Here's the whole thing in a comprehensive article:
DNC’s David Hogg and Former White House Staffer Claim ‘Scary’ Jill Biden Staffer Wielded ‘Enormous Amount of Power’ in Biden Regime

DNC leader and a former Biden White House staffer were caught on undercover video claiming that Jill Biden’s Chief of Staff Anthony Bernal was a “scary” and “shadowy” figure who wielded “an enormous amount of power” in the Biden White House.

The footage, released Wednesday by Project Veritas, features covert meetings with Democrat National Committee (DNC) Vice Chair David Hogg and Deterrian Jones, who worked in the Biden White House Office of Digital Strategy.

Project Veritas’ undercover investigation purports to establish that Bernal and a tight-knit inner circle were the ones who “truly controlled the Biden White House.”

The explosive report come one day after House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) demanded that several former high-ranking staffers in Joe Biden’s White House, including Bernal, appear for transcribed interviews on their suspected roles working “behind the scenes” to shield Biden from media scrutiny, cover up his mental decline, and basically do his job for him.

Hogg told the PV undercover journalist on hidden camera that the DNC could be excused for covering up Biden’s mental decline as “the DNC is always going to be a campaign arm of the president ultimately.”

But “the bigger issue was the inner circle that was around Biden,” he said, adding “Jill Biden’s Chief of Staff [Anthony Bernal] had an enormous amount of power.”

Deterrian Jones described Bernal as a “shadowy, wizard of oz-type figure” who “wielded an enormous amount of power” behind the curtain. Jones told Project Veritas that he tried to avoid Bernal, calling him “scary” and claiming that his massive influence in the Biden White House was an “open secret” among staff.

“I can’t stress to you how much power he had at the White House,” Jones said.

Bernal allegedly has a reputation in Washington DC as a bully and sexual harasser that goes back more than a decade.

In a March 2024 report, the New York Post detailed his alleged sordid behavior after speaking with over a dozen of Bernal’s current and former colleagues who asked for anonymity due to fears of retaliation. Five of the sources described instances of bullying that was so demeaning colleagues were reduced to tears. They told the Post that Bernal was “untouchable” because of his close relationship with Jill Biden, who considered him to be her “work husband.”

When questioned about the allegations during a press briefing in April 2024, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre dismissed the allegations, telling reporters that Joe Biden’s Chief of Staff Jeff Zients and Bernal himself had called the story “unfounded.”

According to the Post, however, three sources claimed that Bernal, who is gay, habitually obsessed about the the penis size of his colleagues.
Two sources said Bernal, 51, had a habit of sharing with them his theory that the size of a person’s thumb corresponds to that of their genitalia going back to Biden’s vice presidency under President Barack Obama.
“It is to make people uncomfortable and to have power over them,” said a source who claimed to have heard Bernal make similar crude remarks over the several years they worked together.

A former colleague told the Post that Bernal made “a lot of inappropriate remarks” that he had come to see as “actually sexual harassment,” such as “talking about other people’s attractiveness and speculating about their sex lives at very weird moments.”

Bernal was also accused of routinely speculating on the sexual preferences of White House colleagues. This alleged behavior also apparently made people uncomfortable.

Rep. Comer on Tuesday sent interview requests to Bernal, former director of the Domestic Policy Council Neera Tanden, former assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff Annie Tomasini, and former deputy director of Oval Office operations Ashley Williams, Fox News reported Tuesday.

According to Comer, all of these high-ranking staffers worked “behind the scenes” and “ran interference for President Biden” to keep the extent of his cognitive difficulties secret during his time in office.

The chairman also requested a transcribed interview with Biden’s physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, according to Fox.

Comer said that these “unelected bureaucrats” had enormous influence over Biden and possibly served as “de facto” presidents in his stead.

“Today, we are calling on President Biden’s physician and former White House advisors to participate in transcribed interviews so we can begin to uncover the truth,” Comer said in a statement.

The Oversight Committee attempted to subpoena Bernal, Tomasini and Williams last July, but according to Comer, “the Biden White House blocked these individuals from providing testimony.”

Now, he says “any continued obstruction will be met with swift and decisive action,” meaning if the staffers and physician do not honor his request, Comer said the “next step” will be issuing subpoenas, compelling them to testify.

