US Declaration of Insolvency....UPDATE

Mr Mitchell has replied to someone who thought the Court was suppose to hear the case yesterday. It was not! The Declaration of Insolvency was only delivered yesterday. I am following this daily, and will report as I get it. Here is the email I received:

from what I`m reading it looks like a Notice of Intent and Claim of Right was filed and the IRS did not respond in the time frame spelled out in it so by saying nothing it means they accept the NOI/COR. hence the estoppel

I agree. I mean seriously, what would they do if every single citizen just stopped paying their taxes? They can't arrest everyone!

We as a nation in the US need to stop screwing around and stand up for ourselves. For too long we have stood idly by hoping that our elected "representatives" would do their jobs and do what is best for the people, but instead they look out for their best interests(including ridiculous special interests).
