    I got through about half of the new Danny Jones video, with no plan to watch any more of it. It's a debate, in which both 'sides' goal seems to be purely to 'win'. There's not much actual discussion.
    To this point I've come away quite disappointed and somewhat more skeptical of both Calley and Jack.

    Dr.Jack Kruse:
    • The biggest problem in health...it's NOT diet.
    • There are 250 diet books are written every year and yet what happens? Every time we keep using non-native EMF all the way back from 1893, the DNA stuff gets worse and worse and worse. If you don’t make the accurate diagnosis we’re not going to solve the problem.

    All of the assaults on our health are important.

    However, the vaccines are the most important. The vaccine MODEL, the ingredients, the political usage and the EUGENICS dovetail is sheer evil. IMO When hell was attempting to identify the best way to destroy human kind, it arrived at vaccines.

    I am already well informed about the LIES of the vaccine program and this KNOCKED ME DOWN. It brings it down to how much the harma industrial terrorists stand to lose IF we stop believing and when we are not FORCED to comply. Scary.

    I suspect Dr. Jack Kruse would agree. I’m about a 3/4 of the way through this video. Dr. Jack is part of a round table where they’re talking about the Industrial Military Complex, Big Pharma, vaccine laws, covid and pre-covid with the polio vaccine, how the media was co-opted, cancelling and censorship, Ivermectin, plus a whole lot more.
    • “The Department of Defense was the distributor of this pharmaceutical. That’s Covid. Big Pharma was the drug dealers for the government.”
      ........
    • “Why do they want to do that?” That is probably the biggest nuclear question because I think that goes to the heart of the matter. The heart of the matter is that this fundamentally started out as a bio weapons program. That's started all the way back with the polio vaccine and that's a story that begins in 1951.”

    ........
    Nicole Shanahan: I would love to hear on your take on what’s going on.

    Dr. Jack Kruse @ 22:22 : Andy (Dr. Andrew Wakefield) was canceled because he challenged the Global World Order of the Industrial Military complex. Big Pharma sits at the right hand, but we called the Cantillon effect. The reason why they're important and the reason why they're given this spot is the Department of Defense was the distributor of this pharmaceutical. That’s Covid. Big Pharma was the drug dealers for the government. And the key point is the government, what they're doing to Mary (Dr. Mary Bowden), Andy is a global problem, she’s a state and local problem.

    The way this Cantillon effect works, when you understand the history pre-Andy, and what happened with the vaccine law, and that Reagan put Fauci in, and that the government is learning how to deal with big piles of money in collections, they began to realize that they can control the narrative. That began all the way back in the 40s and 50s with General Groves. When they didn't want the media in war in theater because they found it was bad for business. So what did they do in the 60s and 70s through several programs that Bobby has talked about extensively, they realize that they could co-op the media.

    They've done it in different ways, through different programs in the government. But what they do with science? They basically came up with the plan to use Big Pharma to allow them to pay media companies, so that media companies could be used as propaganda arms for mandates that the government want to go through.

    The key in this whole process, your question was, “Why do they want to do that?” That is probably the biggest nuclear question because I think that goes to the heart of the matter. The heart of the matter is that this fundamentally started out as a bio weapons program. That's started all the way back with the polio vaccine and that's a story that begins in 1951.

    Q&A begins @ 52:52 minutes which also includes informative discussion in the video below.
    Nicole Shanahan: We've got to help people out right now. We opened up the line for questions and we've gotten hundreds of questions. People are out there in this country right now. A lot of people are hurting. A lot of people just don't feel well. And they want to know how to get better.

