Scientist Arrested for Smuggling Vials Used in Ebola Research into US

"Yao told officers he was taking the vials to his new job with the National Institutes of Health at the Biodefense Research Laboratory in Bethesda, Md., because he didn't want to start from scratch in his research."

These guys work with this stuff everyday... And, he IS a contractor, thinks
nothing about carrying it around. I know the type... When the fit hits the
shan this is how its going to happen... A broken vial... In Pubic.

Do you know when you get these guys out of the Lab, and take them to their personal automobile and tell them to check the oil in their engine and transmission; they don't know how... Lacking in common sense.
