Space jelly?

I've found this jelly in my backyard. I just figured the aliens excreted it through their skin when they came to abduct me. No big deal. When you gotta go...you gotta go. It looked and tasted like jelly. I'm sure glad I didn't step in it!

Its a brave person who eats mysterious leftovers from the backyard.

So come on guys. Ideas? Ectoplasim is good. How about the remains of rained down jellyfish? Arent they already like 97% water?
