The first two are from a blatantly anti-Russian propagandist channel ('Inside Russia'), that can safely be ignored. The third ('Svetlana from Russia') is reliable and worth following.

Many Avalon members might be forgiven for wondering if you are a troll. You regularly post accurate, valuable reports about Israel vs Palestine, as a result of which viewers believe you're most rational and reasonable in your views. Then on other topics you frequently present a largely mainstream narrative — not just occasionally, but over and over again.

You're either not very bright, or you're very clever indeed. I'm not yet sure which.

    Text:
"It was clear. Dictator Putin wins fictitious elections in Russia": Bild has passed its harsh verdict on the will of the Russians.

Elena Panina, Director of the Institute for International Strategic Studies:

The West is preparing non-recognition of the results of the presidential elections in Russia by Western countries and its supranational structures. After that, the entire government in Russia will be declared "illegitimate" by them.

One of the consequences of this will be the curtailment of any negotiation platforms with the participation of Moscow: both in Ukraine and on global security issues.

Another, also quite real consequence will be the appointment by the "legitimate Russian government" of a group of escaped national traitors: the "government of the Russian Federation in exile" created from them will have, in particular, to give the go-ahead for the looting of frozen Russian assets.

By not recognizing Putin's victory and taking the final course for Russia's surrender, the West will burn the last bridges with its own hands, leaving the only way for the conflict to develop — towards a big war.

For the West, this is already a all-in game — an exorbitant bet is about to be made by them.

For Russia, this means one thing — a war in full force until our complete Victory.

    Text:
    Maria Zakharova, 17 March

The German Foreign Ministry cannot reconcile itself to the national unity of the people of our country these days.

And that is why he writes on social networks that elections in Russia "are not free and fair." We knew that these words would be spinning like a broken record back in February, so we didn't surprise anyone here – they work strictly according to the manuals.

Still, I would like to answer the German Foreign Ministry with a question. And how "fair" is it to elect the same leader four times in a row? In the history of Russia, presidents have never been elected like this.

But in the history of Germany, the "leader of the nation" was elected according to this scheme. And we are not talking about some dark past of the National Socialist dictatorship or the collective head of state of East Germany.

From the recent chronicle of Germany's political history: Angela Merkel and her CDU/CSU bloc have been at the helm of the country for 4 consecutive terms. Shortly before that, the Germans had also chosen Helmut Kohl. The Germans themselves also questioned whether such authoritarian personalism corresponded to the German understanding of democracy. And nothing. When Merkel was re-elected in 2017, her party declared: "The goal has been achieved."

For some reason, no one was talking about any lack of freedom and injustice. Yes, the goal was achieved, but by what methods? On March 14, 2018, she became chancellor for the fourth time in a row.

Maybe the chain of oddities is over with Scholz? But no.
The current head of the German government was not able to become chancellor as a result of the direct expression of the will of the people. The head of the SPD, Olaf Scholz, led the country only by distributing ministerial posts to rival parties and factions, after heavy concessions, forming a motley and unstable "traffic light coalition" of three parties. Fairly? In the case of political intriguers like Baerbock, yes, but in the case of the people, no. Maybe it's just fairness in German.

Let the Venice Commission assess how free this configuration is in political decisions. Classical justice has long been out of the question.

The only thing I can agree with in the comment of the German Foreign Ministry is that there is nothing surprising in the results of the voting of the Russians. That's right. Especially after NATO barks at our country several times a day, threatens it, lights fires of conflicts along the perimeter of our borders and in the world as a whole, collects money and weapons to inflict a "strategic defeat" on Russia.

It's not surprising that The whole country united and fought back!

The article goes into a whole bag of dirty tricks, like social media viral instructions to falsify/spoil ballots/votes, coordinated diplomatic fearporn against traveling to Russia during elections, and the classic organized "anti-Putin" protests

The report also predicted a MIDDAY PROTEST at 12pm noon on the 17th, where a flash-mob would create an artificial panic at polling stations, where media could snap great headline pictures. Later confirmed

I think a disturbing aspect of this disruption operation were the acts of sabotage by people whe seem to have been targeted and blackmailed by NATO/Ukrainian psyops

Quote TRANSLATION: According to Shot, 20-year-old Alina N. told the police that she was forced to flood the ballot box with green dye by Ukrainian special services. The girl was extorted for a large amount of money, then promising to return the funds, they sent her a “mission” to complete

Alina who works as a manicurist, went in the afternoon to the polling station on Altufevskoye Highway, located a few minutes from her home. Then was later detained and taken to the police station, where she claimed that she was blackmailed to destroy the ballot box by Ukrainian special services

A criminal case has been filed against her under the article "Damaging Tthe Exercise of Electoral Rights & Work of the Election Commissions." She faces up to 5 years in prison
In spite of such a vast multi-dimensional imperial hybrid war, you gotta really admire the indomitable Russian spirit

I mean, the way they coincided election week with Maslenitsa- an ancient of Lent Festival, a Week of Celebration that literally burns away the Winter and welcomes Spring, with a lots of yummy pancakes

The positive 4d spiritual, cultural, and celebrational messages are kinda awesome

    Thank you, dear West...