    Everyone's eager to move on from this. Anyone in government, a politician, there is a call for people to enter politics right now to address these issues. The undermining of human health and decency for these other purposes, we can't be doing that anymore. We just we can't. We can't put the military complex and bio weapons and testing and big Pharma in front of the American family anymore. I am tired of it. I'm sick of it. We’ve gotta move on. People need to heal.
    The questions are:
    • Is the government still mandating the shots in the US? Yes (The video is dated September, 2024.)
    • What would be your top three treatments for autism - AST (Autism Spectrum Therapies)?
    • My son started having grand man seizures the same day as one of his childhood vaccines (DPT). He was six months old and they persisted to this day. He's now 32 years old. What did that shot do to him?
    • 30 year old person asks, “I’ve been consuming microplastic seed oils and highly processed foods my entire life. Is there evidence or hope of eating clean for a certain amount of time and clearing most if not all from our systems?”
    • I am a former Air Force Intel officer who is discharged from the military after being denied a medical religious exemption for the Covid shot because I wanted to protect my fertility. I have a fertility disorder and at the time had been seeing a fertility specialist which the department of defense knew about because they referred me and I'm a vaccine injured from Gardasil. I didn't want to further compromise my fertility by taking the COVID-19 vaccine. There's so many female members like me, males as well, who were forced out of the military for wanting to protect their fertility. Will you work with the next administration to study fertility rates and complications of military members compared to the general population? My husband got the shot to save his career and he is injured because of it.
    • What’s the best diet?
    • I went through most of Covid and believe the vaccine narrative coming from the government and media. What can we do in the future to fix the censorship problem? We need the best science to win no matter where it takes us.

    I received my clip-on yellow lenses a week ago. I wanted to wait awhile, to get some experience with them before reporting. Regardless of what they may or may not block I am thoroughly impressed. Although I almost never use my cell phone, my laptop screen time is intense due to the work I do on my platform <--> website, articles, forum board, youtube, patreon, I create, myself, each and every graphic. Two years ago, due to the screen time I began getting dry eye. It has worked into one heck of a difficulty. I am also, it would seem, now prone to getting migraines. This is why I have been following this thread, the concept of blue blocking in general and making myself available for a recommendation for something that might help.

    In this one short week, and in truth the first days of wearing the yellow lenses when on the laptop my eyes calmed down, stopped throbbing, always feeling like there was dirt in them and began to release their fluid, remoisturizing my eyes. To my utter surprise, one day while at work, I believe it was just the 3rd or 4th day I had begun to wear the lenses I felt one of my migraines coming on. I immediately thought to put them on and by the time I got home not quite two hours later I had no head pain at all. The blue blockers had literally overcome the migraine. I really want to put an exclamation mark here. Stopping one of the migraines I get in its tracks is no small thing. I have nothing but positive things to say about what these are helping me with, and in just a short time. I have to be able to keep working to bring in what I can through all available avenues, even if that is not much. These lenses have saved me. At least for now. I have a life line.

    Casey, I thought of you while perusing the book, “Carnivore Cure”. It's a side tip that suggests to ride out the migraine. That may be a big ask. I'd try riding out a headache to start.
    "If you suffer from migraines, the best option may be to ride it out the migraine because they serve a purpose in healing.

    Consider healing the gut as toxins from the gut can congest the liver. Toxins run through blood vessels, and when these vessels become irritated from toxins, the bodies protective response is to collapse the blood vessels. This collapsing of the blood vessels causes migraines and pounding headaches. When the blood vessel collapses the body prioritizes healing the inflamed area. Once repaired, the blood vessels will regain it structure and the migraine will be stopped.

    By taking medications, the body’s process of healing the inflamed blood vessel is interrupted. The next time you get a migraine, the body will have to heal two inflamed, collapsed parts of a blood vessel - often the sign is more intense migraines.

    Heal the gut and trust the bodies innate wisdom. Stop temporary Band-Aids, and work on the root cause healing."

    RunningDeer,

    It is exceptional advice.

    I never "take" anything for a headache or migraine.

    When I can I lay down, if I need I wear my Mindfold mask. I am in a constant state of healing my gut, detoxing......the liver, kidneys, bowels, etc.. Even though my diet is good, and for the most part clean, we all have our past. Mine is multiple decades in the past, lol, but I continue to clean house. My migraines in part are a result of my work as a Seer ( the work with the crystals, if you are familiar ). No Service is without a certain debt to be paid. This said, another part is hormones, and once I have this finally all in check ( no easy task ) I suspect the situation should improve. Thank you for thinking of me. I hope you will always feel to pass messages such as that above on to me.

