"The Bad War" - World War II book banned on Amazon (Update Post 32: More books banned)

In the last five weeks that this thread has been up, about half of all hits (2575 out of 5471) to the AvalonLibrary.net have been for this one book, Mike King - The Bad War - The Truth Never Told About World War 2 - Version 2.pdf (49 MBytes, 261 pages), as posted in the opening post of this thread.

Author of The BadWar MS King, challenged anyone to refute any of the books content offering a financial reward if they were successful. I have read version one and retain it for reference, this 2nd version will be most welcome. Pity his books are not available hard copy in the Uk.
I recommend highly his Mad British Dog book ( banned ) which actually added to my knowledge after reading David Irving’s fascinating Churchill’ War vol 1 & 2. ( banned available on Irving’s site )
May I also recommend The Myth of German Villiany ( banned of course ) it’s there on Google search as a free PDF. This book is in a similar vein to The Bad War and is valuably additive.