Why Putin won the election so resoundingly

Western media and politicians are rushing to try to delegitimize the Russian presidential election. The high voter turnout and the high level of approval for Putin are supposed to be evidence of this. The West itself brought about both.

    from Anti-Spiegel
    March 18, 2024 3:52 p.m

The Russian presidential elections are over and incumbent Putin has won with a record result. Even before the election, Western media and politicians did everything they could to portray the elections as illegitimate. It has been said that these are not real elections, the word "election" is regularly put in quotation marks, there is talk of a "sham election" and Western governments do not openly say that they do not recognize the election, but they do not say either that they recognize them. Instead, they declare that they “take note” of the result and the German government has announced that it will no longer refer to President Putin as president, but only use his name.

Western media writes as a matter of course that there have never been such heavily manipulated elections in Russia. They don't provide any evidence for this, instead they repeat it constantly to hammer it into people's heads. That's how it is, Western propaganda, it emotionalizes its readers with accusations and claims, but lacks evidence for its claims.

As you know, I have lived in Russia for a long time and I was an election observer in the Zaporozhye region. Therefore, I want to explain here what the mood in Russia was before 2022 and how it has changed since then. This shows that it was the West itself that did a lot to unite the people of Russia behind Putin. The high turnout and the high result for Putin were to be expected, although I would have even thought a higher turnout was possible.

    How Russians united behind Putin

Putin has always been very popular in Russia. In the more than 20 years that Putin has ruled Russia, his popularity has never fallen below 60 percent; before the current presidential election, according to surveys , it was around 80 percent.

Before 2022, there was certainly a following, especially among young people, for the radical Russian opposition around Navalny, financed and controlled from the West, especially in the metropolises of Petersburg and Moscow. This following was loud, but not as numerous as one might think. In polls, support for Navalny has never been anywhere near ten percent.

After the military operation began in February 2022, many people in Russia were also somewhat in shock. Many feared that Western sanctions would crush Russia's economy, but after about a month it was clear that the sanctions were having little effect. The ruble was one of the strongest currencies in the world in 2022, inflation in Russia was lower than in Europe for the first time in history, and the Russian economy quickly adapted to the new realities by reorienting itself eastward. Of course there were and are some problems, but they are manageable and far smaller than the problems that the EU now has, for example due to energy prices that have exploded compared to 2021.

In addition, all Russians - regardless of whether they are friendly towards the government or not - see the Ukrainians and the Russians as one people, or at least as brotherly peoples. Therefore, at the beginning of the military operation, many Russians were against Russian intervention in Ukraine because they found it unbearable that Russians and Ukrainians were shooting at each other. Many in Russia therefore describe the events in Ukraine as a civil war.

If the Western “experts” had at least a basic understanding of Russia, they would not have introduced a single sanction, because with the sanctions and the accompanying rhetoric from Western politicians that every Russian should suffer from the consequences of the sanctions, they have the Russians who have to At the beginning, people who opposed Russian intervention in Ukraine rallied behind Putin. Suddenly, almost everyone who used to support Navalny and other radical opposition figures supported by the West understood that Putin was telling the truth all these years when he pointed out that the West was not against Putin, but against Russia - and with it the people of Russia – as a whole.

The West is concerned with weakening Russia as long as Russia does not subordinate itself to the USA and allow its natural resources to be exploited by US corporations - as in the 1990s. Ideally, the West wants to destroy Russia as a state because smaller and weaker states cannot defend themselves against this exploitation.

    The high voter turnout

This is what people in Russia began to understand in the weeks after February 24, 2022, which was a hard lesson, especially for the former supporters of the Western-controlled radical opposition. But I know some people from my own environment who changed their political views 180 degrees in March/April 2022.

Russia's participation in the war in Ukraine is not celebrated with cheers in Russia, but is seen as an unfortunately necessary evil to which there was no alternative at the beginning of 2022 due to the politics of the West and the Nazi puppet government in Kiev. The US-led West had forced Russia into a situation where any other decision would have had even worse consequences for Russia and the Russians. That's how most Russians see it today.

For this reason, I heard from many friends and acquaintances before the election, they really wanted to go to the polls to show their president and the world that they support President Putin. They wanted to clearly tell the decision-makers in the West that they are against their policies and their so-called “values”. And that's what they did.

Therefore, the high voter turnout, which is cited in the West as alleged evidence of alleged election fraud, is not a big surprise; I would not have been surprised at a higher voter turnout either.