    This relates to Jack Kruse because "Primalhacker", Thaddeus worked with Jack Kruse and the conversation is about drawing what is needed for the body from sun, our thoughts in the context of Jason's experience and ideas about the simulacrum.

    Quote Meet Primalhacker, Thaddeus. Despite a full-time corporate job he loves he’s had time to appears on over 40 podcasts. His approach to biohacking is a little different than most with a focus on showing people how to get healthy without supplements. His goal is to teach people how to utilize the concepts of biohacking using nature first and to get everyone to learn about light and its impact on health. He is a cast member of the new Biohack Yourself Movie premiering in December (https://www.biohackyourself.com/a4m) and has authored https://www.biohackyourself.com/news-.... great article that goes into the timeline of Caley Means brokering the deal between Trump and RFK, as well as his and his sisters' background.

    Jack called them out as CIA plants in his latest Danny Jones Podcast.

    Exiled Neurosurgeon: Health is about Light NOT Food
    Today's guest is Dr. Jack Kruse, a neurosurgeon and health optimizer who takes a unique approach to wellness through what he calls "quantum biology." Dr. Kruse has dedicated his career to exploring the connection between light, electromagnetism, and human health. He's known for his controversial perspectives on how modern technology, artificial light, and high-latitude living negatively impact our cellular function and mitochondrial health.

    In our conversation, Dr. Kruse shares eye-opening insights about the dangers of blue light, why grounding is essential for optimal health, and how sunlight exposure affects everything from cancer risk to mental health. We dive deep into why vitamin D supplements aren't a substitute for natural sunlight, the problems with electric saunas, and his provocative take on why decisions about where we live might be the most important health choices we make.

    Just comparing...

    Isn't my intention to derail ,or refusing anything what Jack Kruse say in his last video, I watched it last night...

    BUT, now just as casualty or synchronism found this: https://www.bibliotecapleyades.net/a...-not-earth.pdf

    from: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erle_Ellis

    Extract from his PDF: 2.1 The Sun dazzles us

    After the billions of years that life has existed on Earth, and with humans
    now supposedly sitting at the top of the evolutionary ladder, how can it be
    possible that the Sun still hurts our eyes and causes us to injure ourselves? We
    might expect this in species much further down the evolutionary ladder. But in
    fact, they’re all well-adapted to it too, just as the birds are. They’ve been well
    adapted to it for millions of years. Even our reputed ancestors, the ancient
    hominins, had prominent brow ridges that shielded their eyes. The fact that we
    don’t have them now makes no sense – if we came from Earth.

    The only plausible explanation is that we only arrived here comparatively
    recently, and we haven’t had time to adapt to this type of sun yet. That also
    means we couldn’t have evolved from Earth’s ancient hominins. And, sure
    enough, there’s plenty of evidence to support that idea too.

    So how do birds avoid being dazzled? It’s simple enough: they have a
    translucent third eyelid, known as a nictitating membrane, [2-02] that moves
    horizontally across their eyes. Nictitating membranes would prevent us from
    being dazzled too, so why don’t we have them? Well, it turns out that we did
    have them in the distant past. You can still see a non-functioning remnant in the
    corner of your eye – the plica semilunaris (or semilunar fold).

    Most animals have nictitating membranes: fish; amphibians; reptiles; and
    lots of mammals, from aardvarks to camels, polar bears and seals. But when we
    reach the more advanced primates, such as ourselves, they all but disappear.
    Nictitating membranes don’t just protect eyes from the sun; they serve a
    variety of other purposes too. They protect against water, sand and other debris,
    and, in some cases, sharp beaks, teeth, and claws. They prevent woodpeckers
    from damaging their retinas when they hammer their beaks against tree trunks.
    In polar bears, they protect against snow blindness.

    The fact that we don’t have nictitating membranes, at least to any
    functioning degree, is extraordinary. If we had them, they’d prevent a great deal
    of discomfort, a significant number of injuries, and quite a few deaths.

    OBJECTION: I doubt that not flinching at the sun is essential for a
    species’ survival.

