I have found the subject of Earthing otherwise known as grounding to be intriguing. During my research I came across the following video.

The book Earthing was an incredible read. It documents so many miraculous cures from being grounded.

I haven't done it for healing ailments but I've picked weeds in the garden barefoot for a few hours and it did have a calming effect. Just as the Native Americans have known for thousands of years

I have this book and can absolutely testify that grounding has helped my mental health and physical health.. had a lot of mental stress turning into physical pain that was triggered by the stress.. ive been grounding atleast once a week.. wish more people had the discipline to do so.

healing and also if you're too blissed out it helps to spread the energy into the earth/ground so your body doesn't get fryed from too much energy, plus you're collecting energy for the galactic core