The situation in the new regions

The results in the new Russian regions of Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson are cited in the West as further evidence of alleged election fraud. With the exception of Kherson, where voter turnout was 88 percent, voter turnout in these areas was over 90 percent. And over 90 percent also voted for Putin there.

Since the nonsense is being spread in the West that people are being brutally oppressed in these areas, it is probably impossible even for media editors to imagine what the situation there actually is, because there can be no talk of oppression. I have been to these areas often enough and in this election I was an election observer in the Zaporozhye region, so I know what the mood is there.

There is construction and renovation going on in these areas on a scale that you can't imagine unless you see it yourself. The destroyed city of Mariupol has largely been rebuilt after two years. The infrastructure (especially roads and bridges) that was not maintained under Ukrainian rule is being renovated. Despite the war, well over a thousand kilometers of roads were completely renewed in the areas mentioned. The same applies to hospitals, kindergartens and schools.

In addition, people are doing much better economically than under Ukrainian rule. Wages and pensions in the new Russian regions are now much higher than before 2022, while at the same time additional housing costs, which are one of the biggest problems in Ukraine due to low wages, are now much lower. In addition, there are Russian social benefits, especially for families with children . People now have significantly more money in their pockets than under Kiev rule.

Even ZDF recently had to admit this when ZDF's Moscow correspondent visited Mariupol and got his own opinion. In doing so, he confirmed what I have been reporting for two years: the vast majority of people are not only pro-Russian, but also pro-Putin.

For this reason, people in the new Russian regions of Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson are almost unanimously behind Putin. I saw this everywhere while observing the election in Zaporozhye, because people really wanted to vote and a lot of them openly said that they wanted to show support for “our president,” as they put it.

    Crimea as a shining example

The people in the new Russian regions of Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson see Crimea as a shining example in the truest sense of the word. In the ten years that Crimea has been part of Russia, Crimea's GDP has grown 4.5 times. Industrial production has grown 2.5 times in the last ten years and salaries there are now 3.5 times higher than in 2014. Crimea is not even one of the wealthy regions of Russia, which shows how big the difference in living standards is between Russia and Ukraine.

People are aware that things don't change overnight, but the tremendous construction activity in the new Russian territories shows people every day that things are moving forward. In a small town in the Zaporozhye region, we saw that many backyards have already been renovated, children's playgrounds have been created and an entire city park is currently being renovated. Not to mention streets and footpaths. Residents were genuinely excited about what was happening in their city.

In Crimea, where the reconstruction of the infrastructure is already more advanced after 24 years of disrepair under Ukrainian rule, people can see where the path is heading. It is not surprising that they like this path. And they wanted to show that clearly in the elections.
    The difference

It is fascinating that over 80 percent of people in Germany are dissatisfied with their government. It is called “democracy” in the West when a government rules so openly against the will of its own people.

If over 80 percent of people in Russia are satisfied with their government and (in Germany, completely utopian) over 70 percent are optimistic about the future, then politicians and media in the West refer to this as a “dictatorship”.

Could it be that they just want to distract attention from the conditions in their own country, where people can no longer imagine that 80 percent of the population supports their government's course, because the government's measures actually have a noticeable impact on people's lives improve?

The Russian leader has called the political situation in America a "catastrophe"...

The US has become a global laughing stock by criticizing democratic processes in other nations while suppressing a presidential candidate in its own election, Russian leader Vladimir Putin has claimed.

Speaking to journalists in Moscow early on Monday morning, shortly after preliminary results indicated he would be reelected with 87% of the vote in the Russian presidential election, Putin stated:

"The whole world is laughing at what is happening" in the US. We are behaving with more restraint than their opponents in other countries, but this is just a catastrophe, not a democracy - that's what it is."

Putin claimed that the current US administration is using all its resources to attack a candidate for this year's presidential election, seemingly referring to Donald Trump. The former US leader is facing a litany of lawsuits despite being the presumptive Republican nominee for the vote in November.

In a pre-election interview earlier this week, Putin insisted that Russia does not meddle in foreign elections and will work with any elected US president.

In an interview with journalist Dmitry Kiselyov, Putin said:

"I think it's obvious to everyone that the American political system cannot claim to be democratic in any sense of the word."

Putin refused to comment further on the current presidential campaign in the US, but described the atmosphere as becoming "increasingly uncivilized."

Little known I guess, by the Avalon members – but this anthem was the result of a collaboration of two of the Soviet Union’s most admired composers, Dmitri Shostakovich and Aram Khachaturyan ... The composition was of course “expected to be successful” (meaning: acceptable to Stalin) — yet – should one say miraculously? – the two composers easily caught the right spirit (their mutual admiration may have helped) and the result has been a beautifully crafted thing slightly hesitant between tonal and modal harmonisation (giving it its “Russian” flavour) and two great melodical lines, one for the main melody, the other for the chorus.. and... Stalin was satisfied (long sigh, from both philosophical Khachaturian and hyper nervous Shostakovich..)
