I am retired and I have lots of time for the forum. I'm hoping that members with more demands on their time than I have will eventually have time to help me make sense of all this stuff!!

It’s definitely appreciated. If you’re up to it, then it may be an idea to open a ‘Seashore revision note’ thread where you list all the info that you come across. I’ll be definitely referring to it as due to the sheer amount of info, I can’t always retain the info nor remember all the details correctly. Others probably add on their notes – It’s be like a mini library with just essential info easy to digest!!