    True, but in that case why do so many other species have nictitating
    membranes, and why are they a vestigial feature in us? They may not be
    essential, but built-in sunglasses that flip across your eyes as and when you
    need them would be a highly desirable feature. We had them once, but
    evolution decided we didn’t have a strong enough case for keeping them.
    That may have made perfect sense back on our home planet – and we’ll see
    why in Chapter 10 – but it makes no sense at all here on Earth

    OBJECTION: The other advanced primates don’t have nictitating
    membranes either.
    True again, but that’s a behavioral thing. They don’t go out in the sun; they
    stay in the shade. They’re not explorers and wanderers like we are. It makes
    sense that they lost theirs; they have no real need for them. But we do.

    Really really good interview. Western history in one hour. It took me years of bits and pieces to see only parts of what he tells.

    I have a question.

    Has anyone here used RED LIGHT THERAPY SPECIFICALLY FOR THEIR EYES?

    I am looking for information regarding the device you settled on, how exactly you use it, specifically what for and any effect the therapy had.

    If you are using red light therapy for something not involving the eyes I would love to hear from you also.

    Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Hi Casey,

    I’ve used red-light therapy and near-infrared light therapy to stimulate regeneration in skin and underlying tissues for the last year and a half.

    Initially, I used an eye mask. Now, I keep my eyes closed. As I understand it, the light goes through the lids. I use the machine for twelve minutes on my face, neck and upper chest every morning and sometimes late afternoon.

    It's hard to say how much it's helped. It's one of many things I do to say healthy, and I'm always experimenting and changing things up.

    This is a repost of my model including a link to the product. At the time there was a $50 off promo which helped me make the final decision.

    PRO300 - Red Light Therapy
    50,000+ hr | 3 year warranty

    Benefits (listed on the site)
    Skin Health and Anti-Aging
    Red light therapy (RLT) is well-documented for improving skin health by stimulating collagen production, reducing wrinkles, and enhancing skin elasticity. It promotes cell regeneration and repair, which leads to a more youthful appearance.
    Wound Healing and Tissue Repair
     RLT accelerates the healing process of wounds and injuries by promoting increased blood flow and cellular activity at the site of injury. It enhances the formation of new blood vessels and tissues, facilitating faster recovery.
    Pain and Inflammation Reduction
    RLT has been shown to reduce inflammation and alleviate pain, particularly in conditions like arthritis, tendonitis, and muscle injuries. It works by reducing oxidative stress and promoting cellular repair.
    Hair Growth and Hair Loss Prevention
    RLT can stimulate hair follicles and promote hair growth, making it a popular treatment for androgenetic alopecia (male and female pattern baldness). It increases blood flow to the scalp and enhances cellular metabolism in hair follicles.
    Muscle Recovery and Performance
    Athletes use RLT to enhance muscle recovery and improve performance. It reduces muscle soreness, accelerates recovery after intense exercise, and increases endurance by boosting cellular energy production.
    Joint Health and Arthritis Relief
    RLT can reduce symptoms of arthritis, including joint pain and stiffness. It promotes cartilage repair and reduces inflammation in the joints, improving mobility and comfort.
    Mood and Depression Improvement
    RLT may have positive effects on mood disorders and depression by influencing the production of neurotransmitters like serotonin. It can also help with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
    Sleep Improvement
    RLT can help regulate the sleep-wake cycle by influencing melatonin production. It has been shown to improve sleep quality and duration, helping individuals achieve better rest.
    Cognitive Function and Neuroprotection
    There is emerging evidence that RLT may support cognitive function and provide neuroprotective effects, potentially benefiting conditions like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.
    Acne Reduction
    RLT can help reduce acne by decreasing inflammation and bacteria levels on the skin. It promotes skin healing and reduces the appearance of acne scars.
    Dental Health
    RLT can promote oral health by reducing inflammation, pain, and healing times in dental procedures. It may also support the treatment of periodontal disease.
    Weight Loss and Metabolism
    There is some evidence that RLT can aid in weight loss by increasing cellular metabolism and reducing adipose tissue. It may enhance fat cell reduction and improve body composition.
    Hormonal Balance
    RLT might influence hormonal balance by affecting the endocrine system. It could help with issues like thyroid function and hormone regulation.
    Immune System Support
    RLT may boost the immune system by enhancing cellular function and promoting the activity of immune cells. It could help in faster recovery from illnesses and infections.
    Eye Health
    RLT may benefit eye health by reducing inflammation and promoting cellular repair in the retina. It has potential in treating conditions like age-related macular degeneration.