Project Veritas promised that the embattled Hogg would reveal “additional inside knowledge about corruption, threats, and hidden DC secrets” in part two of its series on who controlled the Biden White House.

Miranda Devine: Jill Biden’s ‘work husband’ Anthony Bernal may have played a key role in covering up Joe’s cognitive decline
    By Miranda Devine
    Published June 1, 2025, 10:14 p.m. ET

There are few doubts in the White House about Jill “Lady Macbeth” Biden’s role in covering up her husband’s cognitive deficits as she urged him to run for re-election.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt made that point crystal clear from the press room podium Thursday, saying the former first lady “needs to answer” for “lying to the American people” and “shielding her husband away from the cameras.”

For the normally circumspect Leavitt, it was a damning indictment.

“I think, frankly, the former first lady should certainly speak up about what she saw in regards to her husband and when she saw and what she knew,” she told reporters at a White House briefing.

“Anybody looking again at the videos and photo evidence of Joe Biden with your own eyes and a little bit of common sense can see this was a clear cover-up, and Jill Biden was certainly complicit in that coverup.”

Some, like Leo Terrell, a senior counselor in the DOJ’s civil rights office, went so far as to say Jill was guilty of “elder abuse.”

Of course, Joe Biden’s delusional ambition is most at fault.

He knew what he was doing when he ran for president in 2019 but needed teleprompters to recite a basic stump speech that he used to know by heart. He knew what he was doing when he decided to run again in 2024, despite his health problems.

    ‘Wizard of Oz-type’

What is becoming clear is that the social-climbing former first lady and the aide she calls her “work husband,” Arizona-born former child actor Anthony Bernal, played a bigger role in this con job than previously has been acknowledged.

David Hogg, recently ousted as vice chair of the Democratic National Committee, and Deterrian Jones, a former Biden White House staffer, point the finger at Bernal as the chief puppeteer in a new undercover video from Project Veritas released last week.

Bernal had “an enormous amount of power,” said Hogg.

Jones described Jill’s diminutive gay factotum as “scary … like a Wizard of Oz-type figure. The general public wouldn’t know what he looked like, but he wielded enormous power.”

According to Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson’s new book, “Original Sin,” Jill was one of the most powerful first ladies in history, and that gave her Rasputin-like senior adviser outsized influence among the “Politburo” that controlled her husband.

When Biden was hidden away during the 2020 campaign in his Delaware basement using the COVID pandemic as an excuse, Bernal was one of only two staffers allowed to move to Wilmington to tend to their daily needs.

When Biden was holed up at his vacation home in Rehoboth Beach last year, wrestling with the decision to abandon his campaign after his disastrous debate performance, Bernal was one of only four aides allowed by his side.

Bernal, who boasted the title of “special assistant to the president” and reportedly earned the maximum White House salary, began working for Jill during the 2008 presidential campaign when he was hired to help her transition into the role of second lady.

While he was obsequious with the Bidens, he was loathed and feared by other White House staffers: “He would not be welcome at my funeral,” a longtime Biden aide told the authors. Another said Bernal was “the worst person they had ever met.”

Bernal enforced a strict culture of loyalty, interrogating aides he felt didn’t measure up, and using his power to cast out “potential heretics.”

    ‘Bullied colleagues’

He worked with Jill to keep score of “who was with them and against them,” chose her wardrobe, orchestrated her multiple Vogue covers, and planned glamorous overseas trips they could take together on Air Force One.

This should come as no surprise to Post readers, since White House correspondent Steven Nelson broke the story last March that Bernal “bullied and verbally sexually harassed colleagues over more than a decade” but is considered “untouchable” because Jill adores him.

Bernal repeatedly speculated about “the penis size of colleagues,” according to Nelson’s sources. “They talk a big game about integrity, decency, and kindness, but when you work for the Bidens, you experience anything but that,” said one former staffer.

The Bidens told us “decency” was on the ballot. It was, but not in the way they meant.

As Joe faded and disappeared from view toward the end of his presidency, Jill’s rival court took charge as she commandeered Air Force One and a big Secret Service contingent for a frenetic round of solo campaigning, always accompanied by the indispensable Bernal. Her priority over then-candidate Donald Trump for Secret Service resources at a dinner she attended in Pittsburgh on the day of his rally in Butler, Pa., was blamed in part for Trump being inadequately protected when he was shot during an attempted assassination.

