Scientist Arrested for Smuggling Vials Used in Ebola Research into US
'A Canadian scientist has been arrested for smuggling 22 vials stolen from Canada's National Microbiology Lab, used in Ebola and HIV research, into the United States, Canadian and US officials said Wednesday. Konan Michel Yao, 42, "was taken into custody" while crossing the border from Manitoba province into the western US state of North Dakota on May 5, said a spokeswoman for the Public Health Agency of Canada, which operates the lab.

Ya kind of get weary of the whole darn thing....it's all such a burocratic, non productive mess.... At times I wish it was all like I thought is was like when I was a kid... I.E... You were born, tried to live a good life... were kind and helpful to others... died at some point and went to a better place ...end of!...but.... I guess we made a deal and elected to fall in to this part of the Matrix... Either to learn or help other who were trapped here.... (The good guys and the bad guys) who then selves chose to "Fall" and end up here so I guess we all have a lot of work on our plates.... but ....the good guys seem at last to have a chance of winning and geting them selves and the rest of those who want to go , Out of Dodge? I guess we created this matrix, way way back and wanted to play the game.... and now towards the end we are battle weary. But I think this is the darkest hour before the dawn and we will complete the programe.... Only trouble is I'm sure when we've done that we will probably want to do it all again! And go of and create a brand new matrix with good guys , bad guys, learners. travlers, etc... Antonia: If everything is dandy when we die...there is no real incentive to clean-up the mess on Earth...because we are ascending, going to a different planet, going to heaven, etc. In other words...don't question anything, don't rock the boat, believe everything we tell you, do what we tell you to do...and when you die...everything will be fine...just fine. Yes Oxy I totally agree with you about the custody battle… but I feel it is a battle for our consciousness as well as our planet. We are a relatively new species of human to exist on this planet. And the manipulation goes back only quite recently, the planetary history is hundreds of millions of years old.
This faction of renegade reptilians have only been involved in the manipulation of Earth humans for a thousands of years which is very short time in the big plan of things. Reptilians, Humanoids, Dionoids, Greys, and Carrions etc have all been running round the universe playing out their control dramas for millennia. The reptilians who are involved in the recent manipulation of the earth Human are a breakaway renegade faction, controlled by the Caikers and they are in co-hoots with a human faction of blonde Nordics. They all make up the renegade Annunaki faction that came here during the Sumerian chapter of Earth History. There exists, extremely compassionate, wise and highly evolved reptilians and Dionoids in our universe who abhor whets going on here. But… banishing the bad guys of the planets surface is not going to solve our dilemma. There are too many Earth Humans that resonate with that vibration. (Illuminate etc) We need to understand that the universe is made up of light and sound wave vibration. Our bodies and everything in the universe are made up of atoms. Atoms are 99.9% space. Space is thought by some to not be empty space but pure consciences. The other 0.1 % of the atom and us and the universe is the light and sound wave frequencies (Matter) that make form out of the space. So… consciousness really does from and control matter. So our thoughts can control space and time….in the long run… We are a unique brand of human incarnating on Earth at this time, in that we have had our DNA disconnected in to a mere double helix and most of our brain is dormant. (By them) but we uniquely hold the DNA patterning of many many Alien species. This why it is easy for them to control and manipulate us. They simply send their chosen wave or frequency through our DNA matrixes and we begin to resonate with that wave… in their case fear and victim hood. We are impulsed to give our power away… But that process works the other way… if we chose to vibrate at a higher frequency, the waves that we send back out through our DNA; can influence their wave or vibration. Either lifting it or moving away from it if they feel totally incompatible and can’t hold the bigger wave pattern. They are then operating in a different wave band and so irrelevant. We also have to watch out after death as the control isn’t just on this 3d plane. They impersonate saints and angels and guides when we ‘Passover’ and condition us to “Go in to the Light” were they zap our memories of who we truly are and send us back in to the re-incarnational cycle, we have to discern both here in 3D and over on the astral 4th and 5th dimensions as well. But what they don’t want us to remember is that we have the power to say enough is enough and move away from their frequency band… It really is the Wizard of Oz… We pull back the curtain or Veil and we see a little old man with smoke and mirrors and we realise that we had the red shoes on all the time…. I’m not saying that simply by saying “Gee all is well!” it will be… no there is much work to be done on our selves and on either getting them to depart and leave us voluntarily or by sending them away physically and mentally and spiritually our selves… But once we no longer believe the deception and knowledge and comprehension start to unblock our brains, open our DNA matrix’s to higher and more beneficial waves of modulation it’s a very good start…. But, as I said, not all reptilians are bad guys, just as not all humans are good guys, and reptilians are an older species… Some want to help we also have to understand that the planet does not belong to us… it belongs to no one. We are in a position were we can become guardians of the planet and aid in her own evolution but there are other species of beings who share this task and are here for progress too.
