With all these Virus stories surfacing and the BIG SCARE!! Begs the Question!!!

I started noticing this very thing last year in total I think it is 40 or more murdered or mysteriously turning up dead . most were microbiologists working on military projects

Has there been any more information regarding Dr. Claudie Haignere? http://projectavalon.net/forum/showt...light=haignere. This is a strange case involving a charming French female astronaut and scientist...possibly involved in researching alien genetics...who supposedly attempted suicide...and almost simultaneously had her lab burned down.

Born in Le Creusot, France, Haigneré studied medicine at the Faculté de Médecine (Paris-Cochin) and Faculté des Sciences (Paris-VII). She went on to obtain certificates in biology and sports medicine (1981), aviation and space medicine (1982), and rheumatology (1984). In 1986 she received a diploma in the biomechanics and physiology of movement. She completed her PhD thesis in neuroscience in 1992. Haigneré was a back-up crew member for the 1993 Mir Altaïr mission in which her future husband Jean-Pierre Haigneré participated. The asteroid 135268 Haigneré is named in their combined honour. Haigneré visited the Mir space station for 16 days in 1996, as part of the Russian-French Cassiopée mission. In 2001, Haigneré became the first European woman to visit the International Space Station, as part of the Andromède mission. She retired from ESA on June 18, 2002. Following her career as an spationaut, Haigneré entered French politics. On December 23, 2008, she was hospitalised in Paris after overdosing on pills in an apparent suicide attempt.

I've read these posts on another forum and find it interesting, especially the timing. One could easily make a case of coincidence in the case of several but the numbers are truely staggering.

"And so to the New Year, and still the scientists keep dying. On February 9th. the Russian daily Pravda reported that:

"The head of the microbiology sub-faculty of the Russian State Medical University, Victor Korshunov has been killed. The body of the dead professor, who had head injuries, was found on Friday 8th. February, in the entrance of the house in Academician Bakulev Street, Moscow, where the 56-year-old scientist lived."

"Pravda went on to reveal that: "It was the third death of a scientist within a few weeks. In January, the Russian Academy of Science lost two scientists, both well known around the world. Academician Ivan Glebov died as a result of a bandit attack in St Petersburg and corresponding Member of the Academy of Science Alexi Brushlinski was killed in Moscow."

Exactly a week later, on February 16th. The Times ran the following article:

"Detectives were last night trying to unravel the circumstances in which a leading university research scientist was found dead at his blood-spattered and apparently ransacked home. The body of Ian Langford, 40, a senior Fellow at the University of East Anglia's Centre for Social and Economic Research on the Global Environment, was discovered on Monday night by police and ambulance men. The body was naked from the waist down and partly wedged under a chair."

Another one .....

US-based Iranian doctor working to discover an antitoxin therapy for biological weapons has purportedly died a "suspicious death."

One of the leading bioweapon researchers and a regular keynote speaker at international conferences, Dr. Nasser Talebzadeh Ordoubadi died on Saturday in what his doctors described as a "suspicious death".

This scientist was working on antidotes. I wonder where the antidotes are stockpiled these days.

Family seeks answers in UofC scientist's death

September 21, 2009 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- A University of Chicago researcher died after being exposed to a strain of bacteria that causes plague. And Malcolm Casadaban's family wants answers.

The Chicago Department of Public Health says there's no sign anyone else was exposed to the bacteria.

The tragic irony is that Professor Casadaban had been trying to develop a vaccine so that thousands of people around the world wouldn't die a painful, ugly death from a bacterial infection related to the plague. But it was that bacterium that appears to have killed him.

"We really thought he was so strong, we didn't see this coming at all," said Leigh Casadaban, daughter.