Bernal was by Jill’s side when she swanned into Hunter’s gun trial in Wilmington last year to project presidential power to the jury, which nonetheless convicted her wayward, 55-year-old stepson.

He joined Jill on Air Force One when she jetted back to France for 24 hours at taxpayer expense to join her husband on an official visit for D-Day commemorations in the middle of the trial, before they returned together to the courtroom.

If Jill is guilty of hiding the Bidens’ many secrets, she had a willing accomplice in Bernal.

We may learn more about his role in coming weeks as House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) probes the cover-up of Joe’s cognitive decline and whether the president was fit to authorize the use of an autopen for his signature on executive orders and pardons.

    ‘Historic scandal’

Comer sent letters about what he calls the “historic scandal,” demanding transcribed interviews from Bernal and four other former Biden aides, including Dr. Kevin O’Connor, Neera Tanden, Annie Tomasini, and Ashley Williams, all of whom have hired lawyers, he told Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo on Sunday. O’Connor’s interview is set for the end of June.

Comer also is considering subpoenas for Jill and Hunter.

“These executive orders were meant to Trump-proof this White House,” Comer told Bartiromo. “If we can find information that would lead us to believe that Joe Biden had no knowledge of those executive orders being signed in his name, then I think that the Trump administration could get them thrown out in court, and then Trump would be able to execute his agenda a whole lot easier without all the Trump-proofing that happened with the autopen at the end of the Biden administration.”

The American people deserve to know who was running the White House the last four years.

But it may not be so easy to prove that Joe was out of it. The former president showed he still has fight in him last week when he showed up at a veterans’ memorial event in Delaware and snarked at questions from reporters about his cognitive and physical health: “You can see that I’m mentally incompetent and I can’t walk,” he said sarcastically.

Judicial Watch: Federal Court Hearing Set in Lawsuit for Joe Biden’s Family Business Records
    7/2/25
    https://www.judicialwatch.org/bidens...m_term=members

"(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that a hearing was set by U.S. District Judge Sparkle L. Sooknanan for July 8 at 10 a.m. ET in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) for Biden family records and communications regarding travel and finance transactions, as well as communications between the Bidens and several known business associates.

Judicial Watch filed the May 2023 lawsuit after the National Archives failed to respond to a February 2023 FOIA request (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. National Archives (No. 1:23-cv-01432)).

This lawsuit forced the release of records revealing emails sent by Joe Biden using alias accounts during his vice presidency, in which he communicated with family members, including his son Hunter and brother James. The records also showed that in August 2016, Biden approved ending Secret Service protection for both Hunter Biden and Beau Biden’s daughter, Natalie, during a trip to Kosovo.

The emails included messages to Jim and Hunter Biden regarding the then-vice president’s schedule and meetings. Some emails showed Joe Biden using the alias: robinware456@gmail.com.

The emails also showed that Hunter and Jim Biden accompanied Joe Biden on taxpayer-funded trips; and then-Vice President Biden in December 2009 emailing an aide after he forgot the password to his West Wing computer.

The records showed that Hunter Biden used an email address (hbiden@rosemontseneca.com) from his now-dissolved firm Rosemont Seneca Partners and that James Biden used an email address (jbiden@lionhallgp.com) tied to his consulting firm Lion Hall, which had been the subject of an FBI bribery investigation in the 1990s.

The lawsuit also forced the release of records showing then-Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter received a May 26, 2016, email detailing a scheduled “8:45 am prep for a 9 am phone call with Pres Poroshenko,” who was the president of Ukraine. Joe Biden’s email address is the alias robert.l.peters@pci.gov, Hunter Biden’s email account is disclosed as hbiden@rosemontseneca.com. (Hunter Biden was on the board of the controversial Ukrainian firm Burisma at the time.)

“This lawsuit is an opportunity for the Trump team to stop the Deep State’s slow-walking of the release of Biden family corruption records,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Judicial Watch has nearly a dozen Freedom of Information Act lawsuits regarding Biden corruption issues."
