespass - except in pursuit of justice on behalf of an injured party - or - by consent of the governed...
    [pause, catch breath]
Means that absent consent, all that American governments are delegated power to do is adjudicate civil disputes, prosecute criminals, and defend against all enemies, foreign or domestic.
And nothing more, unless by explicit consent of the governed.
You DO know how and when you consented, right?
    . . .
Of course, the world's greatest propaganda ministry has effectively eradicated any knowledge of the republican form from the 325+ million Americans. Most think we're a "constitutional republic" or other misleading term.
    . . .
The KEY issue is "endowed rights" such as the right to life, natural and personal liberty, absolute ownership of private property, and so on.
As anyone can plainly see, no one apparently has such endowed rights.

    How do we know this?
If you're a U.S. citizen, at birth, with mandatory civic duties (jury duty, militia duty, etc) and the obligation to pay taxes, it is patently obvious that government can compel you to serve in the military ('the draft'), where you must train, fight, and die on command, thus establishing that no citizen has any "right to life nor liberty."

This raises a valid question - how can any American government instituted to secure CREATOR ENDOWED RIGHTS impose citizenship at birth upon an infant that cannot consent... abrogating the very rights governments were instituted to secure ?!!!!
Isn't that INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE banned by the 13th amendment?

[short answer : the 14th amendment does not apply in the united States of America, or "their" territories. It only applies to the "United States" (federal jurisdiction). And as we all know from reading our history books - that citizenship was specially created for the former privately owned chattels. Hmmm, does this mean that the gubmint "took dominion" over the former slaves? Ask a judge or district attorney to explain that to you.]

The fact that the republican form is for the benefit of all people, whereas the servant government operates under the democratic form (indirect), governing its own people and institution, has been forgotten by most Americans.

A clever subterfuge was instituted via the 14th amendment, and most Americans were misled to believe that they were “born within the jurisdiction of the United States” and thus citizens at birth. But infants cannot consent, thus all civic duties become involuntary servitude, a violation of the founding law as well as the 13th amendment.

Of course, careful reading of the 13th amendment shows it is in reference to the States united, and “their” territories (plural), whereas the 14th amendment refers to the United States government as separate from the States. Apparently, the republican form of government is not promised to those in FEDERAL TERRITORIES or POSSESSIONS. Ergo, federal citizens have no endowment of rights, liberties, nor powers.

This is unethical, immoral and a violation of the letter and spirit of the Declaration of Independence, but as long as you consent, no harm - no foul.

YOU DO KNOW HOW AND WHEN YOU CONSENTED, RIGHT?

What makes one a subject citizen, bereft of endowed rights, by consent ?
    Asserting you are their citizen.
    What does a citizen do?
Participates in the government, by voting, sitting on juries, serving in public office. Supports government by paying taxes and performing militia duty.
One must REGISTER to vote, to be called for duty, to be elected, etc.
On any government form related to a political liberty or other privilege, they will ask you to check off [] CITIZEN. That’s your consent, and its always SIGNED, as proof.

    D'Oh...
