— The Russian President stated that inflation in Russia has fallen below 10% thanks to the actions of the Central Bank and the government. According to him, Russia ranks fourth in terms of GDP in the world and first in the EU, and the perception of the Russian economy as a raw material one is outdated.

— Russian GDP added 1.5% year-on-year in the first four months of this year.

— Putin spoke about the need to change the structure of the economy - to move to an economy of high wages, improving the quality of jobs.

— The number of employed people in Russia has increased by 2.4 million, and unemployment is 2.3%. This is a historical minimum for the Russian Federation. Youth unemployment in Russia is 7.5%, which is one of the best indicators in the world.

— Russia has achieved a record reduction in poverty, which amounted to 7.2% at the end of last year.

— Putin called for the development of citizen mobility so that they can move, find better jobs in other regions, and settle there.

— Putin also proposed launching projects to extract valuable components from "millions of tons of harmful industrial waste."

— By 2030, Russia should be among the top twenty countries in terms of business conditions.

— Putin stated that the Russian economy should become more technological; this is "not a wish, but a challenge of today, and we must respond to it."

— The government was instructed to prepare an annual report on the country's technological development. A national model of business conditions should be ready as early as September.

— The Russian authorities will support new Russian brands.