    Thank you for your reply, RunningDeer

    Question: in your research did you find anything you found of importance relative to the number of lights the device has? It seems the length of each session/therapy is relative to the "dose" the device puts out. I have not heard of using red light therapy daily for extended periods/months/years. What are the lengths of your sessions? And have you ever used the laser/torch?

    It's been a while since I've done the research, so I'll only speak to what I know about The hooga PRO300 - Red Light Therapy Device. There are separate switches for the red-light and near-infrared light. I turn on both because it broadens the therapeutic benefits. The LEDs are spaced apart so it gives an even coverage and is also designed to cover larger areas at a distance.

    No, I’ve never used a laser/torch or anything else. If there comes a time where I experience negative results with the hooga POR300, I’d discontinue it. As mentioned, my sessions are twelve minutes in the morning maybe a second session in the afternoon. So far, it’s been a year and half of sessions.

    This reply may be redundant! (If so, do please forgive me. )

    Re the eyes, I shared this story a few years ago. It's a long post, but it was a really valuable personal success story, all about blue-blocking mountain sunglasses. I wear them all the time now when up high, my eyes are strong and in very good shape, and I don't need regular spectacles for anything (reading, driving) even after all these years.

    ~~~
    A personal story. Some of you may have read, or remember, that I injured my eyes back in January on a really extreme UV (ultraviolet) day, very high on a mountain, without any sunglasses. OMG.
    I fried my eyes completely, and had to sit in the dark for several days to recover. But even after that, I was very sensitive.
    I bought two kinds of high-tech sunglasses, from Julbo.
    These seemed to be the best. 100% UV protection, and a Spectron 4 lens that cut out 95% of visible light. (They're very dark!)
    But then I also got these, with a Spectron 3 lens, also with 100% UV protection, but which 'only' cut out 90% of the light.
    The Spectron 4 lens is clearly darker. So the next three days I went to the mountains, even though it was dull and rainy each time, I wore those 'best' ones. And each time, my eyes were sore at the end of the day.
    I was thinking "OMG, I've really damaged my eyes." I was pretty unhappy about that.
    Then, the fourth day, a short time later, it was really bright and sunny. FAR brighter than the previous 3 days which had left my eyes hurting. I really wanted to go out, but this time I brought everything with me.
    The Spectron 4s, the Spectron 3s, and also some huge anti-UV goggles which would actually fit OVER the glasses as a double layer if need be. I resolved to experiment and find some way that would protect me, at least maybe a little bit better.
    Well, what I found was that my eyes were REALLY comfortable in the Spectron 3s. And at the end of the very long, bright day, 6 hours in the bright sun, my eyes weren't sore at all.
    Yet the Spectron3s didn't cut out as much light as the 'better', darker pair. It seemed to make no sense — though I now knew what to wear from here on out.
    Eventually, I realized what was happening. It was the COLOR of the lenses. The Spectron 3s were brown — and so they cut out the blue light but allowed in the red light. Simply that was what made the BIG difference.
    Both blocked 100% of the UV. But after that, it wasn't the intensity of the light that mattered. It was the color.
    See how that all fits together? But I've not read about that anywhere else... the importance of sunglass lens color.
    It was only because my eyes were recovering from injury, and were very sensitive, that I could figure out what was was happening. Most people wouldn't notice the difference... though their eyes might still be gradually becoming more and more damaged in very bright light with the wrong color lenses.
    I have a Vielight 655nm red light nasal laser.
    I use it while I'm driving to and from hiking in the mountains. The red laser light oxygenates the blood.
    I have a small finger oximeter, and my naturopath tells me that my blood oxygen level is higher than any other expat here that he knows of. And as best I understand, a high blood oxygen level can have all kinds of health-supporting effects. It's just one of the several protocols that I deploy regularly to keep in shape.
